Nestled at the base of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, Colorado Springs is best known for its sweeping mountain vistas and exceptional opportunities for outdoor recreation. The city’s proximity to incredible peaks and vast, scenic expanses makes it feel more at one with the stunning nature around it, more so than Denver. Colorado Springs is home to the famous Garden of the Gods, a picturesque park containing towering sandstone rock formations and numerous amenities.
The city offers plenty of additional attractions to suit every interest. From the Old Colorado City Historic District (for history buffs) to the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (for art aficionados) and everything in between. Many residents congregate in the quaint downtown area to enjoy a wide variety of restaurants in well-preserved historic buildings. Regardless of your rental situation — apartment or condo — Colorado Springs will delight you with an incredible landscape and buzzing year-round attractions.

Property Ratings at Incline Apartments and Studios
Apts are cute and decently priced but then you move in and I’ve heard from a few people that live here they like to do an “inspection” when new people move in. Very creepy. But the worst is you have to watch your laundry like a hawk. I walk in and there is some tweaker going through my dryer and stealing my clothes. I work early so I leave around 4:30 am and there was a guy sleeping in laundry room and the most creepy thing is anytime I am walking the hall and there is a male in the hallway they stop and stare to see which apt I’m going into I always walk past my apt and go to the vending machines so these creeps don’t see which apt I’m in. And super nosy neighbors. I work 60 hours a week and I’m hardly home but I have neighbors reporting on me. I’ve never in my life been around people that are so nosy and the snitches get special treatment from the management. Sorry I don’t spy on people nor do I brown nose to management. Will be moving soon and will not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy not having your own freedom.

This Property is Centrally Located off the Pike Peaks Greenway Trail. Mountain Bikers, Speed walkers dream. Flowing Streams adjacent. 12 minutes from Manitou Incline, Barrtrail. The Management Team is Very Professional and Assertive. They address your immediate needs. Beautiful Property, clean. Beautiful indoor pool, up scale workout Gym. State of the Art Washer/dryers controlled from your phone. I've resided here 4 1/2 years. Great place for singles, couples, students and Outdoors people.
Drug dealers and users sit outside. The electric bill is split by all current tenants and if someone moves out the bill goes up! The utilities average $200.00 or more. Kids are not well tolerated. Neighbors complain about the kids playing and tenants are threatened with eviction. The swimming pool looks nice, but it's freezing not 83 degrees as claimed. High speed internet for a sloth maybe. You chance getting burned taking a shower. The lease is 50 pages long so read it before move in day. Cable is okay for free you get around 20 channels. They have installed new floor in hallway. Some units have updated floors. One bedroom is very large. I just wanted to post my experience. Good people with kids need to think twice before renting here.

Dear anonymous, I really wish you would disclose yourself so we can address your issues personally. It is disheartened that you feel this way about your apartment home. We strive to make The Incline a nice place to live. As far outdoor activity, have you called the police or our patrol service when you see this? The utilities are advertised as approx. $200 per month upon tour of the community. Utilities include, water, sewer, gas, electricity, trash, cable, low grade wifi and a land line. This is all explained in your lease agreement, so should not come as a shock to anyone. As far as your children, we ask that they do not play in the hallways as to disturb other neighbors that are enjoying the quietness of their own homes. If you would like to discuss any other issues you may be having, the leasing office door is open or we are a phone call away.
Pros: I have lived in the complex for two years. This is the quietest and friendliest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. My neighbors know my name and offer to carry my groceries. Many of the residents here own dogs, but I never hear them. The maintenance staff lives on site. They have made an effort to know my name, and check in on me to make sure everything is ok. All utilities (including internet, and TV) are included in the rent, so that makes monthly budgeting very easy. My heating and air conditioning work very well, along with all the other appliances in my apartment. In the common areas there is a nice indoor pool, and exercise machines. There are no assigned parking spots but the parking lot is never full. The complex plans BBQs, and garage sales, which allows residents to get to know each other. Cons: You can’t open the windows. The apartments have big beautiful windows with a great view of Pikes Peak, and I can’t open them. There is also only one closet in the whole apartment, and I’d really appreciate having a second one. I have to store my ski gear, camping equipment, and Christmas decorations in the same closet as my clothes. It’s not ideal. Conclusion: It’s a great place to live, and has a great location. I feel safe living here. As long as you are not hung up on windows or closets, this could be the place for you.
Wouldn't recommend to worst enemy. Not the best neighbors. Maintenance only cares about doing minimum to get by. Management doesn't listen to concerns. Owner only cares about making money and not residents.
