The apartments are nice however, the management is TERRIBLE!!! As I was trying to move into this place the communication was terrible I wasn't "officially approved" until the day before my move in date. I was trying to schedule movers and furniture delivery and no one would answer the phone, call back after leaving a voicemail, or respond to my emails. On the day of my "move-in date" I received a phone call saying that they had not got around to cleaning my apartment so my mov-in was pushed back THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN!! Now I have moved to a new state for work am trying to get approved for a new apartment and they won't even respond to their calls and emails!

I’ve been here at Innisbrooke apartments for a couple of years now. I must say I continue to enjoy my stay here. My family and I have been treated super nice by the staff. I would recommend my family and closest friend to stay here at Innisbrooke apartments. D TEASLEY
If you like for your rent to be raised $225 to $300 a year then this is the place for you. This is without any upgrades to the community or your apartment. Its not worth it unless you like paying outrageous prices. There are comparable communities with cleaner grounds/surroundings and building upkeep.

This is one of the best complex in greensboro. Well kept. Apartments are great. Spacious..and has lots of ammeneties..i dont see how any one can complain
Hello! My name is Alonza and I have been staying here in Innisbrook Village for a little over 2 years now. I really have enjoyed my stay here, its quiet, family oriented, and it's also gated which is a huge plus. They keep the faculty very well kept and their always having little events to help the apartment community to become more acquainted with one another. One issue I would say is it's very isolated from civilization and can become very challenging when needing much needed supplies for for your home. I soon will be moving to another complex but I must say that I have enjoyed my stay here.
I have been living in a 3 bedroom apartment at Innisbrooke Village for 2 years and I have no complaints. Innisbrooke has all the amenities you need. A movie theater, a large pool, a car port to wash and vacuum your car, a work out room, and also a playground for the children. This is a beautiful and quiet community. It is located right near highway I-40 and a short distance from NC A&T State University and also Bennett college.
I really like my apartment complex first because its fully gated all around , and each person has a security card to get in. They also have a car wash, movie theatre, and a laundry mat. Very nice place to live with children.
It's a beautiful new property. It's a decent price and has what you need. It's outside of the city so it's great for those who need a quite place to call home!
This is our second year here and I can honestly say I love it. The manager Marteekia is super sweet and the service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They come right out when you call. The apartments are beautiful and the offwhite grey color really makes it easy to decorate with anything. The only thing I would say is not a fun quality is that it is far from everything but once you get home it is so quiet and peaceful!
I enjoy living in this area. The people in the office are nice and maintenance is awesome!
I love the newness of the complex but it's just TOO high to be in the middle of NO WHERE. The only big plus is that it's located by I-40.

It met our needs because it's convenient to the interstate. Closest grocery store is 5 miles away and no restaurants close by. Likes and suggestions: I like the large closets, beautiful kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the amenities available. I have had a bad experience with neighbors, and our dishwasher has been broken since we moved into the 'brand new' unit because the contractor and the maintenance staff keep passing blame back and forth. Other maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Overall it is a decent place to live. It's an apartment not a house. Likes and suggestions: LIKES: BIG tubes, LARGE closets, ceiling fan, car wash station, onsite laundry center, spacious and I love the color paint they used for the walls its not your ordinary white walls. Haven't had the pleasure of using the movie theater yet but I have used the pool, it is also a nice amenity DISLIKES: ONE grill by the pool, NO BENCHES for the parents to sit on at the playground DUMPSTER is far and the shutters on the windows take up room. NEED more COLOR in the landscaping. Medium COLORFUL trees should be in between buildings where balconies face each other. In the two bedroom with the his and her closet there should be a light above them. There should be no carpet in the dining area. There are NO intrusion alarms. There should be a business center instead of a movie theater. Being so far away from everything they should have some computers and printers available. Don't like the playground in the middle of the parking lot. They should have a kid cave for the gym. And the LIGHTS should come on sooner especially if the weather is bad.

Not only are they deciteful just to get you to move in, the policy changes weekly. Also, the "professional" staff doesn't not know what the true facts are. Too many different answers to the same question.....MOVE ON!!

This is the worst place I lived in my life. Outside: The speed bumps are extremely HIGH and I had to get an alignment twice! Several times trash is all around the trash because the apartment is too cheap to have the trash compressor on. There is frequently noise level of people hanging out. The gated community is not gated is a joke. At least 4 cars can follow the first car in after the gate is activated to open. Inside: There is one small window in each bedroom. The door to the patio does not have a screen. The patio floor is open wooden boards (things can easily drop down to the next level). The hot water tank is small and the hot water is never hot. It takes forever to get warm. Oh, in 6 months the filters were supposedly change/check. The guy walked in my apartment and briefly looked at the filter and then started checking the dishwasher, fridge, and stove. He did not do ANYTHING to the filter. I believe that the check/change filters is a LIE. It is a way that they can justify going to your apartment. Why would filters have to be checked or changed 3 times in 6 months? I am counting the seconds to get out of this dump. The best way to describe this place is “if you cover junk up with chocolate, it is still junk”

1000 % agree with the post of the "gated community" as a joke, filters, noise, speed bumps, washer/dryer, grill etc..seems something always broken. Save yourself alot of trouble & money.......don't even think about this place!!
