Love the neighborhood... infinite options. Feels clean and new. Amenities are excellent. People friendly. Very safe, protected environment.
It's been a breeze moving in and getting settled in our new home! We love it! 10/10!
We love our place and our little dog loves it here too! There's a dog park down the street and we love that!

Management is incredibly kind and works with the tenants. They helped me pick the perfect apartment that suits my lifestyle and were very accommodating toward my special requests regarding internet. I really appreciated their personal approach to leasing rather than a rigid corporate agency.
We have lived at INclave since the property opened nearly 5 years ago. We have really enjoyed living here! The units are spacious, we have a south facing balcony that gets lots of sun, we frequent the pool and gym regularly and it's in a great location!
A Great Home I have lived here since the property opened 4 years ago, it's a great place to live, nice apartments, approachable hand-on owners, and very clean. that matters a lot. We had a concern in the beginning : The upstairs neighbor seemed loud when walking. Management immediately took care of the concern and we are very happy and have stayed for 4 years. We feel that we can request help for any situation and if not in the scope of practice, we will receive referrals. Wish Home was for sale. We Love it here.
I have lived here with my wife for almost 2 years now and we have loved every month. The units are modern, spacious, and quiet. The gym and common room are well kept. Staff is quick to assist with service requests. Location is a quiet part of Marina Del Rey that is walking distance to restraurants and bars. - KS

Living at Inclave was fantastic! Being close to LMU was super convenient, and I loved grabbing my go-to latte at the Ten Café on the way to class. The gym was super nice and never busy, which made it easy to fit in workouts around my class schedule. Definitely recommend!
- Can hear every little noice from upstairs - Building WiFi went out for almost a week - Parking is extremely slow and breaks - Shared building with businesses - Too many more to name
To start, the positive review is a fake review written by INclave. The verbiage is so apparent that it sounds fake. It is a cheap building calling itself luxury. The building is constructed with poor materials. Every little sound can be heard from the upstairs neighbor. They will tell you that it’s is built to code which is saying they used the minimum effort, quality, and materials. The parking is very slow, often broken, only has 3 bays for tenants to fight over. It is a office+residential building which means everyone shares the parking bays. It will be extremely slow during rush hour, just like a traffic jam. Also, it is guaranteed to break. If they tell you it has a 96% working rate, you will get your car probably 300 times during a full year lease and will break on you 12 times. Think about it. Sales tactics and lots of excuses just to sucker you in the door. Beware.
I really love the outdoor areas all over the property! We use the fireplaces a lot. I also love that there are not a huge number of apartments at this place... They also have a really nice gym with prepaid Peloton workout bikes!
This place might look nice at first glance, but it is merely a facade and it is a huge annoyance living here. To start, my unit was not in move-in ready condition. The ground was dirty although management it would be clean when I move in, faucet was broken, the toilet had to be fixed, shower drain has to be fixed also. Not a big deal, I mopped the floor and had maintenance fix those items. Just a big time sink. Management did not mention the mandatory Spectrum Community Cable that costs $50 a month. They want you to pay their work cable bill. Would not be a big deal but the WiFi is extremely unstable. Imagine sharing WiFi with EVERYONE in the apartment complex. Call it being suckered into more costs. Whatever. The front gate Openpath app requires your phone to open. Doesn’t work most of the time. Have to open the app to unlock the gate. Again, not a big deal but just another added annoyance. Free parking is provided for tenants with the AutoParkIt vending machine and it seems cool, but costs $30 per day/night for guests. More ways to charge hidden fees. It would be fine but the system is so slow. Sometimes upwards of 10 minutes to retrieve your car. Another inconvenience. The final straw the tops it off is the parking retrieval would break. Happened not once , but twice! Can’t get the car for a few hours. Say goodbye to plans that day. Only reason they get 2 stars is the location, and it has nothing to do with the complex and management.
