The casinos may be what draw visitors to Reno, but the “Biggest Little City in the World” has become an exciting, alluring locale for renters who can look past the slot machines. A very comfortable living experience at Inova, with very good amenities and outstanding office and management crews!
It’s usually fairly quiet. People need to crush their boxes. Recycling bins would be nice. Also better sinage for building numbers would be super helpful for deliveries and visitors. Drainage and sprinllers for the dog parks would be great to keep smell and germs down

I enjoy living here except for a few things. I wish there was more events during the year. Ur online app should say that not all the apts com with a washer and dryer because I thought my apt would before I moved but it didn't.

In regard to snow, the property utilizes Brightview and they did come on site however; we are subject to have to wait for them to get to our property to clear the driving paths. I have only been here at the Inova for one month, but I love the sense of Community and the people I am meeting. It is quiet and seems to be fairly respectful of one another. I love how dog friendly it is. The staff are very friendly and helpful and easy to approach. Thank you, Inova for allowing us to make this home.

A very good community. Most residents are respectful and courteous, and as with any large residential community, there are a few low-lifes. It's just the way it is. They are the ones who don't pick up after the dogs, who race their engines on the property, etc. Yet the good residents far outnumber those few outliers. Management on the property is outstanding. They are engaging, they listen, they act on requests, and they have created a much more hospitable environment than prior management teams (Thanks Cody and Mandy)! The Maintenance and Ground crews have also improved over the past few years. This team is hard-working, responsive, friendly, and respectful, and they do an outstanding job keeping the grounds in tip-top shape. If you are looking at moving to a property with excellent amenities and excellent management and maintenance crews, you owe it to yourself to consider Inova.

It’s a nice place just wish the gate was fixed as well as the side door to the entrance. It’s close to a lot of cool stores. Amenities are nice.

For the most part, the apartment community is nice. The property seems well kept, and while the apartment appliances aren't the best, they do what they're supposed to and do it well. My biggest complaint is about the way they provide the "included" internet. They are basically acting as your ISP and provide each resident with their own wireless access point (WAP). The problem is that if you want to manage your network at all or have any control, forget about it. Also, at any given time you can have 50 WAPs in the area, making it very congested, and many devices have issues constantly switching between them. So the WiFi experience is subpar, to say the least. They should have just installed a few WAPs on each floor in the hallways or similar locations to cover the whole building.

The location of INOVA is almost as good as it gets. 5 mintues away from almost everything you need and a freeway just up the road for quick transportation. Don’t worry though, even with the highway so close, the apartment complex is pretty quiet! They also have all the amenities you really need and are pet friendly.

So far, after a month, I am very happy with my apartment. Everything was pretty seamless and I toured, applied, and moved in within about 5 days. The staff is informative and helpful. I have had no problems with anything so far.

Because of the VPN block on the internet I am unable to work from home like I use to be able to. With that and the small size of the living area I am not sure we will be able to renew our lease

I am really enjoying living here at inova. The little issues I did have I bought them to Anthony and Mandie at the office and they were taken care of right away. I would rate this a 5 but the gym is missing equipment so that sucks wish they could put up some type of security cameras to watch out for our equipment. Also wish both pools stayed open all yr.

Three bikes stolen, not a single person in the office cared. Dog mauled by pitbull. Terrible parking, so I frequently have to park off site. They threatened to evict me based on baseless claims from a downstairs neighbor, and when they allowed me to move to a first floor apartment instead, they charged me for two apartments while I moved. Ridiculous. This place is getting to be too much. I can't wait to move out. Zero stars if possible.

Inova is a nice, friendly, beautiful place to live. It's in a convenient location with easy access to a variety of places-- restaurants, shopping, beauty, theater, and much more. There's a beautiful outdoor shopping plaza within walking distance - great for relaxation, entertainment, and/or exercise. This apartment complex truly has a lot to offer. I dreamed of living at Inova when I moved to Reno 4 years or so ago. Well, my dream came true! I'm a current resident! And I love it here... wouldn't change it for anything.

The complex is fine and generally well maintained. The apartments could have been built slightly more soundproof. Could use additional cleanings of the shared spaces. However, Inova is in a good location with convenient access to highways and shopping centers as needed.

I love the staff but a lot of neighbors make the experience challenging. There is a lot of noise, everything looks dirty, can go to the pool because everyone is drinking and it’s not a family friendly environment. Dog parks are dirty because the dog owners don’t pick up the poop. There is a constant smell of weed. A lot of people own aggressive dogs and still bring them to the park. Nobody respect the speed limit inside the property and it’s dangerous to be walking in areas where there is not a designated sidewalk.

I have always enjoyed living here, the pool in the summer time with the events inova does like tacos and Rita’s is so nice! All the amenities like basketball court, gym, fire pit etc really keeps me and my children occupied. I have never had an issue with noise here and everyone seems to get along and be super friendly. Maintenance guys are all really nice and always take care of an issue if one arises. Having the summit and all the shopping centers across the street is a huge plus, and when needing to drive to Carson it’s a short drive! I’m glad these apartments are based where they are. I really like the area and I will definitely continue to raise my little family in this complex, we all love it!

Like any large apartment complex there are always people who complain. Inova is in a great location & the apartments are well equipped & spacious. They have a lot of amenities & try their hardest to make sure all are working properly. The management team I've worked with in my 3 years here have been great & very prompt. They provide activities & food trucks throughout the year. The parking can sometimes be a problem but if residents follow the rules it is ok. Noise level for me us fine, only people who feel the need to Rev up their engines is load. Overall nice place to live, I've been here 3 years.

INOVA is an excellent place to reside, offering numerous amenities including two pools, a clubhouse, an indoor gym with a basketball court, dog parks, walking trails, and children's playgrounds. As seniors, we appreciate the tranquility of the neighborhood. Its proximity to a fantastic mall with abundant shopping options is a plus. Property maintenance has really declined over time. Very sad even if I bring up the matters nothing is resolved. Or a shorty job is completed. It's supposed to be a luxury community. But everything is in really bad condition you can see if just walking the grounds.

The complex is very nice really noisy neighborhoods breaking all the rules but no action or attention is taken can’t even charge my car since everyone parks where they like not the best community living I expected

The management team continues to do the right things to make this a better living experience, and it helps that a number of the employees reside on-site. The renters overall seem much more friendly, respectful, and...well...neighborly! The maintenance and cleaning crews have also been doing a great job, much better than in years past (when the property had a different and seemingly unconcerned) management team. The management team walks thr property on a regular basis and freely interacts with the renters, as opposed to avoiding the renters (in the office or out on the property. This hands-on and high-touch approach always works best! Very pleased with what's going on here and the improvements made.

A really good community and dog-friendly complex to live in. The maintenance staff are swift to resolve issues and the ammenities here are very nice - all new apliances, new gym equipment, etc. The complex is also within walking distance of some business, which is nice.

Beautiful clean community. We have had a great experience so far with leasing staff and neighbors all around. We absolutely love our unit and have found peace and comfort. Our dog Benji is a big fan of the dog parks and spacious walking paths. We appreciate the areas being clean and do our part to keep them that way for all to enjoy.

Our 3 years living at Inova in Reno NV has been everything and more for my wife and I. The location of our apartment and our view is very lovely. The apartments are well insulated from outside noise and from neighbors. Our appliances are realllu terrific especially the washer and dryer. The grounds are very well kept and and pleasant to walk around.

This community is so welcoming and I love how well maintained it is especially having my 9 year old sister living with me normally I wouldn’t want her to go out but here I feel it’s so safe and there is even a playground that she’s able to go to within the gated community.
