First impression failed
Wow, what an amazing first impression! I drove 25 min to an apartment. No greetings, it was even hard to find a leasing consultant. The lady, who works there as a leasing consultant looked at me if I would literally disturb her. She said no tour is possible. I need an appointment. No offer to help out, call back or efforts to show at least the area. I'm really wondering how those people get hired.

The maintenance and staff have always been great, since the day I moved in. However, the residence can do better in maintaining our community cleaner. Some residences feel that the maintenance and staff are here to clean up after them. Also, I would prefer better up-keep in the gym and dog park area.

All in all a great experience. Apartment is built very well, we never hear neighbors above us walking around, humidity in apartment is always low. Shopping, Food and downtown are all minutes away. Complex is not on a major intersection like some other apt buildings. Definitely a good choice.

Inspira is a unique resort style apartment community. It differentiates itself from other communies because it has a strong and successful management and maintenance team. As a direct result to strong management and maintenance approaches Inspira is kept looking and functioning like a resort. Not an easy task considering there are some 300 residents. Amazing place to live. Brand new complex..price is right, killer pool, 24 hour fitness, gated community for a steal. Always have free first months rent deals for new residents.
