Cons: noise, out dated model, management. I lived there for 2 years and my move in process was very strenuous. Their definition of “move in ready” shows how low their standards are. Maintenance would fix my items for example by bending my stove to level it out instead of replacing things. Old worn out faucets, damaged counter tops (if you consider a spray painted slab of wood a countertop), out dated light fixtures, and no storage space. For the pricing, they really should have more updated items throughout units. Noise was my biggest issue. They replaced carpet with plank wood and footsteps would echo throughout my apartment. I heard every single movement from my upstairs neighbors. And the manager would continue to respond to my videos of proof saying “that’s what we consider normal living sounds” It didn’t help I lived under an unstable couple who would claim she fell when loud banging noises would happen (lol) PROS: the area is very dog friendly, and convenient if you prefer being close to shops and grocery stores
Recently moved here form another different complex in aurora and let me tell WOW the difference is incredible. The staff from Troy, Anna, Frank and Sara and even the maintenance team is incredible. My last community I might as well have been chopped liver and my concerns were never taken seriously. Here any maintenance concern was handled quickly and with care from a friendly team. I can head to the office and be helped easily and quickly. They recently renovated the gym and it is amazing and they are upgrading other amenities currently and can not wait for them to be completed after seeing the main office and gym renovations completed. Would recommend living here to anyone. Ease of access to so many major shops and roads makes life easy.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your car was towed from our community. We do have strict parking enforcement as you stated and our lots are monitored nightly. The need for parking enforcement is to ensure our residents have a spot to park when they get home and to remove unauthorized vehicles from resident parking. A valid parking permit is required to be displayed if you are parked in resident parking. We do have visible signs at every entrance to the community detailing this that our community is permit parking and violators will be towed at their expense. We also spend a good amount of time going over our parking policies with all residents who sign a lease contract with us. We have two visitor parking lots in our community located by the leasing center and another one by our dog park. Visitor parking is where any visiting guest should park. Parking is terrible at these apartments, you will never find a place to park because they give parking permits but do not care to enforce when people do not actually have them. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and look somewhere else.

This place is a dump! Not only will you see the stained concrete from all the trash sitting in the hallways, but also it looks like the Goodwill donation site by the dumpsters pretty much every day. If the trash doesn't bother you, maybe the 10 people living in each apartment will?? If you are okay with all that, then you might also want to know that when you go to use the gym facility there will be young kids sitting in there smoking marijuana, that management will do nothing about. The parking hers is a complete joke. If you come home after 5 pm on any night you will not have a place to park, and some nights will have to cross across to the apartments on the other side of Cherokee just to find a space. Seriously, if you want to live in a decent place....do not rent here. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one by far was the dirtiest and most stressful to live in.

**PLEASE READ** We moved from Florida this past March, we have been here approximately 4 months now. Since we have been here, we have put in two request for our sliding glass door lock to be fixed. After the second time of it being fixed, broke again. Well, our apartment was burglarized. They came in through the sliding glass door, took our keys to our car and stole it-all while we were in the next room sleeping. It is the most TERRIFYING thing to know we could have easily walked out while we were getting robbed and who knows what would have happened to us. After the cops came to take finger prints we immediately went to the front office to speak to management. We asked to be either moved to another unit or let us out of our lease free of charge. No apology, condolences, or any type of sympathy was given to us in that office. We were looked at and spoken to like liars. The next day we follow-up with management with a phone call and an email to receive a late reply to our email. Condolences were finally offered after the manager received the police report, I guess this was when they realized we were telling the truth. We were then given two choices. Our first choice was to transfer us to another unit free of charge, but we would have to get back into a whole new lease at new terms (rent on their website has gone up since we originally signed a lease.) We had hopes to transfer to a new apartment with our same terms (same rent with 8 months left in our lease.) Our second option offered was to pay $3,750 to completely cancel the lease and leave. We are unbelievably stressed and torn up right now. We aren't sleeping and any noise at night makes our heart jump. We thought our apartment complex could take some stress away by helping out in one of our request, but I guess the hospitality does not run strong here at IMT. We are seeking avenues that we hope work in our favor.

On 7/8/19, you reported to me the incident that happened in your apartment home. Any time there is an incident within our community, we take it very seriously and want to gather all the facts and information and submit an internal incident report. I informed you I would submit the report and talk to our risk management department, and follow up with you with your options. The police report was also obtained and had to be finalized before it was able to be picked up. I followed up with you within 24 hours and provided you with different options. At that time you informed me you were not interested in any of the options that were provided to you. Crime and safety is never something that we are able to guarantee. We cooperate with local law enforcement agencies should a scenario arise within the community. I regret to hear that you feel IMT is not a hospitable company, as we strive to make all residents' experiences a positive one. My husband and I moved in a year and a half ago. From the time we moved in, our dryer didn't work. It would take 3 cycles in the dryer to get decently dried clothing. After 4 maintenance requests (each one ending in them telling us the dryer "gets hot when they turn it on so it must work"), copious visits to the front office, a bunch of washing and drying at my parents house, they FINALLY gave us a new dryer. They never reimbursed us or took any money off our rent for not having a working dryer for 8 months! Fast forward a few months from there and our refrigerator is leaking water inside down into the vegetable keepers and it overflows onto the floor. We put in a maintenance request to get it fixed, and it took a week and a half for them to come- meanwhile we were having to mop up water off the floor every other day. They finally came and left a note that said they addressed the problem, but you guessed it ---two days later and we have water all over the floor again. It's still not fixed. ANOTHER example - I ordered an amazon package that said it was delivered on August 9th, 2018. I never received my package, so I asked if the front desk had forgotten to put a slip in my mail box and if maybe they had it. They said no they did not. I emailed the company I ordered it from and called USPS and they both emailed me receipts that showed they had delivered it to the front office. I went back to the front office to tell them what I found out and they said they don't have it, they aren't liable for it, and just because a resident tells them the post office has a receipt saying they delivered it to them, doesn't mean they actually did. We filed a case with the USPS, they were willing to come out to check the apartment's front office for them if they refused again. So my husband goes in to tell them this and they give him more respect than they gave me. They tell him they will reorganize the mail room and let us know what they find. We gave them a week without hearing anything from them before my husband went back in to inquire if they found the package. They said they did (even though they neglected to call) and said it had been put in the wrong resident's mailbox. No apology given for the disrespect or the ineptness of the front office. It took a month and a half to get that package. I could go on for days, but I hope I gave enough examples to demonstrate why no one should move here. Just don't.

Because of the cleanliness, even when people dump at the dumpster, and mostly because of the family environment.
Very nice facility in a great location. Lots of amenities. The leasing professional, although professional, lacked warmth and friendliness. I got the feeling that I was taking too much of his time.

Coyote ranch is always awesome about fufilling maintenance requests and answering any questions I have had during my lease. They?re always professional and kind to me when I email or come to the front office.
Every request during our move in period has been met AND exceeded! Everyone is so helpful, courteous and on top of their game. Best service we've ever had living in an apartment.
Though the rent is high, this isn't the only community with inflated prices, and was actually one of the more reasonable choices.
I would recommend it as it's a large apartment and competitively priced. Some of the wear-and-tear could need replaced over time, and it would have been a bit better if this was done as a preventative measure prior to move-in, but I get that this costs money.
I really enjoyed my apartment. It never had a single issue while I lived there. Loved the layout of the apartments it feels more like a home than an apartment.
The office and Maint. crew are Friendly, and cares about people who live here, they don't just make you feel like you live here, but cares about the community as a whole. Always a friendly smile even when they are driving around the complex
Many features of this community that initially had attracted me are broken, vandalized or not working most of the time
The only reason I would not recommend this complex is the parking issues. I feel like I have to come home by a certain time to make sure I can find a parking spot and that is unfortunate. I asked to be put on the list for a carport or garage 8 months ago and still haven't heard anything.
We have only lived in this community for a month. The second day of living here we found a LIVE bed bug in the bathroom, we had it exterminated for the preventative treatment the following Saturday. 2 weeks later we found 3 LIVE bed bugs again, had to tear our entire apartment apart, clean everything we have and had the exterminator come again. Our apartment is stilll a mess until we can have the final treatment. Meanwhile, with all this happening I'm 6 months pregnant and NOT comfortable in my own living space because it's a disaster. I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone only because NOONE should have to feel uncomfortable with their living condition paying as much as we do.

its a great place to live just parking after 7 or 8 p.m. is horrible. Rent could be a tad bit less expensive.
Pros 1. Property value is good. Cons 1. There is no air ventilation in kitchen so expect smoke detectors to go off very often. 2. Old apartments so alot of maintenance is required and things are going to break off often. 3. Old appliances so expect high energy bills like my 1 bedroom 1 study has a electric bill of $140, water bill $100 and gas bill around $50. Property value is good but bills are high and IREA is the only electric company so there is no other option but to pay. Other places that have xcel energy 1 bedroom apartment has $60 electric bill (max). 4. Parking is hard to find after 8pm and forget about parking near your place after 10pm. You will have to park far away and is about 5 mins walk. 5. Management is a bit slow, right now it has been 14 days since I put in a work order.

The apartment was not in good shape based on move in. Stains on walls and carpet not what was shown to me before move in. Water leaks all over the apartment when moving in. Just an unacceptable first month in a new place you want to call Home.
Maintenance requests frequently take a very long time to be resolved, weeks to months sometimes. Often multiple requests have to be submitted to get any response, even speaking to leasing agent at the office about maintenance requests fails to get action. Due to the length of time it takes to complete simple maintenance, I often have to try to make repairs myself prior to putting in a work order. For "luxury apartments" and the price paid, this is unacceptable.
It's really quiet here and all my service requests are answered. I never have to beg for someone to come fix something.
Mostly friendly tenants even though some are very noisy. We don't appreciate commercial vehicles parked here everyday which violates your rules. Other than that we would recommend this community to our friends.
I'm not a big advocate for valet trash. One of our neighbors has boxes and trash that have been left in the hallway for almost two weeks. I would rather take my trash to a dumpster than walk past two week old garbage bags every time I leave my apartment. I would recommend the complex based on price and location.
Little things kept falling apart, like I said it's close to school but I don't love the location otherwise. The people are super nice.
The location is great for work, the staff is fantastic, and the amenities are great. The community gatherings are especially fun.

I would highly recommend Coyote Ranch to anyone. We stayed for 4 1/2 years and found the location and the particular apartment (and garage) fit our needs very well. If it wasn't satisfactory, we would have moved out sooner. We moved out because we purchased a house. We never had any problems with the apartment, the staff or maintenance. I particularly liked the certain apartment we were in.

I have lived here 6 months now, and I can honestly say, this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Parking is absolutely stupid. After 8 PM, there is not a parking spot to be had, period. I have had to park in the complex across the street, as there is just not enough parking built into this complex. The apartments are old and tired, with 30 layers of paint on the walls, cracked cheap crown molding, old appliances, and old cracked and warped counters. My bathroom has huge curling iron burns into the counters, and none of the drains even drain correctly. They use high pressure water to clean the breeze ways, and when they do, prepare for your apartment to be flooded, as when they spray your door, it comes under the threshold and destroys your entry way. HUGE bug problems, as there is a gap between the door and the threshold. Its like living in a tent at times, as all the seals to the 2 doors are horrible. Cold air in the winder, hot air in the summer. The rent, keeping how old these apartments are, is sky high. The trash services are a complete joke. They don't take your trash half the time, for no reason at all. My entire floor refuses to use them anymore, because you are forced to take your trash to the compactor anyway. $25 a month, for nothing. The issue is so great, the compactor is usually full, and people throw their trash on the ground next to it, causing further issues, not to mention health concerns. That area smells horrible. This complex DOES NOT have dumpsters. ONLY a compactor. So, if you get a TV? That box is going to need to be cut up into small pieces to dispose of at the compactor, or taken off site, to a dumpter - convenient huh? Worth $25 a month? Nope.

Compared to other apartment complexes we have lived in, this was by far the quickest and nicest experience we have had
I think the location is fantastic. The office people are very friendly. The layouts are good. The living experience overall is fairly quiet and positive. The cost of the apartment I still think is a bit high, especially given the woefully outdated fixtures/appliances. I would never describe these apartments as "luxury".
Would not based on price, would based on community events and management. Although there was a lot of turnover in the office, the service was better than most other apartments I've been to.
Clean well maintenanced community with good amenities . Not good parking

Overall I had a good experience at the apartment complex. I felt very safe. i was frustrated by the parking. It was sometimes hard to find a parking spot by my building.
So far, we are very pleased living here
It's close to alot of stuff and the apartments are nice but I would tell them it's priced in the higher end of apartments
It's very unsafe to live here as Society is not even able to control basic things or even not able to give notices to resident who are disturbing other resident. Parking is almost impossible/worst if you come home after 10.00 PM. You have to walk 15 min from where you live for parking.

Beware of the most unprofessional office staff you will ever meet. I am a current resident at Coyote Ranch. James, one of the staff, treats residents with utter disrespect, walking away when being talked to. There is a consistent lack of communication between the office staff and no one knows what they are doing causing stress to the resident. I’ve had to battle over many mistakes in my leasing documents and me getting wrongfully charged for their errors. I never had so much stress before until dealing with the so called management here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Parking is impossible. We’re forced to park in the fire lanes and handicapped parking at night and risk getting towed. I’ve had to make an effort and get up at 5am just to re-park my car to avoid being towed. It’s been an issue here for a long time and is getting worse. Good luck in finding a garage as they are very scarce. The school kids are extremely noisy even with the windows closed. If you are planning to take a nap you might as well forget it.

Perfect apartments if you are concerned for safety and Kids. School, park, market all nearby. Management is excellent,very helpful and they do the survey and work on that. love the FUN EVENT they organize like pool party , expo , movies , zumba, yoga etc. Apartment Interior and storage is awesome. Like the greenery they maintained. In short awesome place to live.
A simple as that, for the cost of the SQ FT as well as the appearan$195is too much
this complex includes trash pick up service without the option of accepting or refusing. The gates to the parking lots do not open and close. The parking lot design does not have adequate sewers causing water buildup. Puddles and low lying areas could be over 4 feet wide causing renters to have to walk thru water and over dangerous ice in the winter.
