After moving 3 times in a year, I can consider myself lucky to live at Inman Park. My apartment is my happy place, facing south, with a beautiful view, light all day, cosy, in excellent conditions and the maintenance team is simply the best. The laundry room (a real one!), the entrance, the fireplace, the spacious kitchen and double bathroom with a huge bathtub, the walking closet and many others, the covered balcony…just make it the perfect place to live for 1 or 2 persons. I cannot recommend any other place that offers all this for such a reasonable price!

Nice and quiet apartment, spectacular maintenance crew. I only hear the cabinet/drawer sound every so often from neighbors. The mature trees make this place feel like home.

Inman Park Apartments is reat place to live! The management is responsive, helpful and caring. The apartments are kept in excellent shape with preventive maintenance and if anything breaks the maintenance folls ome amazingly fast. They are experienced and skilled in fixing the equipment and if there is a big problem do not hesitate to call in specialists or make complete replacements. Spare parts are kept on site so there is no delay. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Facilities like exercise room or swimming pol or cookout area are and easily available. And are top notch.

The central location is wonderful. The complex is quiet. Facilities responds quickly to work orders. The trees are beautiful, but the squirrels have been taking over something fierce. They have gone from nuisance to destructive, They chew car wires and damage anything they want for a nest.

We love it here! One of the best apartments homes in Raleigh. It’s close to everything. We love Lynn Road elementary school. Never have to go more than 5 miles to get to every place we love.

This is a very nice place to live. People are cordial, so many have dogs and they are well picked up after, atmosphere is quiet and our apartment is well build and quiet. Trees are trimmed, yards are cut often and the external walls are washed routinely. The community looks nice and is well taken care of. Happy to be here.

Great location with easy access to downtown, North hills, and Crabtree mall. Also not a far commute from RTP, Durham, Cary and Apex. Beautiful neighborhood with mature trees. Walking distance from a greenway walking path that takes you to a nearby lake.

I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with high-quality finishes. The community amenities are top-notch, including the sparkling pool, well-equipped fitness center, and serene outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing after a long day. The management team has been incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the move-in process seamless. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. What you see is what you get, Beautiful interior design, it makes it feel like a mini house. So much space and storage, and last but not least, after you close any doors or windows it is quite beyond belief. Wonderful community and amazing staff!

We enjoy our time here. We have met some very nice neighbors. Everyone in the office is very nice and will help you in every way. They are great at details, and listening to residents in what we want. Bob is such a hard worker. He is always busy helping residents fix any problems. The pool looks awesome!!! I just wish it wasn’t so hot.

Inman Park is a great community in which to live. The office staff and maintenance team always do their best to address any needs in a timely manner. The amenities here are excellent, especially the pool. It's also a great location close to restaurants, shopping and major highways.

Home! To find a apartment community that is not box and receptive design,is a true treasure. Spacious home apartments within a stunning oak trees community. The staff it top notch and owners speak volumes how well they take care of everything and their renters. It truly a hidden treasure in an overly growing city.

Pretty great community, it's quiet and really nicely developed. It's always clean which is a plus, the property manager Is nice and there is plenty of space to park.

The office and maintanence staff are great! All of my requests are fulfilled as soon as possible, no matter what the request. Also, the landscaping company is the best we've had. The grass has never looked cleaner. They've even blown off the leaves on our porch!
