Poor and bad management. So many extra service fees in the rent that you don't even need. Trash pick up works inconsistently. On days they are supposed to pick up, they do not, such a waste of money. Workers seem to be careless and just want to do the minimum. Do NOT recommend this place.

First of all if you are 24 hours overdue on rent, they will charge you $300.00 without hesitation. Second, you have to drink bottled water because the water is brown. Third, if you place a maintenance request, it takes at the very least 48 hours to show up. So no matter your explanation, the manager has double standards. Do not rent!

We would also like to provide some clarification regarding the rental payment fees. The late fee is 10% of the rent, which is outlined in the lease agreement. We also had the fire department testing the fire hydrants and that made the water come out unclear. We invite you to speak with our management team so that we can address these and any other concerns directly. Please call or stop by the office when you have the time.
This property is worth your coin! It has a wonderful view of El Paso. The amenities and floor plans are very nice. What really makes this place feel like home is the Property management staff. They will make you feel like family from day 1.

I only stayed here for a year, but it was a pleasant stay for myself and my daughter. Eva and her team are all so sweet and professional! I will say that before covid, when I had an issue, maintenance would be there the SAME DAY! Now, it takes about a week. Also when it comes to maintenance around the buildings, it could be cleaned up better. I think maintenance needs to work on the work order requests too in terms of closing them out without making any changes. I never had a chance to utilize the amenities because they are all closed. A suggestion would be to open the amenities at 50% capacity or reduce rent for the time being. I only say that because we're paying rent and we aren't getting what we paid for. I stayed in a 4bedroom 4bath, which is a little much for my 2 person household, but I enjoyed it. The laundry room was spacious (they come with a washer and dryer)! The rooms are on the smaller size, but they are doable. I know for me personally, you weren't able to feel the heat or AC in any room other than the living room, which is odd. Overall, it is fairly quiet. Everyone tends to keep to themselves. My stay was pleasant. The staff was nice to me. My rent was the same every month. I had no major issues. Just be aware of heavy walkers if you're on the ground floor like I was! Also, the walls are fairly thin, so keep that in mind! Thank you to Eva and her team for allowing my daughter to stay with you!
I will never recommend this place to anyone. They made MULTIPLE mistakes regarding our rent and ended up screening us out of hundreds of dollars because of their careless mistakes. The management is awful and DO NOT live here. Plenty of better options out there.
Do not stay here, I promise you can do better. 1. Last summer they locked up the pool for 60 days because a few people acted foolish. Instead of having someone monitor it like other apartment complexes do they just shut it down. But all occupants still pyes the fees to maintain it. 2. They do a poor job of maintaining this place. There was a windstorm over 40 days ago and it ripped a large amount of shingles off the roofs. Nothing has been done to fix it. It took them over two weeks to pick up all the trash as well. 3. They do random homework inspections and if you rent home, they come in anyway 4. The floors are paper thin. I live on 5108 and a family moved in. They have two kids one is baby and I can hear it screaming 4-5 times a day for 30-60 minutes at a time. The my also let an inlay and his girlfriend stay with them, so they are packed in there like rabbits. It sounds like a continuous thunderstorm. 5. Bottom line, there are so many options and some homes rent just as cheap with the same number of people. Do your self a favor and live somewhere else.

I went to see these apartments and they are good on price and they will help you they are so nice I love it there hoping soon to move there
