What a pleasure it has been for us to live in Indigo Pines Apartments. From the onset we we were treated with warmth and concern as we made our way to Daytona Beach from across the state. Kudos to Rhonda and the office staff for their above and beyond service, and to Izzy and his crew who keep this property in top condition. Our apartment is cozy and charming. Everything is nearby from stores and shopping, to medical facilities and hospitals, churches and of course the beaches. If you are searching for a charming and affordable community that is centrally located, you will be delighted with Indigo Pines! A 5 star experience. Just ask for Miss Rhonda, and you are almost home!
I absolutely regret leasing here. I can hear every footstep, every time anyone showers. It's unbearable
We've only been here for three months but were loving it. The office ladies are great and always trying to bring everyone out for some fun. Apartment is lovely and neighbors are great.
Relocated here after Hurricane Irma with the option to return to my old location once repairs are complete. However, I think I'll stay here. The leasing staff is professional, friendly, and fair; Izzie and his maintenance crew are prompt and friendly; and the layout of the units are very nice. Neighbors are nice, quiet so far, even the college students.
I lived for about two years and I recommend this place to be your home!! It's a great location with everyhing close. The office staff and maintenance are great!!
I have lived at Indigo Pines for about 2 and a half years and I do not ever see myself leaving. Everything is so close from here. The residents are very nice and there is no trouble here. Maintenance is always on task ready to fix whatever needs fixing. The leasing office staff is so amazing and they truly make you feel at home. I have 2 little ones and I truly feel there is no better apartment community I would like to be a part of than this one.
FANTASTIC MANAGEMENT ! We have been here almost 5 years, No crime or serious issues. Maintenance is always on top of things. Great view to the pond. Landscaping is always kept up. The office staff even left Valentine's on our door with chocolates! Great FAMILY atmosphere.
Been here for a year and a half so far. Haven't really had any issues. Cosmetically, everything won't be to your liking and there is a bit of noise from neighbors, but it's an apartment and it's expected. Great area with little to no crime that I've seen. The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and understanding. And for the price without being income bases, it's a great place to live!
The ladies that work in the office are great. Can't say enough about them and the maintenance crew. But as far as the people that live there.. complete animals .. no respect for anyone.. loud , rude and inconsiderate .. if your walking around at night time your taking your life in your own hands.. people fly through the parking lot.. almost got hit a few times already .. no one is friendly at all if you look at someone in the face and say hi how you doing they will just look away from you... my last three neighbors have been evicted.. people have tried to sell my fiancé drugs on several occasions... they play loud music all hours of the night while they drive to the parking lot God for bid if you have to wake up early in the morning..

Since staying here in this apartment, Iim beginning to like it but the only thing is that I can't always afford the rent since I am a college student. The community is great, the pool is great and it's very quiet. There's never any trouble or any negative activity going on. Everybody is very friendly. so far everything is good.
The staff here is awesome ,maintenance on call whenever you need them. The location is very convenient not to far from my work and not to far from shopping and dining .
I have lived here for 2 years now but I lived here for 6 years before. I enjoy the area. I came back due to the nicest of the area. I tell everyone I hear needing a place to stay to come hear.
Being that this is my first apartment, I could honestly say that I enjoy staying here. Not only is the leasing office always available, but the staff and maintenance crew is very friendly and available whenever you need them. The environment is very nice and quiet, and the apartments are very nice and spacious. I've been a resident here at Indigo Pines Apartments for three years now, and honestly, had it not been for me getting another job in Orlando, I would stay right here! The rent is very affordable and comes with amenities that most apartment homes do not come with. You cannot pass this apartment by! You have to come check it out if you are in the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. PERFECT place to stay and very close to the Daytona Beach International Speedway.
This is the greatest place in Daytona Beach to rent. I have been here for 5 years and love it. Maintenance is super. Have a problem, they fix it right away. Grounds are continually maintained and improved. Free carpet cleaning every year. And I highly commend the office staff for their professional and prompt response to any situation.
LATE FEES FOR EVERY LITTLE THING!! Dirty, noisy and did I mention dirty! Dirt and dead bugs stick to every inch of the outside of the building. Maintenance request are a joke. I hope you like cooking your meals in the dark because if a light goes out be prepared to live with it for a while. They mow the lawn at 7 am and the neighbors are loud at all hours of the night. Pot holes litter the roads and the garbage center is CONSTANTLY overflowing with garbage!! It's so gross! Seriously, don;t live here.
