The management and maintenance is awesome they fixed this place up big time....the biggest improvement was getting rid of the biggest tweaker in northfork unit 25...a self proclaimed profesional do it yourself handy woman only succeeded in catching her own trailer on fire probably cooking meth (IDIOT) once she was gone all of us here slept that night quite peacefully and its been wonderful ever since....but it got even better when unit 30 was locked out by police and evicted another self proclaimed attorney this time who lost her case to the beautiful CCI property management ..............thanks to all the current tenants who banded together to get rid of the drama

My boys lived in that park along with myself this year maintenance burnt my son's trailer to the ground they lost everything they owned cannot get their deposit back cannot get their rent back cannot get their belongings replaced the fire happened while maintenance was working on it which is the current landlords the property management also will not do anything I'm in the process now of contacting the owners of the property and letting them know that they are fully responsible for their property if there is a fire there is not proper water pressure to put it out these trailers that they are renting are not certified a travel trailer has to be certified by the state of California with a gold seal and to be worked on by licensed technician you are taking a chance by renting from these people the trailers are unsafe and a lot of them are ready to just combust my boys trailer burnt down in 7 minutes we could not get enough water pressure to put the fire out everything they've own their whole lives gone this was their 1st place being 18 year old twins on disability no phone calls will be returned no refunds no help no nothing but harassment therefore I had to relocate also for my own mental health and well being the place is very very very bad people live there with no hot water we lost our water one day because maintenance let the water just run in a hot water heater in unit number 28 that young man lived there his whole time with no hot water when he told management that he was going to move because of it they said just be out by the end of the month he is not certified to work on these places and if leaving everybody in dangerous conditions look at my son's trailer I wish I could add photos if I can I will but the property management at this Indian Creek is also namath pool mobile home park and RV park on road 225 in north fork I lived in number 25 had a garden lived there a year loving my life but the harassment from Tennants and management was unbearable I was a single woman and targeted my trailer was broken to regularly things being taken like toilet paper I was literally being used as a store for anything I had a lot The trailer that burnt was my son 2nd trailer the 1st one they lived there with no hot water Water no way to cook the gas was unsafe the hot water heater would literally explode when you let it we got them to move into the 2nd trailer where they had no refrigeration and when they tried to fix the refrigerator it caught fire beware
