We are sorry that you have not had a positive experience in our community. We ask that you reach out to our team directly so we can resolve any issues you may have. Thank you.
The buildings are poorly maintained despite the high rent, gym/clubhouse have been shut down for a few days short of a full calendar year, and my partner was shot outside of the leasing office. Avoid this community.

Hello Alexander, Thank you for your feedback, though we're disappointed to see you have some concerns which are greatly hindering your enjoyment of your stay here. We understand the amenities undergoing renovations are a source of frustration for you. We are working with our general contractor to have our amenities open as soon as possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the fitness center and clubhouse have experienced delays and we hope to have them open as soon as we are able to. It is unfortunate to hear of any crime happening in the area. We are never able to guarantee anyone’s safety and we always encourage residents to contact the local police enforcement should they notice any suspicious activity on property. While we understand the inconvenience with any kind of water intrusion, there is the potential for leaks in any building with interior plumbing. We employ a full-time maintenance team that includes on-call maintenance team members for emergencies and are glad that our technician responded promptly and was able to have the water extracted out of your apartment. Thank you and if you would like any additional information regarding these or any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best, Troy | Community Manager
I’ve had my garage and apartment broken into by thieves multiple times. I’ve had detectives knock on my door because of a shooting in the building. Homeless constantly camp the hallways to apartments. This is the only complex that doesn’t have some key fob to common area doors. And management doesn’t care!! I can’t wait to leave because every crime gets ignored! They will say the have an outside security company but they don’t do anything cause they have no authority. They charges me to get my locks replaced after a break in. There is a dozen more issues but this review would be pages long then Management is beyond incompetent. They don’t care about safety, they don’t care about cleaning up the property, they don’t care about making any improvements just taking your money. If imt responds to this review, I don’t believe a word you say. You have taken 0 action to make any safety improvements

Hello, we are sorry to see that you are not completely satisfied with our community. IMT Residential attempts to deter criminal activity at all our communities and specifically at IMT Dayton Station we have improved lighting around the community, increased our paid courtesy officers, and encouraged and engaged in events with the local police department. Crime can happen anywhere and like the local authorities, we cannot eliminate all criminal activity but do our best to deter this activity and work with the local law enforcement who are tasked with addressing criminal activity. IMT Dayton Station has seen significant improvements in the last couple of years such as a new playground installation, new roof, exterior paint, new pool furniture, lighting upgrades, and we are currently under renovations on our clubhouse and fitness center. These projects are all opportunities that we believe will enhance the community for you and your neighbors. Thank you for your residency at IMT Dayton Station and we hope to continue your residency with us and have you enjoy all these great improvements. Best, Garrett | Regional Vice President
Management tries their best to make this a great place but there’s so many tenants that make it awful. Too many people don’t pick up after their dogs and yet there’s poop stations all around the complex. Too many parents let their kids scream in the playground in the afternoon, and I mean the kids have screaming contests to see who’s the loudest. People leave furniture all around the dumpster and glass surrender them as well (the garbage company doesn’t take furniture). There are tenants who use the garages as chop shops so the parking lot has oil stains and no plate cars abandoned in it (some of the maintenance employees participate in this). All complaints that have been sent to management have not resolved anything. And the place looks good on the surface with decent apartments and amenities but the whole place gets trashed by bad neighbors. I’d honestly pay another $50 a month so someone who clean up all the dog poop or trash left behind. The entire complex is constantly dirty. Honestly look else where cause while the majority of people here are good, those who suck will drive you insane

Hello, Thank you for your recent review. We do encourage our residents to be mindful of their pets and mindful of their surroundings and neighbors. In order to help with this, we do have a pet waste company that comes out weekly. As we are surrounded by multiple communities and often times it’s not our residents contributing to the waste; we update our vendors regarding high traffic areas periodically as well to assist. In regards to the garage and noise concerns, we do not allow storage or working on cars in the garages and also ask that our residents be mindful of their neighbors and noise levels. We do have after-hours courtesy patrol available to our residents as well to assist in these matters. Please do feel free to reach out to me directly with any concerns such as these as we will work diligently to correct them for you to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us. Best, Angela | Community Manager
I have lived here for almost two years. When I first moved in everything seemed OK. It wasn't great, but was not bad either. Since then the property has plummeted. People do not respect the facilities. The equipment in the gym doesn't function as it is supposed to. I have had two of my neighbors get arrested in front of my apartment. I have had to battle loud music (which is almost constant in this complex), parking issues, and trash issues. The management is extremely helpful as long as what you want to talk about is giving them money. If you have concerns or in my case a neighbor was essentially harassing me for months and they will do little to nothing. They do not even respond to emails unless you send several and use caps. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Hello, Thank you for letting us know of your concerns. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate you as a resident with us and would like the opportunity to talk through your concerns if you have a moment to reach out directly. I have checked our equipment and it is working as it should be, however, if you happen to notice a piece of equipment that is not functioning properly, please let us know and we will attend to it. We will have some exciting updates to our gym in the near future as well that we are excited to share with our residents. Regarding your concern on noise and neighbors, we do rely on our local police department and have courtesy patrol available for our residents after hours to assist with this and we of course will help while communicating with our residents as well. We greatly value our residents and strive to put you first and apologize that you have had a negative experience. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns I may assist you with. Thank you. Best, Angela | Community Manager
Wow i cannot wait for my lease to end because this place is awful. Starting with other tenants; we have kids yelling and running in the enclosed stairwell all day, and i understand kids are kids but the parents do nothing about it. It is so annoying because walls are thin, the stair well is enclosed so they echo and its louder, and the children drag bikes up and down the metal stairs. I've brought this up to management several times and nothing has been done. There are other neighbors who think that when they burn food its a good idea to open their door instead of a window. Next is Parking and oh my god is it bad. There are 4 cars in the lot that have not been touched since i moved in and they are clearly just dumped in the lot because tires are flat (probably stolen from somewhere). Again I have told management and nothing has been done. They said working on your car in a garage is not allowed yet everyday i see a garage door open with people doing car work (changing oil or working on the engine) no problem to me but clearly management doesnt enforce their own rules. Same can be said about grills on patios. There was a fire in one of the garages last week and that person still keeps their car there. Next is maintenance. It took them 2 months to send a maintenance person to fix our washer and dryer and anytime we send in a request it has a 50/50 shot of being closed before management sends someone over. I have gone to the management office to advise them of issues with neighbors and maintenance request and I have just heard empty promises. They will right down everything i saw and talk me up like they are going to handle it immediately and then weeks go by and nothing is done. The apartments are nothing special and because management does nothing this place is just awful. other reviews so mice problems and other issues. take my word and just avoid this place

Thank you for your recent review. I do apologize for the frustrations you are currently experiencing. Due to recent economic circumstances, we were unable to complete non-emergency work orders for a time, however have been back up to normal operations for a while now and completing our items in a very timely fashion. As for the concerns regarding your neighbors, I am always available to listen and see what we can do to best assist you. Unfortunately, I am unable to ascertain your name or what apartment home you are in here in order to best assist you. If you could please reach out to me directly, I would be more than happy to assist. Thank you, Angela | Community Manager
Decent rental pricing & great location, however, I lived in a first floor apartment and battled mice all spring, summer, and fall! If you don’t mind having to battle mice oh yeah and spiders ?? pretty regularly than this is the place for you! The office will give you sticky traps though for the mice and have terminus come and put bait boxes all through your apartment but doesn’t really get to the root cause! Hopefully you have a better experience!

Dear TeeAl, Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry to hear that we did not have the chance to meet so that I could personally address your concerns. IMT Residential recently took over the management of this community in August, and we strive to put our residents first. We do work closely with our vendors to ensure every situation is handled appropriately and with the utmost care. I did notice that you have since left our community, however, I am available to discuss any concerns you may have. I wish you all the best in your new home and please feel free to reach out to me personally if I can assist further. Thank you. Best, Angela | Community Manager
This property is NOT managed! Poor quality maintenance service with unhelpful customer service at the leasing office. Most of the maintenance requests are ignored the first time and only responded to when the resident shows up at the leasing office daily. The trash cans for doggy waste are rarely emptied.

Thank you so much for your review. As the new management company here at IMT Dayton Station, we like to hear the voices of our residents so we can learn from the issues you have experienced in the past and in the future. We acquired this acquisition on August 8, 2019, and we are working through the issues that our residents have been having with the maintenance department and the overall management. We realize the property had not been kept up as well as we would like and we are working as hard as we can to make a difference. Our maintenance team has been working due diligently to fix any and all repairs you may need as fast as they can and to work on getting the grounds cleaned up along with the doggy stations cleaned. As the new management company to IMT Dayton Station, we will get this all resolved but it will take some time and our motto is great customer service. If you read reviews at our other properties that we manage we turn them around and receive awesome reviews from our residents. We are here for you and you will see the difference if you will give us the chance to show you what IMT Residential is all about. You are always welcome to come to the office and meet with the management to discuss any concerns you may have as our door is always open. Thanks once again for your review and know you are very important to us! Best, The IMT Dayton Station Team
I like living here a lot. I love that it’s pet friendly and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner

Thank you for reviewing our pet-friendly community! Hearing that you're happy here is music to our ears.
After living here for about 2 years, I've have to say that everything has been awesome! The office staff is always helpful and i have to give a special shot out to the maintenance team. Bernie, Eric, Andy and Jonny are some of the best at what they do and they seem to genuinely care about whatever issues you may have. I would refer one and all to experience it for yourself sometime as see what the difference is. Thanks Savoy Family!!!
Property Manager at IMT Dayton Station, Responded To This Review
We truly appreciate your 5-star recommendation! On behalf of Bernie, Eric, Andy, Jonny, and the rest of our team, thanks for being a loyal resident.
The leasing staff that I met were all very nice and engaging. I think that’s a critical part of deciding to lease at any given complex.
Bands of screaming kids play throughout the complex for hours. Especially by the office area. There needs to be a park nearby or something. Very loud. Could not live here if I needed to work at night.
I would because this community is awesome. Maintenance fixes our issues when we bring them up and leasing staff is always friendly and helpful.
It is a clean, quiet apartment complex. The area is gorgeous, the grounds are well-kept, and there are sufficient amenities for every taste.
I do think the rent is a little high for a one bedroom compared to the rent for a two bedroom so that is my only criticism. Otherwise, really happy with what I saw on my tour.
I would recommend it because of the friendliness of staff and value of the apartment. I like how clean the apartment complex is. The only thing holding me back is some of my friends are unable to meet the price of the apartments.
It's a very nice community and the light rail was extremely convenient. Just a lot of families so pribably wouldn't recommend for a person without kids
I like my patio, the privacy of it, my kitchen and bath are very nice too. Lots of space for storage, inside hallways are always clean and quiet. My only complaint are ignorant tenants who need to be fined $250 for not picking up after their dogs and need ADULT swimming time with NO kids allowed for at least an hour twice a day.I always have parking too, that's nice.
They are kind and understanding in the office. Also the staff has always been very helpful along with the property being absolutely beautiful.
Would recommend because of locality - close to rail station and walmart and being a Cherry Creek School destrict but when it comes to mentainance & service, I dont think I can recommend anyone.
There is a bit of deferred maintenance around the property, specifically worn and peeling paint on the exterior of buildings, cracked concrete on steps and ramps. I am diligent about cleaning up after my dogs, but obviously not all tenants are, as there is usually large amounts of dog feces all over the property. Although the property is supposed to be smoke free, I often observe tenants standing on their porches/patios smoking, and I often smell smoke coming through the walls/ventilation.
I would because of it's location- its hidden, next to bus station, shopping, cherry creek reservoir. I LOVE the No Smoking rule.
I have been apartment hunting for about a month now. This is the first place where the entire staff greeted me, made me feel like I mattered, and wanted to ensure that I received everything I wanted/asked for. They took their time with me and I never felt rushed or that my time didn't matter.
I enjoy the community - but the turnover of management (3 companies since I moved in November 2015), lack of communication between leasing office employees (we signed a new 10 month lease last week, and then I still got a call asking if I'd considered renewing), and consistently broken mailboxes are a frustration.
Leasing associate that helped me was fantastic. He was relateable, geniune and knowledgeable. I would defineately recommend Savoy mostly because of him.
I would recommend this community to my friends due to the amazing friendly, professional staff and the beautiful grounds and apartments. The only drawback is how small my 1 berm apt is for the rent but I believe they are very competitive with the market right now.
you can tell alot about a community based on the office staff. everyone here is friendly and wanting to help! we need more communities like this! you guys are awesome !
I would recommend this apartment community because it's at a great location, the apartments are nice, it has great features, the staff is very friendly and helpful, even with a very busy office I felt like I had the full attention of the person helping me and I was able to get all the questions I had answered.
Staff was very professional and helful, the apartment I toured was beautiful and you can't beat the location by the light rail, shopping, and so close to walking trails and parks
Kelsey was wonderful. Can't say enough about her willingness to meet our needs If it wasn't for the smell of the vinyl wood flooring you put in, I would have moved in. Please consider changing manufacturers of you vinyl flooring so it doesn't release such a toxic smell harmful to people with chemical/environmental sensistivitites.
This community is exactly what I was looking for and hopefully its something that others would be interested in as well.
The staff are top knotch. Community features count but it was the level of service with the staff that made me feel comfortable about this place.
We just visited the property and Melissa, our leasing professional was really good. She was very professional & very helpful, she answered all our questions & helped us with any doubts we had.
Victoria was friendly, honest and she gave me a fantastic deal on my lease..thank you. I read the reviews and your complex had the best reviews, I'm confident this will be the best place for me.
I would recommend this apartment community for the great location and and the up-keep of the apartment complex and the surrounding areas.
Other than couple of issues, I had a pleasant movement and stay in Savoy. I would and had recommended apartment community to my friends and family. I would not recommend this to anyone who is handicapped or with personal disabilities since apartments building does not elevators.
Simply because the staff do a great job of communicating. They want to know if there are issues (tenants smoking, tenants not picking up their dog waste, etc). This says a lot about the community and type of tenants they want here. Love that!
The apartments themselves are great. The rise in crime in the area is a really big worry. I would feel more comfortable if there was more security in the complex (I.e. Camaras, more police patrol, maybe a gated community) it's also far from where I work downtown.
I would recommend due to the location. I would not recommend due to cost, structural build (thin walls, floors, non-energy efficient windows, lack of window cleaning for buildings (I have been here for a few years and have never seen the apt building windows (not those in the apts) cleaned,,,). I had hopes when the buildings were painted a few years ago, the windows would be washed - not.
Do not move here!!! Apartments are cheaply constructed out of an aluminum structure and the walls and doors are paper thin. There is no privacy as I can hear every footstep my neighbor makes above me, his tv, and even his cell phone vibrating on the kitchen counter. Doors are also hollow so all conversations can be heard by anyone standing in the hallways. Every time any door opens you can hear it. If you want to hear every noise your neighbors make and don't mind people being able to hear your conversations, move here! Sometimes it's so loud it vibrates the walls in my apartment and actually scares my dog. Property is also located between the light rail station and borders a Walmart supercenter so there is a constant flow of commuters, sketchy people, and homeless people walking through the property to and from the light rail to both the Walmart and the surrounding multitude of apartment complexes.
The area looks new and beautiful. People are friendly. Great location next to Walmart, Dayton station, Cherry Creek School District. However, walls are too thin. I can hear the people upstairs walking (or their kids jumping and running), flushing to toilet, running the vacuum, using their massage chair. I can hear my next door neighbor watching movies or listening to music.
Last week I had set up a few repairs. Two of the three items went perfectly. I had to call a second time because my dishwasher still was not drying. Feeling a little annoyed at having to schedule another service call, I did not have high hopes when Martin showed up. Long story short, he took the time to go over the various components and properly diagnose the issue. It was a burned out heating element of some sort. It would need to be ordered, but at least I know that a resolution is at hand. Martin even took the time to clean the mineral crusted filter while he was at it. The whole time he was in my apartment, he was polite and informed me of what he was doing and next steps. Air drying my dishes for a week is not the end of the world when being provided with top rate customer service.
The Savoy Apartment Complex is not safe. Constant Car Break-ins and management does nothing to change up security or even notify the residents that criminal activity is occurring on its property. I had to hear from a few other residents about the crime issue on this property. Think twice about signing here!
Looks great on the outside but cheaply built on the inside. The carpet is coming up in pieces after only living here 7 months. The cabinets have some sort of wood looking plastic covering that is peeling off. The floors are thin so you hear everything above you. I would also say very overpriced like everything else in Denver. On the upside, the office staff is helpful and friendly and the location is convenient.
This complex has very good and friendly customer service. They are all genuine people, who are really good at addressing your concerns or needs. Most of the residents like the surroundings enough to treat our shared environment with respect and care. Having the light rail right next to our complex is a great convenience and gives you urban access in a safe, easy and fun way. Lastly, Cherry Creek State Park is 5 minutes away by bike and is a beautiful place to visit and we've seen bald eagles, coyotes, fox and a wolf!
This apartment complex is located in a very nice safe quiet area sitting just behind a golf course. It is just a short walk or bike ride to the RTD light rail station, the cherry creek bike trial, the greenway park and cherry creek lake area. The apartment has a fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, a large pool and hot tub area with lounge chairs, tables, and grill. Starbucks, Whole Foods, Walmart and a host of other shopping and restaurants are just down the block. The staff is very friendly and well managed. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. Schools are top notch. Couldn't ask for more.
