Property Ratings at Independence Commons
If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, buyers beware. If you are looking at purchasing a home from these people, NEVER trust a word they say and get an independent inspection! Not only do they blatantly lie about anything they can, water bills are never correct and good luck getting ahold of anyone, inconsiderate staff, and 0 regards to the members of the community well being. Do yourself a favor, don't make the same mistakes I did. Stay far away!
I loved this place, but then new management came and stopped wanting to do repairs. I live in an older home, so things need to be fixed here and there. I've always paid my rent on time for the past year and a half. Recently the screen door has been sticking because of the weather and the door being crooked. Instead of replacing the door, they took it off. Sad, I really loved this place, but now my home looks cheap and I'm the elements hit us as soon as the door opens. We won't be staying after our lease is up.
Needed a larger home and Independent Commons had it for a reasonable price. Nice clean and quiet community. Good place raise a family. Has all the amenities one could need in a mobile park. Office and maintenance personnel are amazing. They take care of any issues promptly. Major stores are only a 15min drive and near major highways for easy commuting.
