I love this apartment complex so much! The management puts so much effort into our resident events, and has made it easy for residents to meet and become friends and feel a sense of community. Originally, my experience was very good. I just do not appreciate the fact that I referred my friend and never received my referral check every time I ask I get a further notice of a “few weeks you should receive it” other than that I’m not pleased with the construction noise considering I work from home I feel as though a schedule should be posted of the days they will be using and operating heavy machinery

I love living at the Ilion! Grace and her team are amazing and always available to answer any questions, and made move-in so easy for us! My husband and I were living here in a one bedroom unit and needed to switch to a bigger unit before our current lease was up, due to finding out we're expecting. Grace helped process our transfer, and we couldn't be happier! The amenities are next level, and the on-site courtesy officer and door and gate codes at every entrance point make this a super great, safe place to live. Can't recommend enough!

Love the views, space, natural sunlight, and gold finishes! Only 2 hang ups are: 1.) The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors music and conversations, and you can also hear the plumbing move through the pipes as your neighbors take a shower, and flush their toilets. 2.) The closets and bathrooms are tiny in comparison to most properties. Better construction in those two areas would've made this community perfect.

I love living here. The area is quiet and everyone I've come across has been extremely nice. The amenities are great and can't be beat! The balconies are wonderful too because, unlike a lot of apartment complexes, these are actually big enough to have deck furniture on and they are covered which keeps them pretty clean!

The Leasing team has been amazing! Very responsive and accommodating! It’s difficult renting a new apartment when you aren’t able to be there in person but the leasing team made the process smooth
We had a great move-in experience! We’ve worked with Grace since our first apartment tour and she helped us get set up on the day we moved in as well. Everything has gone smoothly—our AC wasn’t working and Katie helped us get someone over the same afternoon to get everything fixed. Such a great team for the property!

I’ve only been here about a month, but so far I’m enjoying the place. Definitely way quieter then my last apartment! Everyone in the leasing office have been very helpful. I love how they continue to have alot of meetups for everyone to meet up and get to know their residents.

These apartments are so beautiful. This is my first luxury apartment and it’s everything. I even get compliments from the DoorDash delivery people! Well maintained! If you cannot call the office, email them and they respond quickly. Only seen 1 roach and I believe it crawled under my front door. Hopefully it’s not a future problem. They even have fridges for your grocery deliveries to be dropped to. Amazing complex. Still under construction but feels like home.

If you are looking for your next home then look no further. If you like natural lighting, great amenities, modernized layouts, and a 5 minute commute to Braves stadium, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. The front office is extremely helpful through the entire move in process all the way from beginning to end. I was helped by Grace, and she is the best. In my experience of move in dates at other apartments, it has taken 3-4 hours just to be given the keys!? But at Ilion, it took only 15 minutes to complete the process and to get moving in. I have recommended this place to everyone and that will not stop. This is the best apartment complex east of the Mississippi and it’s not even close!

The front office is amazing! Grace helped me through the process from start to finish. She made everything the most enjoyable experience! Even the apartment application process. When it was move in day, it took only 20-25 minutes to finalize everything WHICH IS HUGE. I’ve had apartment story nightmares where when you have the uhaul and you have to wait hours just to get clearance to move in. But not at Ilion! I recommend Ilion to anyone and everyone who is looking to move! 5 minutes away from the battery too!

We've lived in our unit for about a week, and so far, we LOVE it! Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Grace from leasing staff has been amazing from the start. Amenities are still being built, but the building and the property are beautiful. I wish our floor plan had an actual pantry and a little more cabinet space, but I have no other complaints. So happy we found this place!
