Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at Indigo at the Park
Please do not move here ! It is roach infested and they will send people out but that will not make any difference. They up rent slowly every month for pest control and other fees while you still have the pests. Pool was said to be ready august 1st and it is now almost winter and the pool is a black swamp. They do not care about their residents always have some Bandaid solution for a short time fix. Please don’t waste your time here. Not a pleasant experience

They Have a big Roach Problem. They Will Do Nothing about it Property Managers are never in office when scheduled. They Never Answer the phone. maintenance is terrible. I had a leak and they just sprayed painted over it. Dog use the bathroom all in hallways and on sidewalks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
Not professional. Has roaches in the apartment. Tenant just let’s you move in knowing the house is filthy & not liveable, not a safe apartment.

This place may as well be project housing. 1950's construction, and remodeled appliances from the 80s. Electricity constantly surges and browns out. Trash everywhere in the parking lots and feral cats digging through bags for scraps. Lower level apartments flood with mold. If you do a simple search you can see multiple code enforcement violations from the city.

Iroquois garden apartments are beautiful inside and out and Melissa was great at showing us around and inside the apartment, she answered all our question and made us already felt like home before we even moved in. Thanks you so much

We greatly appreciate your feedback! Our team is committed to providing great service at every opportunity and it's wonderful to know that Melissa was so helpful in showing you all that Iroquois Gardens has to offer. Please feel free to reach out to us here in the office if you have any further questions for us and we'll hope to hear from you in the future!
When you're a single father with two daughters, you look at a lot when searching for a place to call home and Iroquois Gardens has it all. Located next to Iroquois Park (the largest Olmstead Park in Louisville Metro), it's like having a pond, Frisbee Golf, a play ground and one of the cities best outdoor music venues (the Iroquois Amphitheater) as well as miles of hiking and biking trails, right in your back yard. It is also located directly on one of Louisville Metros main public transportation lines (with a Park & TARC location at Iroquois Park), for quick and easy access to all Louisville Metro has to offer. As for the complex itself, the common areas are very well maintained. The court yard, located by the pool, has several grill and picnic areas and offers a great place for the residents and kiddos to get to know each other. The office staff is top notch, friendly and prepared to address any questions or concerns you might have and the maintenance crew is "on it", addressing any issue within hours of a phone call. From a value stand point, you'll pay rent and basic utilities. They cover Water and Trash, as well as, Basic Cable. In short, weather you are looking for short term transition housing or a more long term housing solution, Iroquois Gardens, is a great place to call home.... -A.J. Hornback
