I have seen MASSIVE improvement. The new management? Great People. There’s a lot of people who live in this building and they go out of their way to REMEMBER my name?! It shows they’re personable and not just doing their job. Tad and Alvin are really great about keeping the grounds clean and fixing anything when it breaks in my apartment. So some of the negative reviews I don’t necessarily understand? Management is holding people accountable. They are very upfront with the cost of living here.. ITS DOWNTOWN.. obviously it’s going to be expensive… if you can’t afford it, don’t complain about the cost. So much coworking space, I love getting a new view everyday. The office is now open 7 days a week! Is it inconvenient that the package room is only accessible during business hours? Yes. But I’m not worried about getting my stuff stolen if I’m gone for days on end. It’s also a great plus that the building has an amazing pet policy and that’s what captured my interest in the first place. Negative reviews aren’t going to deter people from renting here if they are set on doing it because everyone’s experience is different. My goal is too stay here long term unless I get transferred for work! Zach, Mackenzie, and John are amazing

Harbor Group since taking over has completely ruined this amazing complex. Harbor Group has not listened to any feedback from their residents and have 1. gotten rid of security which has led to residents being followed by homeless individuals in the parking garage and them sleeping in the lobby, removed luxor package system that allows residents to get their packages 24/7 securely, and multiple fights have broken out and young children wandering around unoccupied by adults.

We understand the concern about security, our building is equipped with a fob system to access both the building and elevators, which helps deter unwanted guests from entering the premises. We have also communicated the additional resources available for residents to contact Discovery Special Improvement District security or the Columbus Police should there be an issue. We have made changes to our package system which most residents are happy with. Our leasing office is staffed 7 days a week to assist with any issues and package retrieval. When I moved here earlier this year I was so nervous since I was moving from out of town. The leasing staff made my move so easy and I absolutely love living here. I’ve definitely used the pool and hot tub more times than I can count and am so happy it is open year round.

I cannot say enough, good things about the management and maintenance crew who have recently taken over the apartment complex. I moved here in April this year and new management took over shortly after I moved in. It has been a night and day difference. The entire management crew is always very friendly. Very helpful. Big shout out to Tad, One of the maintenance guys who I have personally doubt with when they have been a couple issues that have arise he has always been very quick to help resolve and always respectful.

This building is beautiful but quickly going downhill. Between the trash, unsupervised non-resident parties, and the throw up and pee smells everywhere I couldn’t recommend this place less. The smart rent never works but we have to pay for it, the halls smell horrendous, the trash chutes are always full, dingy and dark. The amount of homeless that occupy the building is insane, keep in mind there’s a men’s shelter directly across from the building with many offenders. The garage door is always broken and left open allowing theft. There’s actually more vacancies than you can imagine in this place due to the conditions. It’s a dump. Ask any resident that lives here. Also the walls are extremely thin and if you live on the side with nightclub you’ll hear it everyday.

Hello, thank you for the feedback about your experience with us. We are sorry that your experience with us was not a positive one. We’ve made a few recent changes to improve the resident experience. Please consider that our community is comprised of 236 apartments and hundreds of residents, the great majority of whom love living here.
Moved-in late July 2023 and listed a set of basic and essential repairs such as microwave, AC and window fix. It has been 2 months and the maintenance office still say these are not emergency repairs. The AC unit buzzes like an industry machine, maybe that's why they got the name. ?? I get random ticking noise near the refrigerator and the technician who examined it is still not figuring the real issue. Maybe the wall speaks. If the AC is producing a annoying noise, at least the window should be useable to get some air circulation. The window doesn't stay upright and slides down automatically. And they are still waiting on a simple microwave handle which is available for overnight delivery on Amazon. Bonus is that they can't give you a timeline on when these things can be fixed. I am afraid that I have to spend cold nights without AC or don't get sleep because of the annoying buzz from the AC system. It is a basic expectation from a tenant to have everything fixed when you move in to a new apartment. I have already spent 1/6th of my lease period with no maintenance done. Hope this changes and the management priorities residents' well-being.

If you're looking for somewhere with a great environment and fun residents activities this is the place for you! Aesthetically pleasing pool that overlooks downtown Columbus. Amazing gym with a great fitness instructor that is available to residents. Come live like you're suppose to

They say and do anything to get you to sign the lease. Then they share all of the amenities for which they charge a premium that aren’t available. The most basic amenity-parking-is unavailable. Yet they don’t share this detail u til after you sign the lease. The others such as pool, gym, GRASS, are similarly unavailable. Save the headache and rent elsewhere for amenities that are available at a lower cost.
