please don’t move here, apartments was wonderful and management was good until new management came around, they don’t answer the phone you better off calling the cops not matter your issue, RENT went up almost $200 in less than a year, don’t do game nights anymore, took security away from us and not only took security they have the nerve to keep the gate open 24/7 so unsafe especially since all the crazy things going on around the neighborhood. also trash always over flowing and on the ground, nobody sweep the parking lot so much trash and food containers in the area. lately they’ve been giving tickets for parking in the fire line and handicap which is ridiculous do to the fact that it’s never no parking you’ll have to park 5 minutes away from your apartment if your coming home later than 9 i’m assuming they thought each person should’ve had 1 car per unit with the parking they have smh.

If you are looking for a property my to reside that has safety features, beautiful landscape, usable amenities, respectful staff, and a quiet neighborhood, then choosing Alta Bridges is the perfect decision to make.

I've had such an amazing experience moving into Alta Bridges! Moving from another states seems like it would be such a challenge, but the Alta Bridges team made it such a seamless experience. Tabitha, Jessica, Alysia, and Jeffrey were all beyond amazing and extremely helpful. They built a meaningful report from the very beginning, answering all of my questions and walking me through the process step by step. There was little effort on my part because they took care of everything electronically which made that much easier for me being in another state. They have such a pleasant and friendly team, and the newly built community is absolutely gorgeous, and certainly creates a new home environment for me. BIG thumbs up from me to the Alta Bridges team.

My partner and I have been living here for almost 3 weeks now and have loved every bit of it! The staff from the beginning were extremely attentive to our questions through the process. Tabatha & Jessica were so helpful and kind which personally is extremely important to us! Maintenance is amazing as well. We’re just so excited to call this place home!

The ladies in the front office are just absolutely amazing! They all made me feel very special and they were all so welcoming! The property looks so amazing I should add. I have a dog and so looking at the dog park it is so big and beautiful, as well as the pool and green area. I can not say enough good things about this property. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

So after months of wishing options I finally moved in at Alta Bridges! I love it here and Ms Tab made things so easy, she was very diligent, courteous and knowledgeable! Management is great! I hope it never changes as long as I’m here!

I love living here! I feel safe and comfortable. The Leasing Ladies have a wealth of knowledge and go above and beyond to help the residents. It’s a wonderful place to live.

First impressions are best for me, and it started from the phone call inquiring about the property and Jessica was kind. I met with Tab and she was very warm and welcoming felt like I knew her all along. The communication since then with everyone has been awesome since moving in.

Alta bridges staff worked diligently with me to make sure I had everything needed to be approved got my new home. They made me feel so welcomed from The property manager to maintenance. EVERYONE is always pleasant. I’m happy that I chose Alta Bridges as my home.

My first month at Alta Bridges has been a good experience. The complex is quiet and the grounds are well maintained despite the construction. Like the community newsletter and the office staff. They have great customer service.

Alta Bridges is a great place to stay, the staff are inviting, helpful and understanding. The community is new and thriving. The open parking policy I feel shouldn’t be based on rent prices. Outside of that I love it here!
