Property Ratings at Iconic Village
Communication is not very great with office staff for move in items. Moved in at the middle of the month because there was no availability earlier and was still charged full rent for all of June. A/C was not working and still isn’t fixed almost a month later. It’s over 100 degrees and would love some AC
I started my application after being told that the apartment I wanted was available for move in by the end of the month. After the application was sent, I was told that the apartment is no longer available and my fees can not be refunded. Very bad service. Make sure they aren’t lying to you!
This was my first apartment on my own. I had a great time. They upgraded my appliances which was cool and any time I had a problem they were on it(:
For the price you can't go wrong. We came from California and appreciated the low rent costs more than anything. Staff was responsive and pretty cool.
