Icon on The Greenway Apartments

I’m Paying $30 a month for trash where other apartments are paying $5. The quality has gone down as well as the amenities. When I moved in there was a car wash and a gym. Now I have to pay $50 at lease renewal for a broken down gym and there’s no car wash. I’m moving

The apartment and area itself are great but towing away operable vehicles of paying residents is ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a complex tow cars for out of date tags. People are struggling to make rent and tacking on towing fees is uncalled for.

Very nice apartment and the staff are very helpful the complex is absolutely beautiful I think that I will enjoy living here and I can’t wait to use my fireplace

This place feels like home. We love it here. The only thing I would change would be to have bathroom availability at the pool on weekends. ??

Been here since 2020. The females (laura & johana) in the office, lie about everything. The luxury pools water pump is always “broken”. These apartments haven’t been anywhere near luxury since I viewed them, just a place to lay your head honestly. Also trash is apparently prorated instead of a set fee, trash was $10 or less when I moved in here, now it’s between $20- $35 each month because it depends on the amount of trash in the apartment complex.. I take out one trash bag a week…… Apartments are small 725 sq feet for 1 bedrooms (don’t let them fool you) and have 30-50 different spiders within a month or two that get into your apartment, somehow (Poor insulation and cracks in doors/windows). Save the time, money and energy.

Icon on the green ?? is a great experience you should come down and check us out . Very peaceful and quiet place and no trouble at all friendly neighborhoods and staff in office are great to work with.

great place to live quiet maintenance is always speedy with repairs communication is great they even leave detailed reports on the service work

Smooth moving transition into Icon On The Greenway. I definitely recommend this apartment complex. Johana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in helping me during the application process. I jus love it here people are nice .The maintenance team is wonderful can't ask for a better place to stay.I had a water leak with the water heater came and fix it the same day .

Just finished our first year in this complex. Have enjoyed immensely. If we’ve had any maintenance issues they’ve been taken care of in a timely manner. Staff is kind.

Clean, easy, and amazing location! Love being able to go onto the greenway from here! Its so easy to just walk whenever I desire - its also located right near two different grocery stores and a cvs so I often walk over there too

Since I’ve moved here it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is great, it’s quiet, neighbors are friendly. It’s a wonderful area to be in as well.

3 stars is the average, it’s been one and when I first moved in it was 5, til 2 months in the first property manager quit and went to a different company . Too many lies and things brushed under the rug here these days.

We have been very dissapointed with out experience at Icon on the Greenway. We have only lived here for a few months but have already had our car window smashed and we constantly have to listen to our neighbors yelling in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The apartment is very dirty and the carpets seem like they have not been replaced in years. I have tried to contact the office about this but have not been successful. We also have only 1 dumpster for the community and it is always overflowing. I am very ready for our lease to be over so we can get out of here.

I think I’m going to love it here. Move in was fast and easy. The staff was great I like how Icons didn’t have you waiting a long times for approval

The community is nice, quiet and clean. Feels right at home. The staff is great. And we are super excited to use the pppl area once it is open

It's nice and clean the office stuff was the best I have no complications.it was some things that need to be fix they fix it with no problems .

I love my apartment, the amenities, and the neighborhood. They are constantly striving to improve. Whenever I have maintenance issues, they are fixed in a timely manner. I have been a resident four years and I honestly have no complaints.

Easy move in progress and great communication . I really enjoyed the staff . The community looks great and clean . I definitely would recommend these apartments to a friend or family member! :)

For the most part we have enjoyed our time here at Icon on the Greenway. Unfortunately about apartment is very dark with very few windows and the paint color is dark as well. It’s a lot more gloomy than we would like.

Great place too live and great office staff.Community is very quite and the front office maintenance tryst too resolve any issues quickly as possible

Process was easy. Little expensive could of done better showing community common areas such as pool gym walking trail. Trash area should be cleaner but people are lazy and nasty.

Laura and Joanna were very helpful with helping out when it came to the paper work. The complex is very nice and clean and the pool looks amazing.

It’s been an amazing experience living here. It’s a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Any problems I’ve had have been fixed quickly. I would recommend this place to many people.

For the price, could look better. Lots of outside work that could be done. Stairs are super old, creaky and loud. They do their best to accommodate you though. Maintenance man is super awesome. I think his name is Mr Charles.

Any issues you have they will take care of it pronto. They are very quick when it comes to the maintenance department. They will let you know when they've come and gone

Although given the cost per month the highlight of the conplex is the maintenance staff. They always respond in a timely fashion to fix whatever is needed

Everything has been great so far, nothing i can majorly complain about. There have been instances of disruptions and the smelling of illegal substances but all in all it’s been great.

Currently ok experience. Wish walls were little thicker can hear my neighbors walking on my head. Neighborhood is extremely quiet and clean. Maintenance responds very quickly to work orders

Apartments are nice, management is great but the build of the apartments allows you to hear to EVERYTHING. Neighbors can be extremely loud on top of you.

My experience so far is good, leasing office is very sweet/nice. Neighborhood looks good and well taken care of, pool looks nice, I just wish there was more than one grill.

Everyone is the office is super nice and helpful. However the apartment I moved into wasn’t clean upon us moving in. It actually was filthy. Also it was half painted. They painted around things that should have been pulled out. You can still see old paint though the new paint. It’s paint specks all over Like they didn’t have professional painters and they didn’t use painters tape so it wouldn’t get on sit it wasn’t suppose to be on. A few things needed maintenance, but they were promp to come fix it. Nobody cleans the outside community. It’s always trash outsideIn the bushes or breezeway. In the End….. these apartments aren’t worth what they are charging seeing they they are cutting corners on everything.

Very great neighborhood I love the people in the office they are very friendly and understanding when you have a situation this is a great place for kids also

Ever since I’ve moved here years ago it has been awful. Numerous people in the office including maintenance. Bugs, lots of em and different kinds and no one sprays regularly but they deduct it regularly from my account. Mold grows everywhere in bathroom because the apartments insulation is horrible and the office chicks wanna argue it’s not mold??

It's a beautiful place! There are some annoying things/people but that's how it is when there's multiple people in the community. Overall I feel it a safe community

Front office people were extremely friendly and move in process was FAST. I applied, visited next day and sign lease that same day. Community is very clean and you can see maintenance actively working everyday

Everyone was great!! No complaints. Didn't get to view the apartment because it wasn't available, that's not good, you should always have a option to see what you are buying.

I love the community. I'm glad they are cleaning it back up and taking pride in it. Things are fixed in a timely manner. The leasing manager answers questions in a timely manner. And for the amenities is worth the price.

Management here are not helpful at all. I wish I didn't renew my lease. I have been I contact with management and they are so inconsiderate.
