Property Ratings at Infinity Harbor Point
I've lived in the Infinity for 9 years! I couldn't be happier with my home here! I've lived through 3 owners and the current owners, AJH are the best! Nicki, Dan and Hajer have gone over and above to take care of me. The maintenance staff, headed by Tony, is very responsive, competent and caring. The building itself is friendly. An atmosphere fostered by AJH, Nicki and her staff. I don't think there is a better building in all of Stamford.
I've lived in 3 different apartment buildings in the Harbor Point area, and Infinity is by far my favorite. The building manager and girls in the office are very welcoming, and accommodating- you can really tell that they take pride in the community. They constantly hold events for the residents, even with the pandemic they've figured out how to still make us feel special while following covid guidelines. This place just automatically felt like home. I've even become really good friends with some of my neighbors. The building cleaners even know my 2 year old daughters name, that is how much this place makes you feel at home. Don't rent anywhere else, I promise you'll fall in love!
After looking at 10 different buildings and over 22 different apartments in Stamford, the Infinity Harbor Point was in my top 3 list, but the deciding factor was how Brittany and the leasing office team stood out from the rest, and provided my family and I an amazing apartment to live in. Its been 6 months since we've signed the lease, and my family and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment is still amazing, with very nice views of the park, downtown, and the water. The building is extremely well located, and you are in the middle of all that is going on in harbor point, without the noise pollution from bars and clubs. The amenities are excellent (nice pool and deck with grills and fire pits, a gym and a yoga room with Peloton bikes, club rooms, etc.), and as others have already mentioned in their reviews, it does feel like living in a hotel. Parking, which can be an issue in other buildings, is inside of the building and you have a spot assigned to your car, so you never have to worry that you won’t find a parking spot. The concierge team is very professional and prompt to solve any issues, and Dakim is the star, very polite and friendly, proactive to help, and always with a smile on his face. The leasing office team is always in the building, and easily accessible in case you need anything. Even during the health crisis, they have been in their offices, doing their best job, always very professional and friendly. The maintenance team has changed a little since I moved in, and the two times I had requests opened, they did an incredible job, and solved the issues we had. Our family is extremely satisfied with the choice we’ve made in choosing the infinity Harbor Point as our new home.

Wow thank you so much for this wonderful robust 5 star review! We are delighted to hear you and your family are enjoying the living experience thus far at Infinity Harbor Point.
Great place to call home My girlfriend and I live in Infinity and it is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The area is perfect for us. It is close enough for me to get to work in NYC and still allows us to feel like we live in a residential area. The Harbor Point area has a very laid back vibe with great restaurants and bars all in walking distance from our apartment. Overall we love our apartment and the area.

We are honored to be labeled the best in Harbor Point:) Thank you for this wonderful review, we are happy to hear your are enjoying the lifestyle Harbor Point has to offer, as well as love nothing more then our residents happy to call Infinity Home.
All fire pits and outdoor TVs along with the garage door have been broken all summer. No intent to fix any amenities. The flowers are all dead on the pool deck and the appeal of the outdoor amenities is tarnished. The new Management has not been handling any requests and Is unresponsive, the building is going downhill fast

I've been trying to get a tour and the leasing person only sometimes responds and provides different information than what is on the site. It's been incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, I imagine the management of the building most likely isn't great either.

Highly recommend Infinity Harbor Point! I moved into the building in 2018. The new leasing staff (property manager and team) are so eager to help. They’re fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The maintenance team is new as well, and wow, what a difference. Very friendly and professional! We were actually planning on moving once we heard the building was getting new management, but we are happy that we stayed! The building is well kept, always smells good, and has the best amenities in the area. Definitely recommend!

I have been a resident of Infinity in Harbor Point for around 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience living here! I have lived at neighboring complexes and both the amenities and friendly staff here are the best. The building is well kept, maintenance is efficient and the new leasing office has been easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great building, really nice area but even better staff. I had the pleasure of working with Chaya from the initial tour all the way through move in day and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She answered every question I had throughout the application process and made herself extremely accessible; making sure I had all the information I needed. My move could not have been more smooth. I highly recommend her for anyone scheduling a tour or inquiring about the building. You will not be disappointed!

This is a great place to live. The layout isnt my favorite, so I will look at other options when the time comes inside the building and others. The price is high as well.
For me and my wife it’s great because there aren’t a lot of little kids , so very little noise. Especially at the pool very enjoyable
I love living here but I wish that we had more restaurants and shops surrounding us.
I been very happy in my apt my community is amazing the people are great. I have why I would not recommend my community.
I would absolutely recommend this building - the units are beautiful and the extra amenities included is what helped me make my choice. However, I would advise them not to use Mary as she doesn't care about customers wants and is very rude.
Deeply concerned about the office personnel and LPC upper management. Would only recommend based on pool and views from 18th floor up.
I've lived at Infinity for over 4.5 years and can say without hesitation that it's the best move I ever made! The building is lovely, well-maintained and the staff is very professional and helpful. I've never waited more than a few hours to get the most minor problem fixed (such as a small leak under the sink). The pool area is beautiful and overlooks LI Sound with very high quality furniture all around. And the community areas are gorgeous! We've been lucky to have a great business manager, Rebecca M., who is always available and helpful. I've met a lot of residents at other buildings in Harbor Point and most have had not very happy experiences (very small and noisy apartments, poor maintenance, unfriendly staff, etc.) I always say its a shame they didn't move to Infinity!

As always, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us, if you were to need anything moving forward. Thanks again! - The Team at Infinity Harbor Point
We have loved living in Infinity for the last two years. The staff is amazingly attentive and responds to us immediately and the amenities are wonderful. We have a puppy and love having her grow up where so many other friendly dogs live and she can easily play outside with them. It’s also so helpful being so close to MetroNorth and having a free trolley take us there each day. We couldn’t be happier!

If there is ever anything that our team can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach back out and let us know. Thanks again!
The service people and the office staff are all wonderful people doing a great job and the building itself is "kept up".
The building is very well kept and feels very safe; quiet, too, which I'll know for sure once I move in.
The drawbacks are" 1. for six years I lived over a working gravel pit. 2. The garage due to the gravel pits were horribly dirty - washed once a year. 3. There is no convenient parking for guests which is a HUGE drawback for the area.
The office staff is wonderful and made me feel very welcomed. Can't thank them enough.
yes
Friendly staff . Danielle, Crystal, and Rebecca were fantastic great girls very helpful.Already have recommended two friends to live there
I would recommend the community because: 1. The management team is exceptional, 2. We loved our view from our 2nd apt (we faced the Long Island Sound), 3. If we had a need it was addressed immediately (for instance one of our movers cut his arm on the day we moved out - and Rebecca immediately helped by offering a first aid kit), 4. great location - near train station and 95 5. Very safe - would come in at different times and always felt comfortable, 6. Parking was easy, 7. neighbors are pleasant 8. I like that the bold encourages residents to recycle 8. Love all of the dogs in the building - especially MAC ..and again what really stood out was the management team - where we had the most interaction with Rebecca and Byron
It's only been 2 weeks but the Infinity seems to be run like a well oiled machine -- everyone (from the office staff, maintenance staff, concierge, etc) has been great!
I strongly recommend Infinity Harbor Point to everyone, it is a great place to call home. The building provides a great mix of privacy and community feeling. Each apartment has great views and high quality finishes.
I would definately recommend Infinity. Great common spaces and programs held in building creating a sense of community.
I would like recommended brcause is a nice building, and nice area, also a really good security.
I would definately recommend Infinity. Great common spaces and programs held in building creating a sense of community.
We LOVE living at The Infinity. We moved from a large 4200 sq foot home with a swimming pool and 2 beautiful acres of land to an apartment with 1460 square feet. We never looked back. The space is beautifully thought out and designed. The Staff is fantastic. We feel appreciated served, valued and cared for. The activities and events are such an added bonus. We love that the building is so dog friendly and we're thrilled with Infinity's Management company that clearly cares. We couldn't be happier in all respects!
I would recommend for the referral bonus, but overall I think the price is too high for what it is, and whoever I am referring would likely be able to get a better price for a similar apartment elsewhere.
Colleen and all of the others have been exceptional. They are always willing to help and accommodate requests. Colleen goes the extra mile.
Infinity is a warm and inviting community. The staff does everything possible to make this a happy and cohesive community.
Security is poorly managed despite months/years of complaints by all residents. Subpar for what is considered a luxury building. Building concierge are more desk ornaments then an effective barrier between our building and the general public.
i WISH MY HOLE FAMILY CAN LIVE IN MY BUILDING. I LOVE IT CAUSE I FEEL SAFE AND EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE ARE AMAZING. IF I NEED SOMETHING I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE. COLLEN AND REBECCA ARE CARING AND VERY PROFESIONAL... THE LOBBY REPS ARE SO NICE AND REINA IS SO NICE I LOVE THAT SHE REMEMBERS ALL OUR NAMES AND OUR APT NUMBERS. SHE CAN NEVR LEAVE.
We loved our time at Harbor Point so would be happy to recommend to others. However the negatives now are the above mentioned rudeness of certain office employees, no parking spots for my bikes and increasing traffic in the area. I want to stress though that the service staff was exceptional!
Colleen, Rebecca and the entire leasing staff are fantastic! From the moment I moved in and did lease signing with Colleen, she was attentive, respectful and willing to assist in whatever I needed. Every maintenance request I have submitted have been taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this community!
I have lived in rental communities for many years in NJ, and NYC and this is my best experience so far. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail. The building is beautifully kept and the apartment I moved into was clean and perfect. The manager recommended I join the book club so I can get a jump start at making new friends. I felt very welcome here. Thanks!
I absolutely love living at Infinity! It's definitely a place I can call home! The building is beautiful! Friendly staff & nice amenities!
nice building but we are paying way above market value for units (more power to you)
Amazing amenities, great personal space, terrific community in the heart of a great, up-and-coming neighborhood. Trolley service to the train is crucial and very reliable.
I absolutely loved the place. Hopefully I'll be able to find myself here again in the future!
Its like living in a hotel, no regrets.
There's a real sense of community here as opposed to the other building I lived in. The amenities are beautiful and the location is great.
Fantastic building, no complaints. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Amenities are great. Would highly recommend to friends looking to exit Manhattan.
No reason why I would not recommend...very happy and looking forward to the summer.
In an area where there seems to be more apartment options than there should be for a city in Connecticut, the management team at Infinity makes this building stand apart from the others. I have lived here from the opening of the building and the new management have not only made the little changes that took the building from good to great, they did it with a great attitude. They have been available and always willing to help in the little ways that make it a pleasure to live here. They are also listening to the tenants for the little changes and upgrades that matter. The property is clean and well maintained, but it is more than just the things. They are part of the community and often available in the lobby and elevator, even when they are not working. Many of the people I see in the common areas have been here years, not months and they continue to say the same things that I feel. They love the building, the location, the community and the proximity to everything without having to be in the middle of the action. Would happily recommend this building to anyone who asks me and would let the owners know about the efforts their management go to make this a special place to live.
Great area, beautiful dog park and amenities, like gym, coffee maker, pool and great eats around the building.
I love my apartment. I have lived here nearly three years. I live in a one bedroom one bath that is very spacious and I have a walk-in closet. I have granite countertops, floor to ceiling windows, stainless still appliances and a washer and dryer in my unit no creepy basement laundry room for me. Did I mention that my apartment also comes with covered garage parking and gym access. My building is also pet friendly and I have great neighbors too. They are quiet and very friendly there is also a Starbucks coffee machine right in the lobby we get to use free of charge. What's not to love about this place.I also have great neighbors too. They are quiet and very friendly. I don't ever want to move this place has it all and I love it.
I have lived at the Infinity at Harbor Point for a little over 2 years and I have had a fantastic experience. The property is very well maintained, extremely clean and quiet. The staff is excellent and always very responsive. The location is great, roughly a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The apartment itself is very spacious for a one bedroom with high ceilings, stainless appliances, a large balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. I have never had a problem with noise or loud neighbors which is a huge plus. The amenities include an outdoor pool overlooking the harbor, a gym and yoga room, as well as a large common room with wifi. I couldn't recommend this building enough!
