From the seamless move-in process to the stunning views each morning, our unit is a dream come true. It's meticulously maintained, with each detail crafted for luxury, making every day feel like a stay at a high-end resort.
I've lived here one year and just signed another year lease. The residents are friendly and the amenities are top notch. If I have questions about my unit or need some help, the staff is right there to help!
PROS: This place is brand new with beautiful minimal and modern architecture, great color schemes, views, right on the river with short scenic walk to parks and dog park. Location; in the heart of Independence near a bunch of local restaurants/shops, about 15 minutes from salem and less than 10 from WOU. Pet friendly- doggy bags near the gate. Balconies on every apt. Mostly friendly, kind neighbors, doggies and staff. Free parking across the street where there are car chargers but spaces are limited. Cons: what spa? there are standing showers and bathrooms off the main office near the gym, a cold pool and an inaccessible "jacuzzi"? that's never been open/usable. Parking at the complex costs and spaces/garages are kinda small, there's a waitlist.wait list. The washer and dryer sets they come with suck. Expensive (but most places are)
Wow! My husband and I absolutely love our new apartment! We love our river view and our walks it the beautiful park along the river. Our apartment gets great natural light and is very peaceful. The community seems to be a good mix of young and old, but with most of our neighbors around retirement age like us. The appliances are modern and brand new which we really appreciate as we enjoy a lot of home cooked meals. The property manager has been outstanding. She’s been very nice and communicative with us, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We’re really grateful for our new place. It’s got a great view, it’s clean, it’s quite, great management, secure building. We really couldn’t ask for much more. This is a great place for us to call home and I hope we’ll be here for many years.
