IMT LAKE HOUSE

I have been living here for a year and a half, and the staff has only gotten better with the addition of Megan. She is a breath of fresh air. I have always thought highly of Renee, Angelica and Jessica, and with the addition of Megan the leasing office has only gotten more fun and attentive to the residence's needs.

I’m entering my 3rd year at IMT Lakehouse and love the property and staff. The amenities here are amazing and the building has a presence (if that makes sense). The staff does a great job making the common spaces feel like home & they keep everything up really well (even though we have neighbors who often do not do their part to do the same). My dog is obsessed with his friends in the office - he’s showered with hugs and treats daily! I’m not planning to leave until it’s time to buy a house - love my apartment, my neighbors and the space. Also regarding the gate - yes it’s annoying when it’s broken but it’s breaking because residents keep hitting it.

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived at. For the cost of a sizable home mortgage each month, you get a garage gate that has been broken for 4+ months, people pulling fire alarms at all hours of the day (including 2am), outdated/few gym equipment, thin walls/floors, dog owners that apparently don’t pick up any of their dog droppings ever, and an unsafe neighborhood with homeless people on Sand Lake/Turkey Lake on the rise. Not to mention the constant horrible traffic getting in and out of this place if you have to get on or off of I4. While I realize that isn’t the apartment’s adult, it’s still a factor in the awful day to day chore of living in this overpriced, poorly managed wreck of an apartment complex. I’m not sure if these past “glowing” reviews are bots, employees or just prior to IMT taking over in 2021/2022 but do yourself a huge favor and stay away from IMT Lake House. Your hard earned rent money is better spent literally anywhere else.

The staff at IMT Lakehouse is the best. I would like to commend the leasing agents and managers, D Angelo, Angelica, and Renee. They made my move seamless and cut through all the red tape to ensure that I had a stress free and enjoyable move. The maintenance department specifically Arturo and Ben, have addressed my every need. Even before I moved in, I requested fans be installed in my bedrooms. The maintenance staff promptly installed fans. All other concerns were handled equally satisfactorily. I have only been here a few days but I'm very happy with what I have seen so far. The community is friendly and full of life. The amenities are great and numerous, but the true gem at IMT Lakehouse is the staff.

The staff made it very easy. Nathalie and Beth are excellent So far I am very impressed with the friendly service.

Hands-down one of the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived in and certainly the best here in Orlando. The property is beautifully designed and while I have a philosophy of never choosing an apartment complex for its amenities, with this one its hard not to; The awe factor is inescapable and even my friends have a hard time holding back their reactions when they walk through the door . The units themselves are incredibly well designed and a joy to be in. As for the location, it could not be better. Dr. Phillips is right next to I 4, international Drive, and restaurant Row: some of the best eats in the central Florida area. And with an Uber around every corner and the airport only 20 minutes away it makes travel a breeze. Its also very central the surrounding area. My place quickly became the meet up spot for all my friends in downtown UCF Kissimmee and Windermere. I work from home myself and the office and business set up they have here really makes focus at work incredibly effective. The conferences can all be reserved, the desks are very private and I genuinely look forward to going to work every day at a place that isnt my kitchen table. It makes separating work from home much simpler. As for the staff, I cannot say enough about them. They are the best people Ive ever met and thats just who they are as people. As employees, they go out of their way to make living here for us the best experience possible and it really is. They even organize the package room on a daily basis . For everyone of us here at the lake house and even for my own children they truly have become like family.

I love to live here, office team are at least wonderful in listening us, amenities are amazing, my only one concern keeping in being the parking spots, specially the visitors spots that are used by residents, some were never tagged.

Lake House by Alta has it all: great location (restaurants, grocery shopping, and highway); great amenities; nicely finished apartment homes, and; great management team.

The staff at Lake House by Alta is excellent. Monica, the Asst Mgr, knows everyone by name. The amenities are excellent, especially for those of us who work mostly from home.

I LOVE Lake House!!! Monica is so nice and helpful!! She made my move so easy and exciting. Love the community and the apartment! So happy to live here!

Simply fabulous! If your looking to rent an apartment in this area, Lakehouse is the only way to go! We are one community with amazing facilities and staff that goes beyond their hour of duty to make you feel safe , loved and comfortable. I love it here !!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The staff is so helpful and caring. They answered all of my questions and helped me feel confident making the decision on my future home.

As soon as we entered the property we was greeted with the most comfortable and beautiful smile any personal has ever given me and my wife. They never got tired of answering any questions and alway kept it professional and honest. The property is great from the property to the personal, beautiful,accommodating and professional what more can anyone ask for and very honest. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is an amazing property & great location. The management team is extremely nice and organized. Sam does an amazing job at managing this property. The staff made me feel very welcomed when I moved in. I will definitely be re-leasing!

The entire staff at Lake House is always on top of any comment or concern no matter how big or how small. Everything is always done timely and they are always so friendly and helpful.

Excellent amenities. The management staff is professional but also friendly. The complex is very clean. Location is excellent. Within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.

We love being here. The team is so friendly and extremely accommodating. The front office team is fantastic and thorough and the maintenance team is experienced efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

A quiet, peaceful and clean environment with friendly neighbors and a responsive team that takes care of the day to day running of this wonderful place.

Gorgeous apartment homes, amazing amenities, wonderful location close to EVERYTHING.

We haven't lived in an apartment for many years. We decided to give it try after many years of home ownership. We looked at many apartment offerings in the Orlando area. We really liked the location of The Lake House. We loved the lake view and the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. We also liked the security of having a gated parking structure attached to the complex. The staff has been wonderful. We would highly recommend The Lake House to others looking at higher end apartment living.

Lakehouse is amazing and their management team is Top of the class! I recommend anyone with a need for an apartment in Orlando to move here! Perfect location and they value every single resident.

Depends on what you like, Im from NYC so to me the location is fantastic, you can literally walk to just about anything you need - supermarket, a gym, dog groomers, nail salons, and all manner of good restaurants and fun is in easy driving distance. Management team is responsive and friendly, and the building is brand new, units are spacious and well thought out. It is a little on the expensive side, but I always believe you get what you pay for. Its not at full occupancy and there is COVID so who knows what living here will feel like once life returns to normal.

The location is ideal, the amenities are beautiful, and the staff is the most responsive and helpful I have ever experienced.

Staff is professional but friendly and welcoming. In particular, Beth was excellent in keeping in touch and closing the deal, since there was another complex in the running. Beth, Monica and the whole team are great.

Our experience with Lake House has been excellent from the move in process. The customer service has been fantastic. The grounds and amenities are always in top shape and we feel very safe at all times.

My move in experience has been wonderful and living here is not only such a convenient location but feels like home!
