Property Ratings at Inigo's Crossing
Property has lots of dead trees, trash often overflows and elevators break and don’t get. Repaired for weeks. No such thing as security - easy access day and night anywhere in building- except the main door. History of broken garage doors, car vandalism. Ugh.
Do NOT move into Inigo Crossing. The building is unresponsive despite claims that they respond promptly. I've had a non working dishwasher for 2 years and every time it's repaired it breaks in a week. Mine was replaced with a used dirty machine. The management refused to put in a new working machine. My cabinets are literally falling off the walls and I am told they do not Abe. Any old ones in stock so I have to deal with peeling cabinets. They have 1 person working maintenance in all their buildings in Maryland and Virginia with assistants that cannot do anything but submit reports and fix minor items. The building is negligent, complacent, workers overwhelmed and the environment looks good in pictures but inside the apartments are disgusting. Don't be fooled by pictures of the gym and the name "luxury." Fancy lights and new furniture in the entry way does not make a building luxury. Nor does a game room and jazzed up gym - with broken treadmills. Put your money in the upkeep of your apartments. The ventilation is poor, filters dirty, garbage smells constantly throughout the building and is only addressed when the news captures the disgusting management.
The office staff-except the manager- is impolite and inappropriate. Lax of safety, garage doors -even you pay minimum $95/ month-never works, trash situation is terrible, ?? are in the garage, they rarely clean building A. 3 maintenance ????? can’t handle the whole building, delays with your requests. They never pick up the phone or answer an e-mail. They don’t handle noise complaints and issues. Super weak walls, you can even hear the conversation from the other apartment.
I've lived here 2 years and had my cars broken into over a dozen times. Including having my window smashed in last week (police said this has happened to 20 cars in the past 2 weeks in our building). Building management is never anywhere to be found and completely unhelpful if you do manage to track them down. Front and back doors dont actually lock, both garage gates are open at all times. Anyone can walk in whenever they want and frequently do. And the pool in the lead picture? Don't get too excited about it, cause it's never open cause they won't staff lifeguards. This place is a nightmare. For what you're spending for a "luxury" apartment, I'd expect a much better than this. The maintenance staff are lovely though, that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place.
Cars broken into again last night… Management doesn’t tell residents about vandalism or thefts; They don’t let residents know of activity nor do they add cameras or security ;if your alone in garage your on your own!… They rather hide danger to its residents than get a bad review and loose a future resident being fooled to think property is safe! Whoever leafy 5 star reviews doesn’t live here… on its best day this property is 2.5 stars
It LOOKS good from outside. BUT, just request a maintenance, they keep challenging you about your description. Just stand for only 5 min to hear the elevator and imagine the feelings of the people living close to the elevators. Just go to the garage entrance to smell and see.
First, they do not have accurate floor plans of units. We thought we were getting a Juliet balcony and fireplace and ended up with neither. Leasing office doesn’t answer emails. When you walk into the office their heads don’t even look up at you. Maintenance requests take forever to get done. Car wheels get stolen in the “secure” parking garage. There’s never anyone at the front desk. They let anyone go into the small pool so seats fill up easily.
HVAC Condensor went out in Jan, it took 3.5 weeks to repair. Finally had to have the county come out and condemned the apartment to get it repaired. $500/day fine and the next day the "parts" arrived. HVAC FAn broke a eight days again and still waiting on a "part"..... Supply chain problems, they say....... 40+K per year and they can't provide basis services.
I tried very hard to like this apartment. However, this complex is UNSAFE to live in, especially with a child. The reason is that there are people breaking into cars and stealing wheels in the "secured" resident garage. While the management spends money to renovate the lobby, they failed to keep resident safety as their top priority. Instead, they should spend money on security cameras, etc. Unless the management improves apartment safety, please consider another place to live.
A herd of mice walked through the front door of my apartment…..Literally!
Please do NOT come to Inigo's Crossing if you are considering living in the North Bethesda area. For the rent I am paying, I could have easily stayed at any of the other nicer apartments or condominiums nearby. Several reasons for my dissatisfaction since the new management took over. The maintenance is extremely slow. The safety is terrible. Gated garage door is either broken or left open half of the time (useless really) and the floors are littered with trash very often. They state they have increased security measures with ONE camera but no one has access to review the footages when it is needed for police investigation (again useless). The staff are incredibly rude and not very intelligent (they don't know much about anything that goes on because their number one response is "I don't know"). Instead of focusing on the wellbeing of their residents, they pour their money into renovating the entire complex which I feel was not necessary at all (parts of it look worse, really cheap and tacky). I cannot wait to end my lease and leave this place. Again- please do NOT consider Inigo's Crossing at North Bethesda if you are wanting a comfortable and safe home.
Management turnover is REALLY high. During my time here (>1 year) the staff changed completely... THREE TIMES! My genuine impression is that management has very VERY little professional experience, and it shows. They don’t want to help you, they want to help themselves. Apartments do not get renovated, but of course the management offices do (totally not needed). I’ve had innumerable hair-pulling experiences with mgmt quite literally since the day I moved in. My move out day cannot come soon enough.

Hi John, We are sorry your experience has not been great! After acquiring Inigo's Crossing in early 2020 the staff did change, but all of those changes were to better the experience for our residents. We are excited about the current renovations which include the leasing office, lobby, movie theater, gym, and interior of our apartments. We hope we can give you a new perspective on Inigo's Crossing.
I used to live in this apartment building. While the apartments and amenities were great, there is a constant smell of marijuana coming through the hallways and windows. The smell was so bad that you couldn’t even open your windows and you were forced to turn on your AC when it was 50 degrees out. This was brought to managements attention multiple times and no action was taken because they claimed they could not locate a suspect. As a person who is paying good money for an apartment, you would hope that management would step in to fix the situation when actions of others are interfering with another tenants living condidtions, especially since marijuana is illegal, but they turned a blind eye to the situation. I would not recommend to anyone.
For me, I think that it's fair to give a 5-star reward to the Inigo's Crossing's current management team. I had experienced in renting many apartments in the US. In 2002, I lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, while I was a student at the University of Michigan. In 2010, I lived in Ithaca, New York, while I was a student at Cornell. In 2012, I lived in D.C. while I was a student at Georgetown University. Now, I am living in an apartment at Inigo's Crossing, Rockville, Maryland. I am not a student at this time. My family and I moved in here because of my son's study. I have no any idea about the previous management teams. But, the current team is the best comparing to other apartments in other states where I lived. I use a SERVQUAL framework to assess the quality services of Inigo's Crossing's current management team via a quadrant analysis. The results show their "keep up the good work" such as leaking-toilet repair, home-appliance replacement, parking issues, safety concern, and other requests. I would like to give a 5-star reward to individual staff members as well including Amita, John, and Mr. Million. Thank you very much for your hard working for me, my family, and all other residents. I certainly will share my excellent experience in renting the apartment at Inigo's Crossing here with my colleagues and clients who are interesting in renting an apartment in Rockville, Maryland. Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We appreciate the feedback. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help deliver the best customer service to you and your family. Thanks again! – The Team at Inigo’s Crossing
I have been very disappointed with my experience with Inigo's Crossing. The main issue that I have had has been with poor management and the number of times the management has changed. I had issues with a broken washing machine, broken air conditioning, and mice. Each of those things required multiple service requests, calls, complaints and visits to the leasing office before they were fixed (the mice problem was never fixed- I found tons of mouse droppings hidden when I moved out). I lived at Inigo's Crossing for about a year and a half and decided to break my lease for multiple reasons. The entire move-out process has been a disaster, and no one could give me a straight answer about the process for breaking a lease. I moved out almost 4 months ago and am still struggling with management at Inigo's Crossing. I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes in the DC area over the last 10 years and have never been as disappointed as I am with Inigo's Crossing. I strongly discourage you from renting here-- even after you leave you will continue to struggle with the poor management.
I recommend the apartments at Inigo’s Crossing with the highest of honor. I am a young professional who recently had to relocate to Maryland from Florida. I needed an apartment immediately, and I choose Inigo’s Crossing over any other in the area. My apartment is elite, the layout is awesome with a great view, the building is structured and located close to the city, and the amenities are clean and professional. Above all else, the leasing staff and the maintenance staff have been first-class in my books. The fact to the matter is that I would not be in this apartment without Maria in the leasing office. Maria is a true professional; I was incredibly stoked on her industriousness, enthusiasm, and poise in making sure I found the best apartment in the area, and I really appreciated her initiative to make sure my relocation to Maryland was a great experience. Bless Your Heart if you choose to live anywhere else.
A new management company took over in June of 2016. The new company does not have online payments - you have to pay by check or money order only. Packages are constantly lost or not logged into the system until days later. Printers in the business center do not work. All of the gameroom equipment is unusable and is super worn out - management refuses to replace it. Very poor management - often rude and do not care about up-keeping the building.
Highly recommended this apartment. Cozy, comfy, community feel. It's the perfect home away from home.
My husband and I moved into this building less than a year ago and we've had a great experience. The amenities are fabulous with a pool, party room, really nice pool and grills in the summer. The staff has been really easy to work with. The building is right across from the metro which is really convenient.
my apartment is in a nice location about a block away from a metro station and also easy access to three major cities including down town DC . I have live here for almost four years now and the one major improvement will be to build a car garage closer to the apartment .
I love living here at Jefferson at Inigo's Crossing. The staff at the rental office are very nice and always helpful. The buildings is always well cared for and very clean. The grass is always cut and there are plenty of areas to walk your dog if you have one. The gym is always well manicured and is fixed quickly if piece of equipment has any problems. We have a pub room as well as a theatre room that can be rented out for you and guests that you may want to invite over. When you are a resident you also gain access to the parking garage which is very nice. We also have a very nice pool area that include a hot tub which is very nice. I don't rent a very large apartment but the size is just fine for my boyfriend and I. But one of the best things is that we feel very safe here. I would recommended these apartments to anyone, it is definitely worth the time to at least take a look!
Where do I start.. We live in a beautiful part of the urban jungle we call North Bethesda. Our community is within 10 minutes of every one of ur favorite stores and restraunts you can think of, a five minute walk to the nearest metro stations, and a five minute drive to the beltway. Behind our community lies a vast, green, luscious golf course that belongs to Georgetown Prep and sunsets on it are to die for. But enough of the small stuff, let's get to the vitals! Our complex is primed with an elegant and colorfully lit, double door entrance. We have a lively and always courteous concierge and building staff that keep our complex spotless and make sure all tenants needs are taken care of surely and swiftly. Beyond that is a pub room furnished with a huge bar, 75" TV, pool table, foosball table, shuffle board table and dart board. Next to that is a state of the art gym with free weights, universal machines and tons of elipticals and treadmills. Next is a fantastic theatre with 10 lounge chairs and a huge movie screen projector. Upstairs we have an outstanding pool/hot tub and grill area, perfect for family sun and fun. Our mail room equiped with an ATM machine. We have a garage for parking our cars which is clutch for all type of hazardous weather conditions and, of course, theft or vandalism prevention. Its extremely pet friendly here. Apartments are equipped with hardwood floors in the kitchen and all of the latest appliances and gadgets, gorgeous studio lighting, huge windows/French windows/balconys, fireplaces, spacious bathrooms with tubs that could comfortably fit three people in them, and walk-in closets.. Who in there right mind wouldn't want to live in here?!!?
The view of the apartment complex from the driveway gives you a 19th century castle vibe, and the spacious lobby makes you feel as if you are entering a nice hotel in the city. Perfectly tucked away between a golf course, the large greens space of a 18th century preparatory school and a small wooded area makes it hard to believe that it is located right of the main street. The walking and biking trails provide safe and scenic access to the subway, amazing restaurants, a concert hall, and a corner store voted best best neighborhood market five years in a row. If you do not feel like walking then drive knowing that there is plenty of free parking almost everywhere, of course you can also park easily and safely in the underground parking deck of your apartment. If you do not feel like leaving the building you always have access to the gym, the pool, and of course the movie theater. The bar room also provides you with entertainment like a pool table, darts and shuffleboard. The apartment complex is perfectly located outside of DC, providing you with easy access to the city without forcing you to deal with the daily hassle of it. One day when walking out of the building I was asked by a stranger, who was considering moving into the building, what the worst thing about living here was and I honestly could not think of anything. Its simply the perfect home.
I've lived here for 2 years, and have enjoyed it. I've heard complaints of noise and thin walls, but I've never experienced that myself. The management company has changed within the last year, and the new management has made some staff changes, that I think are for the better. The maintenance has always been very responsive to my maintenance requests - typically getting things done within 24 hours. The concierge desk is always pleasantly staffed, and the community seems primarily safe and courteous. It is a very dog friendly building! You can't beat the location!
Everything from location, hospitality of staff, to amenities is phenomenal here. Its a little pricey for a young adult like myself but still relatively cheap in comparison to surrounding apartment complexes.
This apartment community is a great location for the metro, shopping and restaurants. It is also a WONDERFUL place for families, roommates or singles. A huge plus is how close it is to DC. Even with traffic, you will be in DC within 25 minutes. Without traffic, it can be as quick as 15 minutes. I love it! The rooms are huge and the closets are a perfect size. The staff are friendlier than I have ever met and the maintenance team are superb, top notch. The building is very clean and the neighbors are friendly. The courtyard is a great place for friends to meet, swim, cookout and have a great time. It's a nice, quiet, cozy home very close to the city! Perfection!
