Stevenson Ranch is a suburban community spanning west of Interstate 5. The city is separated from Santa Clarita by the interstate and is situated about 35 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles. A large cluster of shopping centers feature major chains and big-box stores along the interstate, but the rest of the city is largely composed of residential neighborhoods. The rental market features a mix of apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in a wide variety of styles.
A few community parks and a golf course can be found within town. More exciting adventures await just outside of Stevenson Ranch. Already pricier than their competition, but they also charge a ton of fees that bump the price up even further. They lied to us about why they charge a valet trash fee and refused to let us remove the charge, claiming Santa Clarita required they charge us. Pathetic. Avoid this place if you can.
Estoy muy contenta de vivir en esta propiedad, es muy bonita, el personal de la oficina son muy amables y serviciales, siempre están allí para atender y son muy respetuosos, también el equipo de mantenimiento es muy bueno, hasta hoy siempre han hecho las reparaciones completas nunca he tenido ninguna queja, siempre terminan la reparación y son muy respetuosos y amables, saludan y lo tratan a uno con respeto, lo único que yo puedo decir es que estoy muy contenta de vivir en este lugar, es hermoso y único puedes ver y escuchar los pájaros y las garzas son hermosas, vas manejando y te encuentras con esa Garza blanca por la mañana te vas contento al trabajo y quieres regresar pues el lugar es muy bonito, y acogedor, la verdad es que nunca he tenido ninguna mala experiencia viviendo aquí, siempre han reparado todo y no tengo ninguna clase de bugs or roaches, siento mucho el ver que algunos las han tenido, creo que eso depende mucho de uno, si no amontonas cosas que no ocupas pues así no te llegarán y lo principal es que hay que limpiar bien el apartamento por lo menos dos veces a la semana y la cocina todas las noches para que cuando uno se levante todo está limpio. It was the worst renting experience that I've ever had. the officers were unhelpful during contacts and they always try to find ways to avoid their responsibilities. When I face thr maintenance issues and report it via both phone and portal, they will send people come and see very soon and promise a very close date to solve it but never achieve it. during my 12 months lease, there were 2 times that I waited for nearly 2 months to solve the maintainance issues but they still say they would finish it like tomorrow, next week. They always speak over the residents. I faced three times that they were unhelpful and just gave me attitude. My roommate is not very fluent in English and there were 1 agent talked very fast after he noticed this and tried to take advantage of us. there was one time I said can you please speak slower. then that agent started to speak meanly slow and with attitude. I told the manager and they only say they will tell the officers but they never apologized and the officers are still treat residents as usual. this is the least living place that I would ever recommend to people. with pricy rental and fussy application rules, I feel I could have way more choices in this area. And for all the officers here, my best wish for you would be: I wish you facing an agent like you and your colleagues all the time in your future housing experience.

We moved in about a year ago and will not be renewing the lease. Every month just about one appliance will be in need of repairs...this month it's the heater. Also, your privacy will be tested each month with minor checks of appliances. Walls are thin and some floors above you have hardwood flooring making every step from above frustrating. You have to pay for trash service as well as a parcel box....which deliveries will often be thrown on the ground.

The building has roaches. The building has no assigned parking and pool parties thrown by non residents take all the parking. You cannot open your door and have fresh air because the smoke and weed smell is constant. Loud neighbors. Any complaints to the office go absolutely nowhere!

The apartment itself is nice inside but nothing else is. I have been asked by neighbors if I had roaches or mold because my neighbors have had roaches and mold but luckily I have not. The noise and pool parties are nightly problems and it wouldn't be the management's fault but since they do nothing about it then it is. The management sent an email to everyone about security being onsite for any issues and pool parties but somehow the security doesn't hear or see anything because they do nothing even during big, loud pool parties. This is not a good place for peace and quiet or if you need sleep before work or school. Besides the noise, the smell of weed and cigarette smoke fill the air all different times of day and night. I wouldn't suggest for anyone else with kids to live in a place like this.

This place has been wonderful,nice clean,adorable neighborhood. All this is possible thanks to de people that is working so hard in the leasing office specially the manager she is a wonderful person so kind, the maintenance staff so humble and always committed to providing the best to every single apartment, that's why we are here for the 5th year renting.
For a first home after college, this place has helped create some very special memories! We have particularly enjoyed the three beautiful pool areas and the fitness center overlooking the valley, as well as being within walking distance of many retailers and restaurants. Our balcony has served as a second living/entertaining area due to its enormous size and we've been spoiled by the kind staff!
This is my boyfriend and I first apartment together. We have had a great experience thus far. The staff is super friendly and the property is pretty clean. Sometimes it takes a couple days for maintenance to come check out things when they are broken but they get the job done eventually.
This is my first apartment and I love the place! The property is well maintained. I am a single woman living on my own and I feel completely safe! I have not had any issues with the people around or animal being too loud. The property has an amazing view! Absolutely love the place!

Rented an apartment filled with roaches. Took the apartment manager Amber 3 days to take a look at the issue. Very rude and not helpful. Don't rent from here.
I love and enjoy my apartment. The view from my apartment is almost a 360 degree view of the Santa Clarita valley. I have no direct neighbors across from my apartment so my view is not obstructed. My washer and dryer are in a separate room off the balcony and my balcony is a good size, the space can double as an extra room. The area is quiet, access to my apartment is private, there are only two units on each floor. My apartment is small however the areas that matter the most are well proportioned. The best part I am close to work, shopping. I can walk to the shopping areas if I want and not use the car.
I've only lived here for about a month, but so far I like it. It's walking distance to restaurants and shopping, plus the freeway is super close. My neighbors are quiet and the grounds seem to be well maintained.
So, I was happy that the place had all the amenities I was looking for- washer and dryer, pool, BBQ at pool, a great gym, little patio........however, there are a couple big problems that they need to address. 1. The nighttime security is avg at best. I rarely see them drive around and I've had some property damaged. Additionally, people seem to park and use the parking garage as a place to hang out in there cars. These leads me to my next point.... 2. It's obvious not everyone registers their car because there have been several nights where I had to park in areas half a mile away- and this was after the rep told me "No, we dont' have assigned parking because there's plenty of it" Overall, it's pretty quiet but I have been told that two of the apartment buildings are the "party" buildings because that's where the young people are getting nutty. Anyways, it's a decent place but I can see why people come and go here.
The apartment complex is located in a nice safe area and is close to popular businesses and good schools. The amenities are great if you like staying fit and sunbathing. The gym is well maintained and there are three pools, a volleyball course and indoor raquetball. There is even fire pits to roast marshmallows or cuddle with someone special during the chilly nights. This apartment complex is more of a resort than apartment but with homey feeling .The staff is very friendly and always treat residents like family. Although its in a populated area it is situated on a hill away from the noise of cars and traffic. It is a great place for families.
First off, you basically have to use a tank of gas just to get your car up this obnoxious hill in order to get to the leasing office. I was quickly helped by one of the ladies in the office. She was blurting out information like the was a robot. She took me to see the model unit I was interested in. Upon opening the door, she said, "Don't mind the mess, someone has been staying here lately." The throw pillows were tossed around, there was trash in the kitchen sink, toilet was not clean. Seeing this made me wonder how they treat their tenants and I'm willing to say I would not be satisfied in the slightest. This is a definite DO NOT RENT in my book, especially for the excessive pricing
