This property is terrible. Yes, it is a second chance property but that doesn't mean that it should be ROACH INFESTED AND FULL OF MOLD!!!! Of course the staff is nice as soon as you move in but after that forget it!!! They are rude and maintenance work takes forever to get completed!!! This place is a joke!!!!
The staff is amazing I’ve always dealt with esmi tony and Alexis in the office and they are quick to worry about my concerns. Rocky the maintenance guy is quick to address issues.. ever since I lived here the staff has always addressed my issues.. apartments are older but the staff is doing everything to turn the place around
We have lived at this apartment complex for year almost. This is a second chance complex. If people would just put their trash in the trashcan and not on the ground and take pride in where they live. The maintenance crew have been trying very hard to fix things and clean the property up they are overwhelmed with lots of things to fix they’re trying their best and so is management. You can sign up for pest control on Mondays and they come by and spray in your apartment you just have to wait for them to come bye. People please take pride in where you live and put your trash in the trashcan. Don’t put it next to the dumpsters put it in the dumpsters that makes more sense doesn’t it. By the way the pool is a nice pool as long as somebody doesn’t destroy it in any way like throw rocks in it and other items in the pool like the umbrellas, chairs and breaking the drain or breaking the pump that works the pool. Those things don’t belong in the pool there for us to sit on and it is nice that the management provides it for us. Oh and by the way let’s keep the laundry room clean also pretty sad the people throw stuff on the ground in the laundry room there’s a trashcan provided in there too. And let’s take care of our mail room people love to get mail so be mindful and don’t destroy the mail room. I’m sure management would appreciate that. We have enjoyed living here as long as people pick up after themselves and are courteous and nice to everyone they meet let’s try to live here in harmony. Thank you everyone for reading my review I hope that it helps the complex and the maintenance crew they are a bunch of great guys. The ladies in the office are very pleasant to speak to and they are very helpful. ??????
I moved in here in April. Getting anything fixed around here is a joke. There’s so much trash everywhere it’s almost unsanitary. They have a porter who does absolutely nothing except stand outside building six next to the Brokedown golf cart with all the other maintenance men, smoking all day and all night long. They have these raffle giveaways for early rent payment. Saying pay your rent early you can be in a raffle for the 50 inch smart screen TV. But for some reason none of the hallways in almost 3/4 of the buildings have any outside lights. Which is super scary. I don’t know dare walk to the mailbox alone. I could go on and on.
When I first moved into this place everything seemed fine, the only off thing was they had to come and fix our dishwasher because it wasn’t installed properly. That seemed normal to me. As the year progressed the complex went through several management changes that have made this entire complex go down hill. They had to fix foundation problems which wasn’t done right and the walls now have HUGE cracks in them. The current management won’t allow packages to be delivered here, you have to go to a postal processing center to retrieve your packages. Trying to get anything fixed in your apartment is now hellish, a lot of back and forth, a lot of them saying it’s fixed when it’s not, and in general it shouldn’t take over a month to have your ac fixed in the dead of summer. They overcharge and know it but they’ll still send out a request for your overdraft fee that they said they’d take off your account because they charged you for rent 3 times in one month. Long story short, they don’t care, they just want your money, and don’t think about going anywhere near here.
I have been living here for about 3 months now and so far it has been an excellent experience! The staff at the leasing office is always very friendly and always willing to help residents by going the extra mile! When I first moved in, there were a few minor issues in the apartment, which they managed to fix quickly and the maintenance team remained professional at all times. Overall, I am very satisfied not only with the amennities that they offer, but also with the lifestyle of this community as a whole. I would recommend it 100%!

I moved here a year ago, rent is very reasonable for people that starting over. It has all the amenities like other apartments that I have seen around. I am very close to groceries, department stores, malls, restaurants, local bars, dance places and bands. I am very pleased with my location. I love my location and my place helped me to start over, however, I don't plan signing another lease again due to some reasons I am unhappy about at this place. Still planning to look for an apartment at the same area because I love my location and its a happening place for everyone.
