I consider myself so lucky to live here! I am a widow of a certain age, as they say, and Hyland Hills is perfect for me. I have a one-bedroom apartment with an attached garage, and it is just the right size. LOTS of storage, a great floor plan, and very well-maintained by a friendly and caring staff. Speaking of whom, Joseph from maintenance came by to fix my garage door remote the other day. In addition to being super professional and efficient, he is so thoughtful and courteous! I feel like I am in such good hands here -- and did I mention the valet trash service? Check it out!!!
You can't go wrong with IMT Hyland Hills their apartments are fairly spacious and there's a premium feel for the price. Micah with the office has real enthusiasm and made me feel accommodated whenever I emailed him. The location is fantastic, across from H-Mart, a quaint park, and a whole shopping area.

I lived in this complex for approximately 3 years, two of which were under previous management. 1. They specifically ask you to sign a No smoking within 25 ft of any building, yet they do not enforce it. Therefore, if you happen to live by a smoker and you don’t happen to enjoy smoke you are out of luck. There will be a strong smell in the halls and you cannot have windows open. 2. They charge a $25/month valet trash service. This results in people leaving trash outside their door for days and it makes the halls smell awful. 3. They charge a pet rental fee of $35/month and a nonrefundable fee of $350, this does not seem like a lot but when coupled with the rent it quickly adds up. Also, you will constantly find dog waste in the green areas around the apartments. 4. They charge a lease break fee of 2x monthly rent. Based on the average rent you are looking at a fee of $2800+. Most people do not plan on breaking a lease, but in the end, if you need to, be prepared to pay a very large sum of money. They will not provide any flexibility despite events such as a major pandemic. 5. Parking is a huge issue. This will force you to get a garage ($85-$100/month) just to not deal with trying to find parking. 6. Renovated apartments all have wooden floors which are great...except if someone lives above you. You will hear every step they take, every time they vacuum, and every time someone drops an item. This will force you to have a fan to create white noise so you can sleep. 7. Water bills are always high. There was a month where I mostly traveled and was never home and the bill was exactly the same. Therefore, you do not pay for use, you subsidize the use of every resident in the complex. 8. In the affordable, non-renovated apartments, they use very poor quality materials. They ACTUALLY paint the countertops and the bathtub. The bathtubs will peel because the paint does not like to be submerged in water. The countertops will stain because white paint can absorb colors. This of course makes your apartment less attractive. But the worst part is that they will charge you for REPAINTING the bathtubs ($65) and the countertops ($285). Essentially, they make you pay for their poor choice of materials. 9. They will try to nickel and dime you out of your security deposit. Including charging you for the stove drip pans (all 4 for $32) that are no longer “new”. Despite the fact that wear and tear is part of the rental business.

Don't rent here!!!! Their policies are terrible, they have no compassion. They can't fix common items like the fire pit after being told about the issue multiple times. Even after it's been broken for 3 months. Above all the attitude of the staff is bad! Alexis had no business being in customer service. She is simply rude!
I have lived at this apartment for 3 years now and absolutely love the place. The management has always been super helpful and kind. The neighbors have all been extremely friendly and polite. The park in front of the complex is always mowed and very clean. The location is like no other. 15min to the mountains and 15 min to downtown Denver and you are in the heart of Westminster. The police station is across the street so it is VERY safe and low crime. I highly recommend these apartments! -Nate

Management here often hosts social events which helps to get to know your neighbors(less awkward moments with strangers that way). The maintenance staff here is very prompt on repairs. We also have valet trash service which is a time saver for a busy lifestyle. This complex has more young mature professionals than most communities around here. STARBUCKS/bookstore is within walking distance
its OK but too expensive being near a golf coarse.
I wanted to move in closer to work --- the drive to Broomfield from Denver can get tiresome. I started looking for a place that allowed dogs, had a pool, gym, business center, and laundry were my particulars. The Vintage at Hyland Hills had all of my musts and more, because the staff was helpful and made the experience finding the apartment right for me, to the signing easy peasey.. --- I may have had a million and one questions throughout the process and they never once did they tired of me! lol --- Very friendly and helpful even after the move in! Plus my neighbors are amazing, and the convenience of the location is amazing, and the VIEWS here are AMAZING, did I say AMAZING YET!!!? haha.. well i am pleased, and am excited every day i wake up and can walk my pup in a safe, friendly, BEAUTIFUL area.. its simply.. Our apartment backs to the golf course and it's beautiful! From our balcony, we stare into green hills, mountains to the west and sky all over. Peaceful and serene, just like a page from a magazine! Maintenance always ready to go and management is very responsive. Just wished there was assigned parking and it would be perfect! We love coming home at the end of the day to unwind and relax. Our unit is updated so everything's new and clean, with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.

These apartments are really great! We live right off the Vintage at Hyland Hills Golf Course and I just love watching the people stroll by. The amenities are great as well. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and its spaced out great. When we do have an issue the maintenece people are quick to respond. The only thing that threw me off when we moved in is that the dishwasher, refridgeerator, stove arent up to date. They work great but look wise it isnt that great. I say that because when the office people give you a tour of the model apartment the appliances are up to date and thats what you expect when you move in but its the opposite. Anyways, I just wanted to add that we have a electric fire place and lets just say that it was our saviour in the winter because the actual heater from the thermostat doesnt work all the great. Another wonderful thing about these apartments is that we live right next to a large water park/park. We alwayd see kids over there, so this neighborhood is very kid friendly. I did forget to mention that we not only live near the golf course and park but wr are literally a hop skip and jump from a various of shopping centers and restaurants, which is fantastic and very convenient. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
We have lived here for almost 3 years. I have to admit the second (1 yr) lease we signed I was mostly just not in the mood to move with a 1 yr old child. The second time was pretty much the same. In general the property is well maintained and clean. Sadly the apartments inside are the same you would find anywhere. Cheap white carpet that always looks dirty, appliances as old as me (I'm 30). Despite the large "luxury leasing" sign on one of the buildings. There is very little luxury to enjoy. The maintenance staff is very kind, I would know-We have had MANY issues including 5 floods in two different units. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I am a very level headed adult and I have found myself arguing with more than one of these women in the time we have lived here. The property boasts two swimming pools- although it's more like 1 1/2 and the smaller of the two is surrounded by so many flowers that we avoid it and the rally or angry yellow jackets that congregate there. There is very easy access to shopping and the highway, which was a huge draw for us. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. I work at a dental office close to home and my of my patients are other tenants- I have heard similar stories from all of them. I will be happy when we leave.
Hi..After driving by and seeing the park as well, I decided that this looks like a great place to live. I toured a 2 bedroom and hope to soon live there!! They don't turn over very often which is a good sign, however I need one! Thank you, hope to be a resident soon!!
