Property Ratings at Artisan
There are “emergency water shut offs” every couple of months and they do not give a 24 hour notice. It’s affecting my work and living quality. We have lived here for years and have watched every unit around us get renovated with updated blinds etc. we have not had any updates nor can we even get maintenance over to fix our bathtub that consistently leaks water (when the water is actually turned on and working). It’s a horrible experience getting ready to get in the shower or brush your teeth and you realize the water is shut off for the next 8 hours.

I love my new apartment if I have any problems everyone in the office is so helpful, But Norman will always go far and beyond he has such amazing customer service & is very patient and respectful.

Rent go up $200 every year. The pool and gym is never opened. Mail boxes have been out of order for 2 weeks now and no keys for them. A/C unit is located outside so dirt is always coming in from outside. Appliances are always breaking and they take 2 weeks to fix. When your late on rent a couple of day for whatever reason they start charging all sorts of fees that don't make sense. The front office is rude and not easy to talk too about issues. There has been shootings and people fighting and screaming all night at the pools when there open and the staff doesn't care. Security is a joke here they don't care what happens. There is dog poop, trash and cigarettes buds all over the grass and rocks for a year now. They charge soo much for apartments when they're always dusty with outside dirt ,everything breaking and there staff/owners are rude and horrible.
Terrible terrible place to live! There are frequent shootings and break ins they are very unprofessional and will not return phone calls.

I lived here for over 6 years paid rent on time and was generally a good tenant. After fulfilling the lease and moving out with the apartment in good condition I was never refunded my deposit. After 2 months I was notified that not only was my deposit not being returned it was being sent to a collection agency. When I called the leasing office I was given the run around and told “everything was fine.” Do not rent here as the facilities have gone downhill considerably (break ins are common, pool hasn’t been cleaned in years) since I moved in. This place is not only dangerous but will lie and cheat once you do move. I would stay away.
Do not move here... The place smells so bad at night and morning because the garbage outside is a mess every week. It's also next to the warehouse that has tons of garbage in the back. The people at the office is the worst also. Maintenance very bad as well.
i lived here for one year and it was one of the worst placed i ever lived. once my bathroom broke and they would not fix it till "some time the next day", it was like 10am, what was i supposed to do go two days without a bathroom? the machines in the gym are almost all broken and no one picks up after their dog. people get robbed (i've heard numerous time, never happened to me) and the people in the office are just rude. when i moved out they'll make up whatever to keep your deposit. save yourself the head ache
I’ve lived at Indian hills for over two years. I’ve only stayed so long because I’m saving to buy a house. When I first moved here the staff were friendly the apartments seems nice but after the first 6 months things started to fall apart and the maintenance staff would come and patch it up without actually fixing the problem. My car was hit by an unknown driver while parked in my stall. I asked the office if security saw or reported anything they said no, security is not there daily. I had to buy a gas cap with a lock because my gas was stolen on two occasions. Visitors will park in your stall whenever they feel like it and management does nothing but put a note other car. The “gym” only has 2 working machines. The pools are always closed for maintenance and they have gone through 3 managers in the last two years. Their prices have gone up every year but no improvements have been made to the property. This place is not worth the price.
I love my location. My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! I got the upgraded unit and I will admit on the walk through there was some things that needed to be fixed but the Maintenance Man John that lives here got everything done including painting panels the very next day. I notice that the AC units in the apartments towards the office are really burnt down and very old so it gives the apartment complex an ugly look but the rest of the apartments are not like that. Hopefully they'll fix that soon. One of my favorite things is when you first pull into Indian Hills how beautiful the palm trees are. The lights need to be fixed so they're actually on and there is a gate that should work but doesn't but none the less its beautiful and a gorgeous representation of the apartment complex. We also love having 3 Pools that are 24 hours! How awesome is that, especially because my family and I are night owls. The only thing I wish they would enforce is how fast people drive through the apartments. It is terrifying walking with my children to the pool because people drive through here like it's the freeway. Overall the staff is awesome, my apartment is gorgeous and I'm in a location that close to absolutely everything. I really love it here! Once those few things are fixed I will change it from 4 stars to 5.
Spent too long there, bc of convenience and u dont realize what else is out there. 4 apartments below me would constantly get robbed, especially around #1012, in that vicinity. And of course, on upon move out they keep most of ur deposit. Attitude, and security policies are what convince u to feel like this is temporary.
Do these people not realize that you can BUY a condo for under 100K and only have to put 3.5% down (less than 3500.00!!)? How can anyone justify these super high move-in rates on such an old place that's not even in a great location?? Crazy...
This is a large, well kept complex. Maintenance usually resolves issues promptly. The pools are open 24/7 yet neighbors that use the pools during the overnight hours are respectfully quiet. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and fit my cal king bed, two night stands, my 11 drawer dresser and a small desk. The master bath has a huge tub and a built in vanity area that are open to the bedroom with the toilet area that has a door and a fan/vent. The second bedroom is much smaller but still decent. The kitchen has enough cabinet space and is a walk through and the dining area is big enough for my square six to eight person table and chairs. The second bathroom has no tub but a walk in shower and is not too small. The washer/dryer is a stacked style but handle large loads and is in a hall closet. Most upstairs units have their own stairs so if you heard someone coming up them, you know they're coming to your door. I did recently move out but would still be there if they had three bedroom units. I would absolutely move here again!
The office staff is pretty good to work with. There are times when they seem a little off on what they are trying to do, but for the most part, they are friendly and try to help when they can. The area they need the most improvement on is in their maintenance staff.
Located close to everything, staff is friendly and efficient.Three swimming pools and three hot tubs, its like having my own pool. Covered parking space right outside my door. Well maintained and landscaped grounds. it was just what I was looking for affordable stylish living in a pleasant atmosphere.
I have been here going on 4 years, quiet, clean and wonderful service. There are 3 swimming pools, tennis court and every month there is a activity in the community center.
I have lived here for 4 years and its great!!. Great customer service, 3 swimming pools. I love it.
