Emailed leasing office for move out and reply me to come to the office when I was out off country. I replied back to ask for the form and any balance got non response. Today they told me never received my email!!! Going with a law suit for my right! With this new management who purchased this property about 2 months ago. Had too many problems. Dirty swimming pool, dirty common area and gym!

I have lived in different apartment complexes throughout the state, including some nice properties owned by CWS. This apartment complex and management team is the best I have ever experienced. Imperial Lofts is tucked away from traffic and major noise and provides ultimate relaxation after a long day at work. Yet, the big city and nightlife is a short uber drive down the road and easily accessible on the weekends. I've even ubered home from being out in Houston at a very reasonable rate. I haven't got to use the pool yet but I use the workout facilities on a regular basis and really enjoy the elite apartment gym and top-notch equipment available to residents. I also have used the business room and enjoyed becoming familiar with MAC and having free printing. I should mention, I am one of those ornery tenant types and get grumpy at times over small issues but this management team is so professional and know how to respond to any hiccups and take the time to explain and talk with you about issues if they arise. They are very considerate and never lose their professional demeanor. Sometimes they will bring in impromptu snacks to the clubhouse. (Thanks to the manager for bringing in breakfast donuts this past weekend). I am looking forward to catching a few baseball games this spring (stadium right across the street) and love walking my dog along the river. The people who live at Imperial Lofts make it that much more enjoyable. I've made a few friends and everyone is friendly, saying hi in the halls or at least smiling. We have great hours to access our club house which is amenities galore. This includes a Starbucks machine from 8 am to 10 pm, every day. Thanks to Dylan for showing us around and thanks to the management for fulfilling a promise with an upscale living environment. I feel very safe with our security officer always patrolling the grounds at night which was very important for me, having a fiancé who comes home late at times. Our old complex in the Galeria area had people kick-in doors and others robbed, there is little safety concern at Imperial Lofts because of the way it is gated and the officer on duty. Although this complex costs more than most in the area, I consider it a privilege to live in such a safe, serene environment.
We moved here in July of 2015 and we have been very satisfied with that decision. The staff, facilities, and amenities are second to nothing available in Sugar Land, minus the sister property. Resort living everyday.
