Property Ratings at Infinity Six Forks
I’ve lived at Infinity Six Forks for three years, and since the building was acquired by new management in 2023, my experience has been nothing but frustration and chaos. My AC has been malfunctioning for over two months, and despite filing multiple service requests, management has failed to fix it. My apartment has been unbearably hot all summer, my energy bills have skyrocketed, and I’ve had to stay with friends because it’s unlivable. Management has been completely unresponsive, providing no timeline or explanation for the delays. For a complex that advertises itself as luxury, they fail to meet even the most basic living standards. I would not recommend living here.

Thank you for taking the time to write a response. I would love the opportunity to address your concerns in a meeting. We have recently replaced several AC units and I am certain that yours was one of them. I would be happy to review your electricity bills to see what we can do to compensate you for your inconvenience. Please give us an opportunity to discuss this in person. Sincerely, Sara Elizabeth Daniels Community Manager
Infinity Six Forks is fantastic, and Sara and her team make it even better! They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Living here feels like being part of a caring community. Highly recommend!

Thank you kindly for writing such a kind review. I wish this wasn't anonymous so I can thank you properly. We love our residents! Sincerely, Sara Elizabeth Daniels Community Manager
The new owners have made a lot of improvements in a short amount of time. They've cleaned the place up. They brought back our resident events, renovated apartments, gotten new furniture, added pickleball courts and a golf simulator. The staff is professional, hard working and friendly. Plus, it's in a great location. They've turned the building from a place that I live - to a home!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am so grateful to have you as a resident. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to make your residency more enjoyable. Sincerely, Sara Elizabeth Daniels Community Manager
The building has been on a steep decline, since Waterton took over. It's a filthy building, lined in rat traps. The pool and sun deck lights have been burned out for months. The stairwells and glass walkways are lined in cobwebs and bugs. The hallways have stained carpets, peeling paint, burned out lights and smells of smoke. It's supposed to be a non-smoking "luxury" building, it definitely is NOT! Residents don't clean up after their dogs and trash is thrown everywhere. There's a fee to use the community room and no resident events. You will notice that the 5 Star reviews were before Waterton took over. Waterton just wants your money, a good review and then they want you to get out. The pool opened MUCH later than other apartment buildings and was constantly dirty. At first look, it appears clean and new. The office area, gym and community room were renovated. The rest of the building is dirty and run down. Waterton is a large property management company. They destroyed this building. They don't care about the building or it's residents! It's a greedy, poorly run corporation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our team works hard to provide residents with the best support possible and we apologize that this wasn’t your experience. We’d like to better understand what happened and how we can make things right, we encourage you to reach out to us at (833) 924-0887. Sincerely, The Manor Six Forks Management Team
Poor maintenance and quality. Since moving in there’s been month long spans where the fobs to enter the building didn’t work, the water pressure in the apartment was so low I couldn’t wash clothes or take adequate showers, the apartment upstairs had a leak which eventually leaked into my apartment and it it’s still ongoing. They removed a 2*4 square in the ceiling and just left it there. It’s been 2 weeks now exposing mold, mildew and insulation. The maintenance team is inexperienced. They didn’t let us know they’d be sawing into the ceiling and didn’t bother to cover anything in the area of work leaving dust, debris, mold and dust all over the entire room.
It has a lot of nice little amenities that I enjoy like the pool, gym, and lounge with the theatre room and library. I have used all often. Would recommend this apartment complex to my friends! I love that this apartment complex is at the end of a road and backs up to the woods which makes it nice to go out back and take a walk on the greenway and if you go just a half mile the other direction there are grocery stores and anything you might need day to day. Love this area!
I've lived at Manor Six Forks for 3 years now. The location is OK, but I like that the rent is much less expensive than downtown, which is just a few miles away. The amenities are very nice, I especially like the gym, the parking deck, and the garbage pickup (literally right outside your apartment!). Also nice access to the Crabtree Creek Greenway. Maintenance requests are handled very timely. My one complaint, and why I had to give only 4 stars, is the noise, especially on the weekends. Since the building has long hallways outside residents' doors, sometimes people getting home late make a lot of noise when others are trying to sleep. Also, I have a pool-side apartment and it is VERY loud during the day on weekends.
Nice amenities. bad insulation. noisy location near to Atlantic Avenue. Maintenance staff are freindly and helpful.
Living at Manor Six Forks is like being on vacation. The staff is friendly and responsive. We enjoy the pool and the gym and the rooftop lounge.. There are great perks - like free gourmet coffee and other treats. Maintenance follows up on reported issues on the same day. The floor plan is perfect, and the decor is solid and modern. The location is great - convenient to downtown, 440, and North Hills. It's generally quiet except for Atlantic Avenue/Six Forks traffic noise and normal noise from our neighbors outdoors. We rarely hear anything from our neighbors. (We are on the 5th/top floor.) The building is lovely, but it is beginning to show a little bit of wear. The missing half start is because there are stains and missing lights and cobwebs where a little tighter inspection and maintenance could make it look much better. Overall, we are very happy we chose Manor Six Forks and would do it again. We have seen all of the three-bedrooms in Raleigh, and this place is hands-down the best.
My wife and I moved here in December 2014 and love it. The staff is friendly and maintenance fixes everything right away. Large pool with a fair amount of seating. Great summer weekends to tan and spend time with neighbors. Club room with free computers and printer, free and tasty coffee and tea, pool billiard, theater room with great sound, and comfy couch seating. The gym is my favorite. I'm a personal trainer and have even helped my clients here. It's spacious, many cardiovascular machines, free weights, weight rack, yoga balls, flex bands, barbells, and even a separate room with a large TV on which you can choose from dozens of updated training classes. They are perfect for all types of workouts and levels. The apartment is spacious and clean. Mostly carpet, wood in the kitchen and bathroom. Very modern and updated. Gated garage parking on the floor you live on. Elevators on each floor. And even a rooftop with cabana, basketball hoops, and lots of seating. Specialties: trash pick up from your door. Dry-cleaning pick up too. Monthly event put on by the complex with music, food trucks, and free wine/beer.
This is the perfect apartment if you want to be close to downtown Raleigh, love the North Hills Area, and want to have a great outdoor space. The apartment is currently going through a management transition which has brought changes to the residents that has been difficult, but its an overall great building with extremely helpful staff. The Manor has a rooftop patio, courtyard pool, and fully stocked gym with apartment views that overlook downtown Raleigh in the distance. The Manor has direct access to the Raleigh Greenway Loop which is just steps away and helpful bike storage. Great for families, pet friendly residents, and young professionals!
I always recommend Manor Six Forks to anyone whos looking for an apartment... A main reason we chose this apartment was the security. Keycard access for all tenants. You can't get into the building or go up the elevators without it. The staff is AMAZING... Erica at the front desk is hilarious and the maintenance staff is always friendly. Just good people.. They will also from time to time have community get togethers with free food and drinks which is always nice. Tons of amenities.. Coffee machine was an important one for me... the gym is legit.. Large and enough equipment to go around. Very convenient and saves money because theres no need for a gym membership. The rooftop is pretty cool too in the summer to go up and relax and see the Raleigh skyline.
The community was beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. I wasn't thrilled about the apartment layout but it's still a very nice place to live!
