I love love love my apartment it’s beautiful peaceful and the groundwork is top notch I love living here it’s the safest place in Bremerton however the apartment needs air conditioning too hot in summer and the summers are getting worse every year please install air conditioner it’s important.

Love how beautiful our apartment is! Very spacious for a reasonable price. Parking is very tight though which can be tough. I pay for covered parking because of that! Overall though, the experience is great and you should definitely consider living here.

So far I love Insignia Apartments, management is kind and always responds in a timely manner. The apartment is gorgeous and feels very modern and put together. The kitchen is nice and huge and there are trash areas to take your trash to scattered throughout the property. The dog park is lovely and I hope to try out the gym very soon. The property is well kept and maintained, and parking is easy to find.

Great place to live, friendly landlord and neighbors!
Spectacular value and a prime location for most employees in the Bremerton/ Silverdale area. Friendly agents paired with modern, stylish apartments really set Insignia apart from the other apartment complexes in the near area. I would certainly rent from them again with the ease of payment and quick response on any issue I had.

Great place. People are nice. Staff if very friendly and attentive to needs. CURB APPEAL which is something in the state of Washington I noticed its a big thing for people.
It's a great living area. The landlord is very kind and cares about his residents genuinely which is wonderful! It brings a peace of mind to know that he is there if we need him. The other residents are very nice too, I like seeing all the cute dogs and they let me pet them.
Living here for the past few years and it has been a good experience so far.
