Property Ratings at Images Springcreek Apartments
When I moved in they were switching out management. Shortly after it became apparent why the previous one was jumping ship. A whole building burned down bc of faulty wiring, and fires happen here often. Your neighbors can party all night and keep you up and nothing will be done. It's nearly impossible to get maintenance to come and when they do whatever they fix usually falls apart instantly. It's not a good place to live.
I have lived here for 2 years now and I have seen a vast improvement in the quality of the staff, quality of the property, and the care from the manager, Britney. She is very diligent to ensure that maintenance requests are fulfilled, issues are dealt with, etc.
The location is great but that is about it. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE YOU STEP. Disrespectful kids yelling and running around the parking lot all hours of the day and night. Outside the apartments by the pool where the feral cats live REEK of cat pee/poop. Management and maintenance are nearly impossible to get ahold of. It took an entire week to get a light fixed in our apartment, even when the office is supposed to be open they are rarely actually there. In the time we have lived here there has been an armed felon who holed up inside a building and the SWAT team had to come and everyone had to stay in their buildings for a night. Not to mention one of the buildings caught fire and a now it just sits there abandoned with huge dumpster in the parking lot. The laundry rooms are absolute crap, they are grimy, dark, and the dryers often don’t work. They advertise a “sauna” but when we toured two years ago and I asked the woman about the sauna she said “I wouldn’t go in there it’s nasty”. The pool is basically just a giant toilet for small kids who hang out there all day screaming yelling at each other. The apartments themselves aren’t terrible, just cheaply built. It is a place to live, but I am so thankful to be done living there.
Shooting, fires, no response to emergency maintenance voicemails, snotty upper management and more! You can never get a hold of people, they've messed up on rent credits and then made us pay for their mistakes, they list that they have a pool and "spa" but last summer the pool was out for most of the season and there is NO spa. The office hours are a joke, and the only decent employee is the maintenance guy who never gets notices because the front desk couldn't be bothered. Christine is the highest management you can reach and she's the worst of them all. She will straight up refuse allowing you to speak to anyone above her, and doesn't care what issue is going on. You'll get mandatory checks on your apartment with time stamps but we have yet to have them show up, wasting an entire day waiting for them to come by or give notice to reschedule. I would NEVER trust these people in my home without supervision. For what you get you're over paying, there are WAY better places to live, just in general but in this area. Don't waste your money here. RUN.
When I lived here there were kids nice people nice manager and quality housing I lived in a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath rooms and kitchen and living room good sizing and just over all amazing! I am sad that I had to leave because it's such a great place. The schools near there are great. I lived there since 2014 and moved in October 2017. The pool there is decent and great to learn how to swim. It's in a great place kidj loved going there. The location was good near school and stores and a park and private school church and lots of sports so I recommend it.
