I have been living at Imt stoneleigh for the past 2 years, and overall, it has been a positive experience. Here are my thoughts: Location: The location is fantastic! It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. Commuting to work has been a breeze. Amenities: The community offers great amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and dog park. The pool area is well-maintained, and I’ve enjoyed relaxing there during weekends. Maintenance: Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Whenever I’ve had an issue (like a leaky faucet or a broken light fixture), the maintenance team fixed it within 24 hours. Staff: The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ve been accommodating during lease renewals and move-in processes. Special thanks to Michela, Maria, cheyenne and Ira. We highly recommend Imt Stoneleigh at Deerfield, and we are sure you will love it.
Happy with the apartment layout and amount of storage space. The property is clean and the staff have all been friendly. Valet trash service is nice. Disappointed with the broken junk cars and bus that are allowed to just take up close spaces to our building. Also annoying to have a neighbor who smokes pot every night and makes our upper apartment reek terribly! Hopefully the “issues” will resolve in due time?!

When I needed my HVAC system cleaned, Nikki swiftly arranged for it to be taken care of the very next day, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities offered here are truly top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful pool area. I recently had the pleasure of choosing IMT Stoneleigh as my home. The apartment is really spacious, here with excellent amenities and a dedicated team committed to exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, by the whole leasing staff, I was moving to a completely new place and they were really friendly. Nakewa, my leasing agent, deserves special recognition for her professionalism and attentiveness. She ensured all my inquiries were addressed promptly, ultimately helping me find the perfect place to call home. The overall experience surpassed my expectations, thanks to the wonderful environment and outstanding service provided by the team.

I lived at IMT Stoneleigh at Deerfield for 2.5 years and I love it. The grounds are kept. The company hosts resident events for all ages. The staff is friendly, polite and professional, from the leasing office to the maintenance staff! I love the technician Ira! My dogs even love it here and have made their own “fur-friends”!

EXTREMELY RUDE management! Went to visit this place and the leasing office manager was extermely rude and lacks basic customer service. She is not friendly, helpful or even someone who cares for prospective residents. Management should hire people who understand the meaning of professionalism, etiquette, customer service and know how to treat people with minimum respect. Not those who are extremely rude and dont really care about their job responsibilities. I have decided not to pursue this apartment because of the way i was treated. There might be more to follow this pattern if this is how people are treated by the leasing office management. If this is how they treated prospective residents, then i couldnt even begin to imagine how they would treat current residents. Absolutely ZERO Customer Service. EXTREMELY disrespectful.

I have stayed here since December 2015 and have moved 3 apartments within the community in the span of 4 years. Whenever I moved within the same community they didn’t charge me anything. Also I ensured the apartment was in good condition with no damage whenever I moved out. Recently due to sky high rental prices in this community I decided to move to another community and there was a final inspection of the house, the one in which I stayed for last 3 years. The house was in good condition and I ensured I cleaned every nook and corner before leaving the apartment, still they charged use 400$ as a repairing charge for no visible damage to the apartment. I will suggest please find a better and reasonably priced community as the management is rude, non-co-operative and won’t listen to you once you leave the community. Also charging exorbitant penalties to ex-tenants thinking they wont be able to fight back is a red flag to all those who are already staying there and planning to move out some day to another community.

These items should not have come of surprise to you as you were made aware while in your home on move out day with a team member from IMT Stoneleigh at Deerfield who provided with this information on what to expect, $320 dollars of your statement was due to said charges and the remaining was for your final utility statement. It literally stinks to live here. It smells horrible from all the dog poop and I’m a dog owner. Things are almost never functioning properly. Nothing is “kept up.” They closed our clubhouse on about 12 hours notice for the next, at least, 6 months, along with the gym. They told us to join a gym, and there’s only one option around and I’m not a fan. Exercising is personal and I don’t appreciate some lady telling me how to do it when she doesn’t understand my needs, obviously, at all. They’re offering ZERO help on membership fees, even though I’m paying for the gym here which is now close for 6 months, with the clubhouse. There are wild animals that they can’t or won’t help us get rid of - raccoons, that are even out during the day, and stray cats that make it even smellier. Our trash gets ripped up often because the trash service doesn’t pickup on the schedule given to residents so we have to pay for another thing that’s not happening. So yeah, DON’T LIVE HERE! The earlier post from my husband is only positive because we were ASKED TO WRITE IT BY STEPHANIE. It was lies and I’m SO sorry! We had just moved in and didn’t know better, yet. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with lies and I’m setting the record straight, now. UPDATE: I recorded my conversation with the management because I don’t trust them at all, and then I called corporate because the staff is incapable of doing their jobs. I was told by corporate my name wouldn’t be released to my local office, which it was, and then I got a call from Stacy harassing me about how I “walked out.” I did leave her office, after I was getting nothing but insufficient answers and blank stares to my inquiries. What else should I have done? They couldn’t help so I went above their heads. Isn’t that normal? They’re very, obviously incapable of doing this work. My recording is all I need. I’ve got the truth on record. I had a feeling I was dealing with liars, and now I know I am. Seriously people, STAY AWAY FROM IMT all together!!! Corporate was just as unhelpful to their customers as the property management.
My overall leasing experience is very good. I called them and Ashley helped me through the process very well. She walked me through the available apartments, facilities and fees. She was attentive and quick to respond to my questions through phone and emails. I applied for the lease online and the entire process was smooth, thanks to Ashley again. After moving in, IMT was quick to enough to address the minor issues in 48 hours. Community is clean and I like the facilities. Looking forward to have some great time here. I came by to look at a appt. last week and I have to say Stacy did a great job showing me around the property. She showed me all the different areas on the site and of coarse the different apartments I could choose from. she also said if there were any questions I could thing of after I left to feel free to call her any time. I've lived here for nearly 3 years. It was a great community, until IMT took over. The exit/entrance gates have been broken for over 2 months. The breezeways only get cleaned if a resident requests it, and it still takes 4 - 6 weeks to get it done. The indoor amenities are only available for use when the leasing office is open, so don't plan on using the business center, pool table/games or theater after 5:30 or on Sun. The dog park is very small and residents are not good about picking up their dog's waste. This is true throughout the community. There is a $30 monthly trash fee for valet trash pickup, and resident's leave their trash outside their apartments at all hours, not just within the permissible times, so don't be surprised when you see roaches or the breezeways are full of flies. The pool is nice, but it is absolutely an all weekend party. Heavy drinking, loud music, people passed out. A lot of the people that hang out there don't even live in the community. The traffic on Morris road is awful. Other than the cost of rent, there is nothing "luxury" about this place. On a positive note, they spend a lot of money keeping the front area well manicured and maintained (except for the gates). The playground is always full of little ones and the residents are friendly. The tennis courts are great and there's usually someone there up for a game. It is in a convenient area, close to 400, shopping and restaurants. I live in the back, so it's pretty quiet most of the time, even living so close to 400. '

My 78 year old mother applied for an apartment lease and was approved. She paid her fees and received a "Welcome Home" letter with a move-in date. Was notified 10 days later that the tenant in the apartment chose to withdraw their notice and sign a new lease. Management did not ask her how this would affect her move. They simply told her to choose from several other apartments. The first looked out on a parking lot and was not suitable. The other two were not available for another 3-4 weeks beyond her original move-in date - and they would not offer any assurance that those tenants would actually move out. The management attitude to all of this? The explanation she received was 'These Things Happen'. The best offer for compensating her for this inconvenience (and expenses for storing her things for another month) was an offer to pay the cost of moving the electrical service that she already paid to have connected. I spoke with several other reputable management companies and was told that most management companies will not accept cancellation of notice after a new tenant has paid a deposit on the apartment. Not at Stoneleigh... give your notice and take it back with ease! This seemed like a nice place. But if you are leasing an occupied apartment (almost everything they have is occupied and on a 60 day notice) have a Plan B, a Plan C, and maybe even a plan D lined up in case the management pulls the rug out from under you.
