As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Indian Lookout Apartments
We have lived at Indian Lookout for 13 years. We have been though a few managers, maintenance personnel, and even the transition from family owned to corporation owned. Through the years the property has always been well taken care of. There is always a sense of pride taken no matter who the manager is. Upgrades to the activity court and the dog park have been enhancements that were thought out and completed in a timely manner. Currently the team of Emily (property manager) and Tony (maintenance engineer) are working hard to keep the integrity and beauty of this community top notch. Any time we have concerns they are addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We have looked at other properties within the area and haven't found anything close to this with the river view and amenities. We are happy calling Indian Lookout home.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I love it!!! I will honestly say that the apartments are WAY nicer in person and they are big! The view is amazing! The staff is always super responsive and friendly and if there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. They even have emergency overnight service. They have a security officer patrol at night and on weekends too. So its very safe. The neighbors are all very friendly and that's a huge part of why I love it here. We all are very respectable and even hang out at the pool most days in the summer. Speaking of the pool, its clean, and well kept, and big enough for everyone. They replaced the tennis courts with basketball courts last year too and I hear they are putting in a playground right next too it (but that is just the rumor). I actually use the basketball court as a place to let my son ride his bike when no one is playing ball. Its a nice place for him to play that's fenced in and out of the street (which can be a big downfall to living in an apartment complex with kids). There are dogs here, most people are good about cleaning up after their pets and there's a dog park on one end of the complex. I don't really go over there much but it is a nice area. I think that sums it all up about this place. I definitely recommend it. Its great place for families and young professionals.

"Great Views" are pointless when your walls, floors, and ceilings are vibrating all night, every single night from the local college students "study sessions" using their awesome surround sound home theater system before filling the dumpsters with bags of beer cans and pizza boxes
A great apartment complex on the westside of Cincinnati. Beautiful views of the river, or quiet shaded wooded views. Either way you are in a wonderful complex with respectful, friendly neighbors and a top notch staff. I have lived here for a while and only had one minor problem which was fixed within 24 hours. Courteous, respectful staff, willing to go above and beyond to make this an oasis on the westside. Convenient to downtown, grocery, and parks.
The price is quite reasonable. The location is very quiet and secluded. It's in the woods and either overlooks the woods or the Ohio River. The location, though secluded, is not far from shopping, groceries, and the city. They accept up to 2 pets (extra charge). They have a pool, basketball court, etc. The staff is friendly. Parking is convenient for residents as well as guests. Each level has a shared washing machine/dryer. One thing I would be concerned with is the steep driveway going up to the apartments. This could be dangerous during the winter.
I moved in last week. It is a well run apartment complex and I like it very much. And of course the river view is great. I'm glad I moved here. It is quiet and peaceful here.
We have been to Indian Lookout twice. Beautiful place. The person that took us to look at the apartment was great! She went above and beyond to help us and to interview us. I feel very confident that she does help all the tenants there.
