My son has now had two bikes stolen from Bike storage. He used a bike lock each time. It seeems like an inside job as thieves have fab to open bike storage. No recourse or help from management. If you stay here keep your bike in apartment.

Good living environment for those that enjoy livelihood and a little bit loudness in the community and most importantly understand resort style living and like it.

This is a great community to live in! It’s clean and safe, with great people taking care of it! The staff are always pleasant and courteous starting from the management office to the maintenance team. I strongly recommended this community and have referred it to my family and friends. I would never refer someone to live here. They can’t even keep a property manager on staff, how would the property even be managed? Especially when the regional manager refuses to respond to emails, take your calls, or return your calls. I’ve been here 2.5 years and we will already be on our 4th manager. Regional manager doesn’t care and blames issues on everyone else but Greystar.

We love living at the Broadstone. The apartments are luxury and the ameneties wonderful. Parking is easy and they provide guest parking. Location is perfect for all our needs. Close to grocery stores and shopping mall nearby with two nearby theatres.

Very poorly managed. The TVs by the pool look nice but don't actually work. The call boxes didn't work for months. Cars are constantly getting broken into-- a friend had his golf clubs and other items stolen. There was a shooting at the apt. complex, a multi million dollar drug bust. Even most of the leasing office employees are leaving. The whole thing is such a joke. The first apartment I've been at that calls itself "luxury" and the most poorly managed. Have even had more packages go missing at this residence than any other place. Watch out for the 60 day notice to vacate required by you or they'll add months to your rent even if you just want to leave... aand they didn't even give a letter on our door. We went through 3 non- working key fobs (leading to just waiting in my car at the gate when I'm ready to go home), incorrectly charged for parking spots that should have been included, not even having parking spots in the same floor of the building, and some times there was no warning fire alarms that lasted hours. The place looks great from the brochure... but look a little closer and you'll see half the pelotan bikes don't work.. along with plenty else. The upside is-- pretty much anywhere else is an upgrade.

A very nice apartment complex, with reasonable rates, and some great amenities. Just get lucky with good neighbors and it's a good place to live!

Living at Broadstone Cavora has been an excellent experience. Management, Staff and the Maintenance Team have been helpful, respectful and .courteous. This is a great place to live especially if you are in transition to the area and need a great safe environment to live in until you know the area and purchase your next property. I highly recommend and have referred tenants just for those reasons.

I love the location of this building. The easiest commute to any place in Orange County! The staff is wonderful and the facilities are beautiful. The Zen Garden is my favorite spot to relax by the firepit and socialize with other residents after a day at work. The pool has been a fun spot to meet my neighbors and they have great planned events with the local food trucks for some fun and food there.

All the staff and management are extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable providing their services with professionalism and care. We are happy to call Broadstone Cavora our home. Great place to live, except for the nightly parties at the Jacuzzi. It feels like Im living next to a college frat house. I wish they would be a little more strict on noise levels in the evening.

I’ve lived here for a few months, the call boxes have been down the entire time and I’ve been told by staff that nothing is being done (they say they’re working on it but they 100% aren’t). They have a broken system (parcel pending) for package delivery, further complicated by their refusal to fix the call boxes. Important packages will be left on the floor of the parking garage. It’s only a luxury apartment if you don’t look closely/only look at pictures of the pool.

I love my HOME at Broadstone. The location, view and upgrades are enjoyable and still just 10 minutes to the beaches and great location to work.

Management at Cavora is NOT good! The team is lost most of the time regarding our requests! Also the care for the property is lacking really bad. Lots of repairs needing to be done. The cleaning crew is great though

I had the pleasure of meeting current tenants during my self guided tour that sold me on being a resident myself. Overall experience has been very good. Leasing staff as well as residents have been nice & helpful. Nice amenities and quiet during week days but fun activities on weekends. I wanted a place to enjoy a work like balance and dont mind minor flaws. Fairly new community and conveniently by freeway.

Overall experience has been amazing. The area of the complex feels safe and clean. Maintenance has done a wonderful job keeping the common areas clean for the residents. Residents seem to be respectful and clean as well. The unit has nice good quality features and great appliances that have made living here really nice. The amenities are fabulous - resort style living at its finest. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move into the area.

Broadstone Cavora is a great apartment complex and honestly its the best community Ive lived at!

I am fairly new resident and so far my experience has been good, safe, and comfortable! One of the reasons why I chose Broadstone was because of what they offer (gym, poolside, entertainment center etc.) and overall It feels like you are at a resort! My wish is that they would extend the hours for pools & outdoors entertainment. Thank you :)

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Packages constantly stolen, dangerous dangerous dogs, needles, leasing team does not bat an eye- they literally exist to just sell an apartment and have no idea what is going on with the community. RUN FAR AWAY- FIND AN EQUITY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING!

Broadstone Cavora is the best apartment experience Ive ever had in California, all the way from Rancho Santa Margarita to Anaheim!

I told our absolutely fantastic General Manager Keyla that in this competitive market one of the reason we selected Cavora beside many other positive points was its quietness, relaxing ambiance, overall cleanness and first class management team and staff. In my opinion, Cavora is the best destination community for residents in southern California.

Broadstone Cavora has the worst parcel receiving system. I loose parcels all the time. You will have to count on your luck to receive the parcel from either fedex or Amazon or whatever the parcel service might be. I wouldn't prefer this community until the parcel service is made better.

PROS: very nice building and facilities, smells amazing all the time. CONS: staff is eager to get you to sign lease and is very knowledgeable about grounds (commission incentive?) but surprisingly hard to get a hold of and some elements were sloppy on move in day/after you move in limited interest. Security measures don't function 100% of the time defeating the purpose. Packages "go missing" however you want to interpret that WAY too much.

I have been living at Broadstone Cavora for about a month. The apartment community is beautiful and its amenities are modern and thoughtful . It is in a great location considering how close to the freeway it is. Apartments are new and modern and easy to design. Neighbors are quiet. Everything is made easy through online phone apps from parking to receiving packages. Love living here and all my friends love to come visit me.

I have been at Broadstone Cavora for nearly 3 years. Its been an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, professional and always ready to address any concerns you may have. The amenities are fantastic, like a resort.

This is the best community we have lived in. The events put on by management are awesome and really instill a sense of real COMMUNITY in all of the residents. Management is always on top of any requests.

If you value your property, stay away. The crime here is ridiculous. I had my brand new Trek bicycle stolen out of the bike lock up and they refuse to do anything about it. And this wasn’t an isolated event. The bike lock up was broken into last month and several bikes were taken. Plus one resident had the top and the doors stolen from his Jeep a couple nights after my bike was taken. Now talking to other residents and police, I find out that people constantly get their cars broken into and bikes stolen. They even took a custom motorcycle. And when I talk to the management here they say they can’t do anything to help and that I have to go through my renters insurance to replace my bike. Even though they told me I couldn’t keep my bike on the patio and basically forcing me to put it in the bike lock up. There are also roaches on our patio. STAY AWAY! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Very unsafe. I have had my car broken Into twice and have had a 15 thousand dollar motorcycle stolen. I really would recommend somewhere else. Management doesn’t care at all about the crime. This has been occurring the entire year plus that I have lived here

I am in my first year at the Broadstone Cavora and I could not be happier. It's so beautiful. The management/and maintenace staff are amazing and they work very hard to make sure you are very happy living here. My apartment is sooo nice, the appliances are exceptional and so there are many big and little touches that make it a nice home. I feel so safe anywhere on the property and comfortable while surrounded by luxury. It is just a great environment to live in. I love the dog park and dog washing station, the salt water pools, the hot tub, the exercise areas, plus all the gorgeous common areas. The secure parking garage is awesome. My guests always have spots in the garage as well. Safe secure parking is not a problem at all here. I am so happy - this is a great place to live and I recommend it to anyone that wants a really great beautiful safe apartment home. The building is built so well that I don't even hear things around me- and we all have wood floors! I also love my huge bathroom with the rain shower, and big square tub. My kitchen has an ice maker with filtered water and a built in wine fridge, plus more! I have referred friends that are as happy here as I am! When my family from out of town comes to visit I can even rent a furnished apartment for a few days so they don't have to stay with me or at a hotel! The Broadstone Cavora thought of everything!
