Property Ratings at Indian Creek
I've lived here for almost 3 years. Management can drive a Tesla around but has only paid to get the landscaping done one time since I've been here. My building only has one dumpster that gets emptied once a week, so there is trash all over the property at any given time due to overflow, elements, and animals.
The apartments here are nice, but there is practically no management. No one on site. Requests for repair are almost never satisfied. The tenants seem to get worse with every new one. It's basically just a few bumps up from puplic housing.
Terrible customer service with management. they are very rude and demeaning. they refuse to fix anything wrong with the apartment and if you have a maintenance issue good luck. we rode out our year lease and deep cleaned when we left and still ended up owing them hundreds of dollars even after $900 worth of deposits. DO NOT RECCOMEND
I have lived in my apartment here for five years, and at first we thought it was going to be great. It's a big space; Two bedrooms, one bath, large living room, and a cute little dining area. If you need anything fixed though, make a detailed plan on how you're going to live with it broken for a week or two. The maintenance employee isn't going to call back anytime soon. Whenever they do finally fix the broken item they don't do it correctly. We can never get ahold of any management, or the owners either. The bugs are atrocious! We have spiders, spickets, silver fish, roaches and ants. Our carpet is 80% black mold. The windows leak. The landscaping is never tended properly or in a timely fashion. Other than these few noted issues, it's a great place to move your family. Until the $800 random fee notice comes in!
