Most unpleasant living experience so far. We've been living at this property for about 3 months now and the only reason we're still here is for the location and proximity to our workplaces! The issues start with the apartment where there's constant loud banging noises coming at odd hours seemingly from all sides, from loud neighbors and perhaps triggered by heat or plumbing in some way. We've recorded this and even tried reporting to the leasing office, where instead of taking responsibility and providing a resolution, the manager quite rudely implied that we're exaggerating the disturbance because "he's never heard of such complaints".I had to correct him by explaining that any stomping noises from our upstairs neighbors would only affect us directly under them and nobody else. There was no resolution, no followup and the issue persists. Second - valet trash is the mandatory service that was added on at a charge of $30/month. One would think this should eaae your life and not add more work to the resident. Wrong! They have strict rules for how the trash and recycle is to be kept out and they never accommodate if a piece of paper or a cardboard box is not flattened. Instead they'll leave a note on your door citing a compliance violation. So be prepared to pay for a service that's most likely not going to serve you and add more work instead. The garage access door is supposed to be secure and fob-locked; but it's basically been broken for months and nobody cares about that. There's people smoking and leaving behind cigarette butts in the garage all over the parking spots; but management never looks into that. One time, we almost got rammed into by a truck going upwards of 15 mph INSIDE the garage. The manager seems to have all the time in the world to put up 'eviction/demand for compliance' notices on resident's doors because they left an Amazon box "unflattened" but won't bother looking into real issues in the community that directly affect the residents. We have lived at several professionally managed properties in the Denver area and have never had such an awful experience overall. Except for the one nice lady at the leasing office who has on occasion gone our of her way to help out, the manager and other associate are plain rude and condescending. This is my first experience at an IMT property, and is definitely going to be the last!

Do not move here if you like any sort of privacy or quiet. I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review or complain, but it is seriously terrible. Due to the poor construction of the building, I get tons of noise from the hallway and people generally going about their lives at normal volume, including my neighbors cell phone alarm, which I can hear through the wall. My neighbor’s bedroom wall is shared with my bedroom wall, and I can hear their cell phone alarm so clearly that it sounds like it is in my apartment. I can also hear when they are talking at a normal volume, or generally doing anything (opening a drawer or a door). They aren’t doing anything wrong, it is just so poorly insulated between units that there is basically no sound deadening. I am on the top floor, which I would expect to be relatively quiet. Unfortunately I wasn’t so lucky - when my downstairs neighbors shut their front door, it shakes my entire unit. It also vibrates my floor and desk when they walk around normally! The hallway also produces a lot of noise. When I first moved in, there was a about a ½ inch gap under my front door. Maintenance fixed this in a few days, which helped a little bit, but still tons of noise. When people walk in the hallway, it shakes my floor. If people are running, yelling, or talking loudly in the hallway, it basically sounds like they are standing in my living room. Normally I would just ask my neighbors to be quiet, or tell the office about it, but there’s not really anything I can do. I can’t ask people to stop talking or walking around, and it's not like they can re-insulate the building. The people who work here are very nice, but unfortunately this building is terrible.
Anyone that is looking to rent here, please pay attention to the reviews. We just spent our Thanksgiving night at 11 pm exiting the building with parents and their children and babies in 20 degree weather due to a false fire alarm. The same thing happened the next day at 11am. This is not an isolated occurrence. It has happened to us 7 or 8 times in the 11 months we have been here. We always get a glowing 2 paragraph reply about their 5 star team from the manager while the facts prove differently. The place is not cleaned well at all. You have to complain to the manager before something gets cleaned. Right now the exercise room has food on the floor and dust bunnies in the corners. Please pay attention to the reviews.

We are very thankful that the alarms sounding was not due to a fire within our community. The fire sprinkler system failed and the alarms sounding were in response to this failure. When the alarms were sounded IMT team members, the local fire department, and fire sprinkler professionals all arrived to get the system back up and work properly. There are no warning signs of when the system is going to fail, however as soon as there are breaks we immediately respond. We are still working with multiple fire sprinkler professionals to ensure not only that the system is working appropriately but also to see if there are any additional items we can do to ensure they do not fail again. We have regularly scheduled the cleaning of our community by not only our onsite team but also outside vendors. We all attempt to ensure that we are picking up after the items left behind such as the trash in the gym. IMT will continue to try to improve the community and your experience in the community. We have been here almost a year. The biggest complaint is the fire alarms that have gone off Many times in the last year. We have had to get up out of bed to evacuate the building several times and wait till the fire department arrives and at some point give us clearance to go back to bed. They also have gone off several times during the day. This month, they have gone off twice in the middle of the night and then one morning. Extremely frustrating and getting tired of losing sleep! The place is also not getting cleaned like it was when we first moved in. We had to ask the office to get our hallways vacuumed because they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The floor in the yoga room upstairs is filthy.

A terrible community. Dirty, loud, and the leasing office staff does not seem to care at all. There are plenty of places in Lone Tree that are better than this place. When you do the tour everything will look really nice, but living there is not. There is a group chat with 10+ residents where we just complain about things in here. I know many of the residents and I do not know a single one that is renewing their lease.
