Beautiful complex and unique layout. My unit feels like an actual home versus the traditional style apartments that are out there now. Maintenance is also great and very responsive.

A true hidden gem and the location is absolutely obvious, but the community is even better than that. Staff has been responsive during the move in process. The community is quiet. You could not ask for a better location. Even being on a main road, you can’t hear the traffic in my unit.
I recently moved into Ingleside Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped foot into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff made the entire process seamless, answering all my questions and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. The apartment itself is stunning - modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the high-end appliances to the luxurious finishes. I feel like I’m living in a five-star hotel every day! Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed with. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious living spaces, and prime location make it the perfect place to call home. Pretty good experience except when I went to move in they gave me the wrong keys they got it resolved so it worked out fine. Everything else has gone well
Ingleside apartments is a great place to call home. Yes it is an older property but it has so much to offer. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is very attentive. You are close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, great shopping, the freeways and the airport. The property is quaint and well maintained.
Nightmare. Upstairs neighbors keep me up all night and for these prices? This should be illegal. I have insomnia from this terrible place. avoid at all costs.
I've been a resident for many years now and I love it! The staff is great, maintenance is quick and it's quiet. You can't beat the location in the heart of Arcadia!
We enjoy living here. The community is well maintained and feels safe. There are a lot of residents that have pets, and sometimes evidence of people not cleaning after their pets can be observed.
This apartment is in a great location close to schools, shopping, and restaurants. It is a great community in general and I haven’t had any complaints!
Nice apartment. Love the layout. There is a bit of an issue with the amount of parking available. Noise from indian school rd is quite loud at times. Otherwise good area close to a lot of resturants and shops.
Place is well-maintained, safe, and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. The gym is a bit lacking but the pool is a great plus. The prices are great considering the area.
Living here has been very good so far. Everyone is super friendly and the apartments are super nice. Any emails with questions we have had along with any maintenance request we have put in were all answered and taken care of very quickly.
The Ingleside Apartment complex has all the amenities to enjoy the secure and comfort living here, also convenient location close to HW 51 and 202, Fashion Squire mall and Scottsdale.
Great place to live! Great location and the front office is always accommodating. They keep the residents updated with any issues and resolve them quickly.

I love the Arcadia area and the few neighbors I have met are friendly & very nice , but my downsizing move in experience was made much worse by the dirtiness and disrepair of the unit and lack of attention to the maintenance details on the building and inside the apartment ie : ( not bring able to take a long hot bath after a brutal day of moving because my tub stopper was broken for 1 thing among many found in sad disrepair !)

Although I’m leaving I have loved my time at the Ingleside. Great, friendly staff and the best location you could ask for. Although prices have gone up in the last three years, hard to find anything better in such a great location!

Manager was super fast and friendly. Made the experience easier and answered all questions. The tour was very fast , and the application process didn’t take long as well.
Everything about moving to Ingleside has been PHENOMENAL. Everyone has been so helpful, my apartment home is wonderful and perfect for my and kids and I, the maintenance staff has been super attentive and fast to respond. I love the grounds and pool and have even started meeting some of my neighbors. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience.
The Ingleside is a great place to call home. A small community tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It is close to schools, airport, shopping, restaurants downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale
I love the ingleside apartments!!!! I love being able to walk to all of the bars and restaurants in the area! I am also very grateful for being able to have my cat.

We are living here and we have had absolutely nothing but problems!!! About three months ago this place switched hands and it has gone absolutely down hill! The staff are incredibly rude! The customer service is atrocious!! Without notice they have charged us an extra months rent, not letting us leave even after our lease is up, threatening to double our monthly rent!! And holding onto our security deposit!! Do not live here they are manipulative and will just try to take your money.
Still love it here at the Ingleside but a few things have definitely gone downhill since moving in three years ago. Maintenance is standoffish and rude - don’t ever wave or say hello while walking by. Dog poop is prevalent everywhere and management threatens to remove the doggy bags - as though that will help the situation. New plants and extra pointless rocks all over the complex add zero value, but I’m sure rents will be up next lease! Neighborhood is great, apartments are great, management staff is good - everything else that used to be great is “okay”. Live here for the neighborhood.
Gated community but gates do not work majority of the time. Management isn’t pleasant. Similar to an elderly community! Kids are not allowed to play with chalk outside, it is prohibited.
I have loved it so far! The facility is great and everything is going well. I wouldn’t change it for a thing! We have a pool video and I think it’s great how friendly everyone is

These apartments are so nice! It’s a gated community with serval amenities. A swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and more. I love living here. I feel safe.
I have had a great experience here. Centrally located and things around to do and eat. The gym needs major improvement and parking situation needs to be figured out. No spaces for guest or roommates after 6pm
A minus about living here. Dogs Big dogs not all on leases. Dog poop every where. Barking Plus side. Lovey people live here. Really nice.
The maintenance guys here are fantastic. Very friendly and they will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

Monthly rates were too high and I wasn't informed of them when I signed the lease. I should have asked before I moved into the unit.
It's only been a week since I sent in a maintenance request for a rather specific equipment issue and the problem got solved. If that's how quick relatively complex solutions are implemented, I have full confidence I can depend on them to address other issues as well.
Would because it's quiet and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Wouldn't because of the pets and dog poop that's not picked up by their owners

The new gate system does not have the remote option, it is more difficult to get in. New fob requires you to make contact with the small sensor at the gate. Many times have to open car door and get out. Definitely Not an improvement to the old gate system. Please go back to the Better old gate remote system.

I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't know what kind of people started moving in and treating the community/property and neighbors with no pride and no respect and that was another factor when I was deciding whether or not to renew my lease.

I love the community at Ingleside. Residents are friendly and courteous. Residents are a variety of different living situations, families, single parents, young professionals etc. I feel very safe here wth the small complex and gates. It is close to a wide range of shops and restaurants.
My apartment was nowhere near move in ready 3 days (and even now 24 days) past my move in date. Trash was on patio from previous resident, bugs were crawling through kitchen cabinets, apartment was dirty, spare toilet was broken, microwave handle, lights, and vent weren’t operable, washer water lines were mixed up causing rinse to always be hot, kitchen cabinet was nearly off its hinges, outlet was installed crooked, ceiling patio paint was peeling severely....I could go on and on. Maintenance has responded quickly to each thing I’ve discovered and for that I am so thankful. However, I’m beyond frustrated that my apartment wasn’t move in ready and that I’ve had to deal with this while working and after moving across the country.
