I had gotten my car towed after visiting family it’s ridiculous how the visitor parking lot was packed and I didn’t have a choice to park in the visiting parking lot. Such a trash customer service it’s a 0/10 honestly. Not even a warning not even for family. Trash of an apartment complex to do this to a person.
The only and worst apartment experience ever. So many things were wrong with our unit. No help was given unless you harassed daily.
We love it here. Quiet, Friendly Community... Attentive, up beat staff... Love the gym.. And pool area.
We moved down here from out of state, so we were limited in our options. We saw this place online and thought it was beautiful and at that time and it had good reviews. Well that's because no one had lived there long enough to go through the horrors of the management team. Come to find out these were newly renovated apartments. Well the apartments were crudely renovated and put together so things break down quickly or come apart. Complex sits on the edge of drug/crime infested neighborhood. Gates are always broken and apartments have gotten broken into. They literally rent to anyone that can physically sign their name. Parking is a joke because they don't care how many adults are crammed into a single apartment. Worst of all management is constantly making mistakes and make you pay for them. Because they have a revolving door of employees no one knows anything, they constantly get you confused with other tenets and than charge you for their mistake. Literally charge you money or take out of your security deposit because they messed up. They bet on you being complacent or not knowing the laws so they can steal your money.
Worst management ever. The rental office is completely disorganized. There seems to be a new office personnel every month that has little to no idea whats going on. You ask a question and literally get a different answer from person to person. They have absolutely no ability to keep things organized. Witnessed management signing a lease with a new tenet who literally had a gun hanging in their waistband. Second floor has wood flooring as well, so there is literally nothing to absorb the noise for the first floor tenets. Parking is a joke since they don't mind leasing 4 adults to a 2 bedroom. So because there is no parking visitor parking is nightmare situation, which they can and will be towed. Our apartment gotten broken into a few months after we moved in, stole easy to grab expensive items. Gate is nearly always broken, which wouldn't be bad but the apartment complex is on the edge of the strait up hood. Instead of addressing problems management sends letters threatening to fine you XYZ amount. Word of advice move somewhere else, unless you rather have a cheap place that is run as such.
I don’t usually complain but this place is a wreck. The worst apartment that I’ve ever signed a lease agreement for that I regret so much. My fridge has been broken for 3 days now and I told them about it and I’m still waiting on it to be fixed. My fridge now has several rotten produce and is very unsanitary. There are roaches saying hello as soon as I try to get into my apartment. There’s never any parking at night and more.. trust me do not waste your money here, do yourself a favor and avoid a headache.
It's too bad that I can't give a zero or negative score to this apartment complex. I lived there for a year and it wasn't pleasant experience at all. My first apartment was a studio, I lived there for a five months. Once I've came home, I've found a 4-inches frog on a wall. Next day I went to the leasing office and asked to examine my apartment because obviously there was a hole somewhere. I was told that it's NORMAL! And most likely I've let it in by myself. After I told that I'll leave a review on BBB, the property manager proposed to change the apartment to another one in a week. At the same evening I asked about the hole and they told be they they've checked and a hole wasn't found. In the several days I returned from work and realized that somebody was at my home. It turned our that guys from maintenance where there and found a hole! So they lied me about their previous visit! After moving to my new apartment I started to have new adventures from the first day. My washer wasn't connected properly. On the next day I've found the leakage from the electrifier on the ceiling and notified the office but they started doing something only in a week. After the fix the leakage has been reproducing several times during almost a months! They were coming, stepping on my floor and carpet with dirty shoes several times every week, but the leakage persisted. They've disassembled the wall on the second floor and they've never fixed it. Finally, after almost a month of struggling they've found a source of the problem, disassembled the ceiling and fixed it. And left another hole, which was fixed during the next week. Of course, nobody from them cleaned after themselves! I had my clothes put on the chair and one day I found a feet prints on that chair with my clothes back on it! Later they gave me a 100$ gift card. After I've asked them of course. And I've received a check with my deposit decreased for a 200 dollars. Without any explanations. As it turned out I was charged for the CLEANING although I've cleaned this apartment. Even better. They've charged for the carpet cleaning? Which was dirty because of their worker. I told the property manager that I've returned apartment at the same state as it was. But it looks like they want to clean their property on tenants' money! Parking is awful, trash service is almost impossible to use but you have to pay for it, lead paint notification as the part of lease, very noisy and the remodeling is done inaccurately!
First time ever writing a bad review but it was definitely needed. Any good reviews on here are from people who work there or their family members who live there. This place was a disaster the entire time we lived there. Only time they fixed anything was when I had to threaten them with my lawyer because the living conditions were so bad(ex:patio filling up with water and having algae grow on the floor). The gate was always broken,communication between the workers was absolutley horrible(get everything on paper signed or recorded that they say they will do), the pool was dirty and i suggested to get a skimmer for the pool so residents could clean it out on weekends,after it rained especially, because there would be tons of dead frogs in the water, which never happened either, they don't have anything to clean the machines in the "weight room" after you are done using it. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. Please save yourself the headache and stress and go live somewhere else.

My family and I stopped by this gorgeous community and were so impressed with everything. We are very picky with amenities and were we live and I must say we were given a WOW EXPERIENCE! THE GORLS IN THE OFFICE WERE SO KIND AND SWEET, LATOYA IS DELIGHTFUL AND SO PLEASANT TO SPEAK TO. The apartments are sso beautiful, and for the money your getting top knotch. We hope to become a part of this community since we want quit, safe and peaceful living. Thank you ladys for a wonderful experience. Sincerely, John and Melissa
