IMT Woodland Meadows

Just signed my 3rd year lease! I moved here from Ohio and I never felt more at home. The people are super nice, great community that gets children and families involved (ex. Easter eggs hunt, etc). It’s comfortable and the balconies are huge! Cute pond area and the pool is very nice. So very children-friendly and I have met some nice families here. Maintenance men are fast at responding and the staff at the front are nice as well! Marianne welcomed me here from Ohio and I’ve been attached to this place since.

The apartments are very nice. The staff is top notch. Kelly was my leasing agent and was helpful.

I did a virtual tour with Kelli and it was great. I'm thinking of moving to Houston from Chicago and the virtual tour was a great way to see the apartments, but also get to ask questions with out being there in person. I appreciate all her patients during the tour and will defiantly be making a decision soon.

Viewed these apartments. They were very well kept and Kelli was so helpful. I look forward to selling my home and moving here. The lake and landscaping is so nice.

I leased an apartment for 6 months starting this past August. The location is beautiful in a quiet suburban neighborhood with lots of open space surrounding it. It feels like it's in a natural area, but shopping and freeway access are within 5 minutes. The complex is quiet too. I never had any disturbance from neighbors or pets. The apartment were lovely. Parking was never a problem. I rented this place online and was nervous because I had never even lived in Spring before moving to the apartment. I lucked out and found a wonderful place to live. The staff was easy to deal with, and they were always friendly when I stopped by.

Woodland Meadows is a great place to live, it has always been beautiful here and very spacious. Thank you to Kelly, Marianne, and Janice for your hospitality. I will continue to recommend these apartments to co-workers and friends.

I have enjoyed my stay at IMT Woodland Meadows and am sad to leave but I have to move back to Denver. This is one of the best apartments we have lived at. Kelli in the office has been very helpful with our move out. The office staff is always nice. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I viewed the property and might lease. Very quiet. I was showed around by Kelly and she was great. Good price for the square footage.

I lived here for over two years. Do not move here! There is not enough parking for the residents and their parking system is terrible. If you ever come home after 10pm you will spend hours waiting for a spot to open. The closest business is about a half mile away, and if you park there, they’ll tow you too. If you live here, they will still tow your car. I am actually writing this while sleeping in my car outside of my apartment because I don’t want to be towed. I’ve been looking for a parking spot for 5 hours right now, my apartment is paid for and I still have to sleep in a car. Never move here!

I am new to Houston, and I was referred here by a sister property. I fell in love with the property and the staff right away. Kelly has been great. They go out of their way to help you, and are the friendliest staff I have ever had since renting an apartment. I most definitely feel at home here, and the location is very convenient to the shopping and restaurants around the area. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I have previewed IMT Woodland Meadows and I really liked it. Very friendly staff and beautiful property. Kelly was very helpful. It was a light bright apartment model with very nice decor. There seem to be a lot of people out and about enjoy the community. There is a lake and car wash area which is very appealing. The pool is also gorgeous. I will be leasing for August.

I am very happy with Woodland Meadows. I have applied and from what I see and have heard the property is very nice. Kelly helped me with the online paperwork and was very sweet. I love the referral program and will be referring some co-workers. There are many places to shop and dine very close by. The parking doesn't seem to be a problem if you have a sticker on your car or have a garage. I look forward to the tranquility that this place will provide.

I highly recommend living here. I appreciate working with Kelli and Marianne, they have been most helpful. Even if I just need to send a fax or pick up mail. Its a very quiet property and am glad to have stayed here as long as I have. Blessings.

I use to live at IMT Woodland Meadows back in 2016. I am so sorry I moved out. I will be reapplying in early 2018. They did not flood during Harvey and I was always happy with the office staff and maintenance. My job moved closer into Houston and I thought living closer would be better but it is not. I would rather have the drive to work and love where I live. Kelli at the office has been helping me stay informed on the availability come January. Can't wait to come back home.

I have been a tenant of IMT Woodland Meadows since 2012. In that time I have experienced issues with my HVAC (air conditioning) not working as it should but whenever I've submitted a work order request for to be serviced it was and it would work fine. I don't know what the issue is now but since 5/30/17 I have had to put in 4 service requests as of today 8/26/17 because of my air not working. It is currently 11:20 pm and my apartment is 83 degrees with the temperature set at 71. I was hoping the temperature in the apartment would cool down but it hasn't. I placed an urgent work order at 10:30 pm because the temperature kept rising and after placing the work order online, I called the answering service to also put in a urgent request. I told the answering service I needed someone to call and I didn't care if it was her or the maintenance person but someone needed to call. As far as I'm concern this is URGENT considering I have placed 4 work orders for the same issue with no permanent resolve. Almost an hour goes by, my apartment is not getting cooler and I have not received a phone call. I call the answering service back and tell her its been almost an hour and I haven't heard back from anyone. She tells me Luis is on call person and that they did send the message. She also tells me that according to the notes in their contract if the apartment is not 85 degrees then it doesn't constitute an emergency. At this point, I'm next level and ask her, so you are telling me my apartment as to get hotter than what it is for someone to come and fix it, especially with me having the same ongoing issue. So I tell her fine, my apartment is 85 degrees now get someone out here. Then she changes it and says oh, I'm sorry, the contract says it has to be 85 degrees outside and we show the temperature outside is 76 degrees. Now, I'm officially done, I told her if someone doesn't fix my air I will be at the office first thing when they open Monday and that I will be contacting the Corporate office. I'm done with the apartment, the situation and this ugly experience. Each time there is a reason or excuse to why my air is not properly working. If on the 3rd work order you didn't deem it need to be replaced then there is a serious problem. I'm at that next level point with these apartments and would not recommend them to anyone. They use to be on top of their game and I never had an issue with them responding. Trust me, nothing about them are the same.

I love living at Woodland Meadows. this place is clean, beautiful, location is great and staff is really great people. leased with kelly. the complex is always clean and should you have any issue in your apartment, just give the office a call and see how fast they will fix it for you.

No complaints at all. I've enjoyed being a resident. The property is well taken care of, I know the office staff by name Kelli, Kristi and Marianne and the apartment itself is a good deal. Great location, safe neighborhood, not noisy, & nice neighbors. I've had some maintenance issues which have quickly been resolved. Overall, great place to live!!!

Best Apartment Ever! A hidden gem...extremely well maintained complex with beautiful landscaping. Location, location, location this place is 5 minutes from the Woodlands Mall. Nestled in a quite upscale neighborhood. I would not want to live anywhere else. Kelli, Kristi, and Marianne are fabulous.

Kelli and Marianne were very helpful in my move in experience. The whole staff seems very friendly and professional. The apartment is close to all my shopping and banking needs as well as my job. My apartment is very large and I just love it here. I highly recommend it here.

I currently live at Woodland Meadows and have enjoyed it. I do recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. It is very quite and the staff is friendly (Kristi, Kelli, and Marianne). They are a great bunch of girls. The maintenance staff is great as well. I will be renewing my lease in a few months.

I have been looking for apartments for the last 2 months and came across Woodland Meadows. Everyone is so friendly and Kelli was very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. I will be leasing here this summer.

We just moved in about 3 and a half weeks ago and have had a wonderful experience so far. Kelli has been so helpful getting us settled in and making us feel welcome in our new home. She truly values her residents here and wants them to feel comfortable. She has always made time for various questions we have had.

This is a very nice place to live. I enjoy my apartment and the friendly people who live and work here. Marianne, Kristi and Kelly are very nice. When I came to look I viewed the apartment with Marianne and then spoke to Kelly and Kristi by phone. Everyone seemed very willing to help and explained all my options in detail. I decided on a 2/2 by the lake, beautiful view and great price. Nice square footage too. I feel very good about my decision to make IMT Woodland Meadows my home.

I love living here. I have been at the same apartment for 6 years. I just renewed and will be here for another year. Kelli sent me my renewal by email and even set up a free carpet cleaning. I have really enjoyed the atmosphere and lots of space.

I love living here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My leasing agent Kelli has helped to make a smooth transition. I like the new parking stickers. It should be a great change. The area is very convenient to my work and entertainment. Very quiet place to live. I have recommended this place to many co-workers and the referral fee of $400 is great.

I really like living here and they are now going to parking permits. I have already noticed a big difference. The ducks at the pond are so pretty. Kelly and Marianne are very nice when I need a work order or package. Work orders get completed very quickly.

I love it here. Kelli, Marianne, and Kristi are very helpful and friendly. I cant wait for movie night Friday night at the property.

I am looking to move here and have visited several times at night and during the day. It is very quiet and there is plenty of parking. I have been very happy with the service from Kelly. I also like the big patios and washer an dryers in the apartments.

I just moved into IMT Woodland Meadows. The Assistant (Kelli) and leasing agent (Maryann)made picking this property an easy choice. They are all so helpful and make you feel welcomed. My experience living in the complex so far has been nothing but a pleasant one. I was also very happy to have family come by to see my new place and they approve. Which if you knew my mom, you would know that says a lot. A

Have been looking at apartments for 2 months. I have come to Woodland Meadows 2 times and I know this is the place for me. Very big apartments and friendly staff. Kelly has been helping me. My looking has come to an end. Great price for the product.

The apartment is decent looking but the carpet smells bad, THERES NO PARKING unless you pay a ridiculous 75 dollars a month for a garage, there's a snake that lives outside of my front door, and there's a insect problem. Find somewhere else to live!!

My family of four lives on the third floor at IMT Woodland Meadows. Our apartment is gorgeous, and the paint and carpet compliment a large range of decorating styles. The apartment is pet friendly which is wonderful because we have a large dog, and there is plenty of room to walk her around the complex. My biggest issue with the complex is the lack of parking. I have often had to park my car far from my apartment upon arriving home after 6pm. I don't mind the walk, but it is difficult with two young children and groceries. All in all, it is a nice complex in a great school district.
