Known as the origin of the automobile industry, the Motor City is moving towards a future of economic opportunity with roots far beyond the world of cars. The cost of living is low while rental rates for apartments, condos, and houses are highly attractive for any budget.
Monuments paying tribute to Detroit’s rich history are everywhere while astonishing architecture and public artwork is scattered throughout the city. As the birthplace of Motown, Detroit has a long tradition of producing legendary musicians like Diana Ross and Stevie Wonder. This tradition continues today and it’s easy to find live performances from every genre.
The city is a great destination for sports lovers as one of the few American cities with major leagues in football, baseball, basketball, and hockey.

Property Ratings at Infinity Park Townhomes
They have a policy where you have to pay the application fee and get approved before you can even view the apartment! That’s unheard of, I may decide I don’t like the bathroom and change my mind and now you have ran my credit and took my money. per Dina or Zina the manager you may view online. You know good and well them pics more than six months old. Girl bye ?? DEFINITE NO FOR ME!!
Dina & the rest of the staff made the process easy and simple. I even got to see my toilet & carpet get replaced, walls painted a leaked fixed and I got a great view all for a great price, for my first place I'm glad I picked Infinity Park
I was 19 when I first moved in and it was an Absolutely traumatizing stay in infinity park EVERYTHING about it was complete hell. They REFUSED to fix anything for me and I paid them $3500 to move in with 6 months rent paid and they couldn’t fix ANYTHING in those 6 months. I wrote them a letter and they didn’t respond but continuously sent rent notices. the women in the office are of no help to figuring out your situation have lied to my face on multiple occasions and are just overall disrespectful and just wanna go home.they aren’t professional whatsoever the main office to the complex looks like a daycare cause everyone brings their kids to WORK. The maintenance people never helped and new my address by heart and my name and still would say “I’ll be over there” and never came and fixed anything . In the 2 years I lived there I had 2 working outlets very low, water pressure, no screens in most windows, no heat, no air and the apartment was DIRTY when I MOVED IN and I had to clean it but when I was applying for an apartment they showed me a brand new clean apartment. I refused to pay rent because I had the city of Detroit come and check my house and THEY said the apartment wasn’t up to code and it wasn’t my fault. After not paying my rent they took me to court and DID NOT PROPERLY NOTIFY ME which I wish they would’ve because I likely would’ve nailed them to the wall with the documents I had. After being taken to court and not told about it I was evicted at almost 7 in the morning and the men acted as though I wasn’t human I asked for them 10 MINUTES to get my things together before they start taking things out of my house they disregarded my request and continued to take things anyway and chased my cats out of my house. If you have nowhere else to go I still wouldn’t recommend living here there are plenty of other low income areas in the city. Stop supporting people who don’t care about their tenants only the money cause when they aren’t getting the money your well being isn’t important.
This a very terrible place to stay I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here. Everything is bad starting from the leasing office to the fake maintenance guys they have to some of the tenants. The manager of these apartments/townhouses is very terrible they don’t keep up with the property. It’s trash everywhere, they don’t take care of the grass it’s never cut. The security doesn’t work police are always in there. Poor maintenance when it comes to the care of the property. They can’t supply anything that you need they ask you to buy you own stuff things that they are supposed to supply. They also pick up used appliances from the curb & install them in peoples units once again do not move here.
This is the worst place to stay , March 2022 will be my 2year here & im moving out ! Maintenance are lazy ! Front office LAZY & DISRESPECTFUL! I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. We need an better environment, better people running this complex ASAP just a poor community. Very unsafe .
Where do I start ? This place is beyond horrible . I’ve stayed here for a year and I wanted to leave after the 3rd month . In the summer time it gets active . You got drug dealing , people fighting every night , parties outside the apartment , no parking spots . No one is never in the office but they sure do know how to pass out late rent papers but can’t fix nothing you complain about . Me and my boyfriend car got hit and nobody know nothing . The door to the apartment suppose to be locked and secured and somebody broke that so anyone can just come inside when they feel like it. Let’s not get on the thin walls lord have mercy I could hear what the person next to me and above me was talking about so I know they heard me . This place didn’t use to be like this . But just a heads up if you want someone to party and for cheap prices then this the place for you . Other than that , don’t even do it . It’s not worth it . Biggest lesson learned . Just cause it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s a place you can call home . I couldn’t wait to move out .
First off if you're going to move here at least get a townhouse because the apartments are horrible You can hear your neighbors through the walls the walls are thin as paper they argue every night babies crying kids running back and forth shootings every night the paint in the bathroom is peeling off maintenance don't fix anything The women in the office are unprofessional and yes they do have bugs roaches centipedes and spiders the rent is cheap That's the only thing good about it but other than that spend an extra $100 somewhere else because living here feels like living in the motel! Sad!
This place is HORRIBLE! They never answer the phone! Maintenance doesn’t FIX ANYTHING. Better off living in a shelter! My kitchen sink hasn’t been working for months! When ppl move out they don’t clean or replace anything! Everything was still the same way it was when the last ppl moved out! This place is horrible. Take your time move somewhere else
The pictures are deceiving. No screens on windows. 2 story buildings are not secured anyone can walk in building and roam. Tenants have big dogs throughout the complex at times that are left outside unattended. No guard at gate. No security to patrol. A man was killed April 21, 2020 right outside. Constant guns shot can be heard whenever weather is nice out.
They do not fix anything, my toilet rocks back and forth, the shower leaks through the kitchen causing water to leak into the kitchen floor, there are roaches, bed bugs, mice running rampant. There are rats so large they look like cats. They don’t take your complaints seriously. They give some of the worst appliances because they don’t work. Very incompetent. The rent is cheap however, it’s not worth it. It’s absolute hell. No parking. My bedroom light flickers on an off. You can hear the mice in the walls at night crawling around. The staff is rude and they lie. I could go on but honestly you get what you pay for. Come out of that extra buck and move else where.
I have a one bedroom apartment here. Management is never in the office and staff acts clueless. Going on two weeks without a refrigerator. Wasted food, money, now have a gnat problem and now have maggots. THERE IS NO FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO HAVE MAGGOTS. My bathroom ceiling is on the verge of collapsing due to a leak which turned into a big crack in the ceiling. My car was stolen off the property so that says a lot about the ONE security guard. Had the ceiling problem for 4 months, refrigerator issue for about a month, heard nothing about my car... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW
TERRIBLE MANAGERS AND MAINTENANCE..THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING. quick to give out late fees/eviction notices but apartments are run tf down. My tub been leaking for 2 years now. i will be moving out at the end of the month not taking anything but clothes cause they have bedbugs, roaches, ants, all types of stuff. wouldn't tell my worse enemy to move here.
I have lived here for year now and when I want something fixed or done they take there time fixing things that are an issue,no one answers the phone when you call to state a problem, maintenance suppose to be 24 but how when no one shows up.there are roaches,in my building i can go on and on about this place management needs to step there game you say you fixing the property but your not attending to the ones who already here that is sad.and no i will not recommend this place to anyone I know.cheap rent or not. They got ants begbugs I have pictures of my basement leak hard by the heater I water leaking thru my roof make big water bubbles In my wall
I have been in my 2 bedroom townhome since July 2018. Personally, I have not encountered any issues. The staff is friendly! The ladies in the front office are AWESOME! The maintenance team is always available, thorough and helpful. The security patrolling further gives me a sense of peace. It's quiet, but can get a little noisy but not too much. My neighbors on both side do not make a lot of noise. We're pretty respectful to one another. It's a convenient commute to work for me which was one of my biggest concerns. Comfortable, local, affordable living in Detroit, definite win for me! If you're looking for a place to find comfort and call home, I highly recommend becoming a neighbor. As previously, stated "it's what you make it." I've made it feel like home.
I've been living here since july and its HORRIBLE! Maintenance Horrible Management is horrible waste of money !!!!!!! im the process of taking them to court ! i hate it here one of the biggest rip offs ever !!!! the state and channel 2, 4, && 7 will be here to report this mess !
This place has a roach, ant, bed bug and lady bug infestation!!!
The worse apartments i have ever stayed in. House was broken into, neighbors fighting at all times of the night, they moved ne into a unit that smelled like pee and refused to fix it. Thats only a fraction of the problems wrong with this place. Stay far away
Stay AWAY! Absoulty HORRIFIC! The ladies in the leasing office are incompetent and rude! One person will tell you one thing then you'll speak to another that will say something totally different! The "manager" I spoke to was so rude and lied stating that there is no deposit to be on the waitlist but then the other lady said there is a $350 waitilisr fee! Get on the same page , these town homes are run down and disgusting ! STAY AWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
I went to go check out the apartment recently. As soon as I walked in the main office entrance I knew it was going to be a bad neighborhood. The ladies were nice but the apartments shown was bad business. They showed me to the apartment where it smelled like urine and mildew as soon as you walked through the hallway to the unit. She showed me to the apartment and it was still nasty clothes on the floor including dirty underwear and old food in the kitchen? How can you show a room that has not be cleaned up to a future tenant?? Why would she show me that? Then showed another building that's under construction that has recently caught on fire. Never again. That was off my list.
Do not move here if you value your personal property. The maintenance worker will come into your home and steal your property. I had a leak in my kitchen, leaking through the light fixture. It taking over four months to get fix. It still not fix properly cannot use light in kitchen. I finally gave permission for them to enter when I was not home. Five or six different workers came into my home to fix problem no one could fix it. Still waiting for the problem to be fixed so that I can have lights in my kitchen. There was hundreds of dollars of tools taken from my home. Also missing is my expensive Chef knife, a plastic laundry basket, micro fiber clothes, toilet paper, petty things. Will be filing a police report against owner of the property. I complained to him and he made a joke. Theft is no joking matter!!!
I have lived here for years now and when I want something fixed or done they take there time fixing things that are an issue,no one answers the phone when you call to state a problem, maintenance suppose to be 24 but how when no one shows up.there are roaches,in my building i can go on and on about this place management needs to step there game you say you fixing the property but your not attending to the ones who already here that is sad.and no i will not recommend this place to anyone I know.cheap rent or not.
