The Loop serves as Chicago’s downtown district and is home to many of the city’s most famous landmarks: the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower), Buckingham Fountain, and City Hall, to name just a few. The skyline is dominated by skyscrapers representing well over a century’s worth of architectural designs and styles, from the earliest Victorian-era high-rises to ultra-modern glass towers and everything in between.
What’s it like to live in the Loop? The neighborhood is loaded with everyday attractions like the lakefront, which gives the neighborhood stunning waterfront views. The dining scene is incredible, with world-class food of every description readily available anywhere you look. The nightlife incorporates everything from dives and corner taverns to swanky nightclubs and cocktail bars. Renters pay a premium to live here, but they get to enjoy all the benefits of having the very best of Chicago right at their doorstep.

Property Ratings at Student | Infinite Chicago
I lived at Infinite for 2 months this past summer in an apartment that was clearly not inspected and has MANY issues. The worst being a broken oven that caught on fire and could have endangered the whole building, the most trivial being a towel bar that fell down once a week until we gave up on trying to let maintenance "fix" it. When signing and in many calls after we were promised all 4 rooms in our unit would have double beds only to get an email one day before move in that we all had twins and it could not be changed. When we first moved in it smelled like smoke, had leaking/flooding under the kitchen sink, and there were dishes in the dishwasher. I still had a great experience with the staff (especially Lucas at the front door) and the maintenance workers who were also constantly in shock at the horrible state of our apartment. The staff at the main office promised us multiple refunds but now 5 MONTHS later and we still have not received the amount as promised because staff are uninformed, "don't know how that would work", or its "lost in the mail." Do not live here. They will not follow through on any promises they make you.

I have been attempting to call Infinite Chicago for the last week. They are yet to call back. I am highly disappointed in the way they conduct their business. Tenants are simply seen as revenue not people.

The apartment I live in is so luxurious for a student! It's right downtown in Chicago, and for a student it's pretty high end. I have a washer&dryer in unit and a dishwasher! I've never had one of those before. Also, the bathroom and my room is so spacious, even while living at home I've never had this much space! It's a great location and just the classic mixed with modern style is amazing. I love it!
Infinite apartments is luxurious with furnished apartments, and all included utilities. It is a little on the high end price wise, and there service is not that great. Maintaince orders get completed a week to two weeks after being submitted. The wifi is spotty at best and is always going in and out. On the plus side, they do have well furnished places including a tv in the living room with pretty awesome cable and movie channels. They have programs that allow you to gain cash for referring people that sign one of their leases. They are great for student housing if you're going to school in the loop such as DePaul or Columbia, otherwise I suggest looking elsewhere if you're not a student. They have online payment as one form of payment and it is done easily through their residential portal. They accept most forms of payment. 19 stories tall, with studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom flop plans available. They have shared s d private rooms.
