Property Ratings at Infinity off Baldwin Park Apartments
The property manager Rodney has went above and beyond to answer any questions I have via e-mail and even went to the lengths of sending me a detailed photo tour of the unit I am moving into. I am so excited to live where the staff truly cares about their residents and I don’t even live there yet.

Thanks for the special shout-out to Rodney--he's the best! We can't wait to welcome you as a resident soon!
Toured infinity on Tuesday afternoon with my brother and the leasing representative Rodney was super knowledgeable in assisting my brother and i in finding the perfect apartment. The 1st floor apartment we viewed was immaculate considering the complex is 20+ years old. Out of all the places we toured, Infinity was the best for the price and location.

Wow, thank you so much for sharing your touring experience! We're glad you had a great time. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about the community and we hope you have a fantastic day!
I recently toured Infinity and to say it was a beautiful community would be an understatement. Nicole and Rodney assisted me in providing information and taking me on a tour and although I did not lease, both office staff were amazing in providing me tons of information. Good customer service is rare these days so I was happy to have those two pull through for me. Thank you infinity team.

Hi, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about our community and team. It means the world to us that you feel this way!
Location is prime! The units themselves look nothing short of beautiful and I love the color white on the outside. Trust me you’re going to want a garage, so if you have the chance to get one, do so. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and trust me I can be annoying at times with my questions. Over all 10/10. You’ll love it here.

A month ago i visited a few property around because i knew my lease will be ended soon and everybody knows that at the end of a lease the prices are supposed most of the time to increase. After that I went to the front office to talk to the manager to let her know that I am willing to stay here but that I went to other places to have an idea of the prices in the area and depending on what the new rent would be i would make a choice. I let her knew that i wanted to stay in the same type of apartment but renew as I know they be been renewing all of their appartements for the last months... She let me knew that of course they want to keep people here and will do everything to make it happen. She told me that she had none available at that time but that she should have one maybe coming out and will let me know. She also said that the increase would be around $200. She also said that they would pay for the move out to the new apartment because they want to please their actual resident and bla bla bla... I was happy about this talk. She called me back after a few days to let me know that she still waiting on the other resident but because she is going in vacations she wants me to know that she did not forget and will keep me updated when she will be back. She finally came back from her vacations. Because I had no news I went there. When I went there everything had changed... So finally the actual resident are not renewing their lease, which means that the apartment will be renew and available in a few months. She told me that the price finally will have an $800 increase from what I am paying now. I told her that it's not the talk we had and she said that it's a misunderstood. she said that it will be the only one available so that’s why they increase the price that much and also this is the market price. I told her that they are not Baldwin Park and trying to make the price just like they are. And she responded to me "yes but this is were you want to leave" (just so that people know, in Baldwin Park the owners have to pay the HOA which is $350/ month and that is part of why the prices are higher, because of the top services that they offer and obviously don’t get here). I also told her that she should of let me know at first because I came earlier to avoid this kind of disagreement and that the new apartments in the same street are cheaper... she respond with a smile that "I should go there if it's cheaper"...
I’ve lived in the complex 13 years. The apartment is beautiful, the community grounds are groomed to perfection, and both the office and maintenance teams are excellent. Tony, the lead maintenance supervisor is the most responsive person I’ve seen. The customer service from everyone is genuine and thoughtful. But most of all, it’s the great apartment floor plan and how quite it is at night! If you are going to rent, this should be your next home.
I have lived there for 4 years. Since Infinity has been there, the office staff is NOT friendly AT ALL. They are VERY defensive when asked questions, judging by other comments made here, I am not the only one that this has happened to. I will say the grounds are nice and I love the area, however, there has been CONSTANT construction for MORE than 6 months with no communication from the office. (Debris, nails, noise, banging)They drilled THROUGH my wall to attach the railing on the balcony outside. Upon renewing my lease, it quoted a couple HUNDRED dollars INCREASE for rent, part of the reason I moved out. When confronted, the management immediately again, jumped on the defense and said it was completely out of their control and it is the market. They came back with a better offer, but nothing would have made me stay there with the current situation. I am EXTREMELY glad to be out of there.
Lived here for many years and once the new owners took over last year this place is TERRIBLE!! The office staff is RUDE, especially the manager Marcella who will lie right to your face and come up with the most ridiculous excuses for why things were not done. The leasing agents change constantly so you never know who works there. The only ones who actually get anything done are the maintenance workers. The loud construction has been going on for well over 6 months with NO communication as to how long it will take with multiple nails are left around the property so good luck not flattening a tire. They lose mail packages then will find them months later acting like its no big deal. Please dont be fooled by their facebook events and photos. I was so happy to get out of this place!
We have lived here for two years and since this new company has taken over it has been AWFUL!! I’ve had to replace two tires from the nails they are doing from construction to the buildings and my boyfriend has had to replace one! They do not care about the residents here. We went to talk to them and they said they can’t do anything for us even though MULTIPLE people I have talked to in the complex said they also have seen piles of nails around or have found one in their tire. The walls are thin you can hear everything above you, full on conversations. The AC overflows every week and they come to fix it and it breaks over and over again. Save yourself the money and hassle.
DO NOT live here. Especially after the people at infinity took over. The walls are paper thin and you here everything your neighbors do. That parking stinks and it takes maintenance weeks to fix anything. They had to come out 3 different times just to fix my AC because they didn’t care enough to fix it right then 1st or 2nd time. There’s been construction going on for over 6 months, everyone has been getting flat tires and then management REFUSES to do anything about it. When confronted about the situation management was rude and couldn’t care less. NEVER once through any issue (which has been multiple) that I’ve encountered at infinity have they shown a friendly or customer first attitude. They’re greedy and down right awful. Do yourself a favor a pick somewhere else.
I have lived here going into my 3rd year, and was proud to invite family and friends over. The outside of the apartments are painted a beautiful gold and green, with beautiful red brick and black shutters and the garages are black, also. So quaint and full of character. Just beautiful!! NOW the new owners from TX are painting them a stark white, even the beautiful red brick. Looks like a hospital! Horrible! I need my sunglasses on just to pull up and look at them. We live in Florida, I give it 6 months and they are going to look filthy. Between the weather and the lawn guys. Just a BAD move corporate!! Why?? You took something that the majority of people living here loved the way our community looked, to a whole new level of UGLY!! I definitely won’t be renewing my lease.
Nice staff and they make everything look nice but the fact is the apartments a cheaply built to begin with. Paper thin walls to the apartment. Construction behind the apartments has been going on well over a year and literally shake the whole apartment starting right at 8am. So if you work late I hope you don't like sleep. I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbors make. They play the complex off as luxury and make it look nice but the quality of the structures is poor.
I am very impressed by the changes made in our complex by the new management. The staff is wonderful and always make me feel special when I come to the office. Maintenance is quick and the guys are all very nice. I love my home!
I've lived at Promenade Crossings for almost a year now, and the new staff is very communicative and responsive. They always take steps to explain to residents what is happening on property, and give concrete reasons and dates as to when things will be fixed/replaced. A perfect example is when the trash compactor stopped working - they emailed residents right away explaining what happened and took fast steps to fix it. The community is located in a great area (close to everything - Target, Baldwin Park, Starbucks and a movie theater) and is very safe (gated with a resident Orlando Sheriff and many young families).
