Property Ratings at The 52
It has been a while since I lived in an apartment. And I have to say that I have no regrets in picking inspire to be a place where I live. The staff is very attentive. They have many amenities that most apartment complexes don’t have, and the staff that takes care of the common grounds, are top-notch.
The most valuable asset of the community is its people: leasing personnel and service guys, always willing to help, to find a way to satisfy their tenant, or to accomplish the maintenance request the quickest and best way possible. From the point of view how the building and the amenities work, there are some opportunities for improvement: - once upon a time the gates were there, then they looked like broken, then partially repaired, they they were removed completely, resulting in a different level of privacy. - similar happens to the doors leading to the hallways; some were broken allowing entering to anyone, then they were repaired but the other ones became broke. - Gyms: there is still a smell of kinda new equipment mixed to fresh painting, after over two years of the community existence. Some extra ventilation is needed apparently. Overall, great value due to people who work their.
Excellent community to live in. They offer so much to meet your needs. They are animal friendly and encourage community togetherness. I just love it here.
The approval and move-in process was quick and convenient. Enjoying the apartment and the community. Friendly people and clean environment. I love that it's hi-tech and modern. Definitely a great spot if you are a remote worker like me.
This is a great place to live and I'm also glad it has a dog park and wash station for residents to tend to their extended families.. would definitely recommend this place to others. ??
I Crossed paths with multiple people on move in day and each one of them were kind and very welcoming. The community and all it has to offer is such a great experience.
i love it here, the amenities are wonderful, you practically don’t have to leave your complex, the pool is beautiful, and i never have a worry about any of my neighbors
Upon process of getting approved I looked at 2 apartments. When I requested to change units it was a bit of attitude. Carpet was not professional cleaned only vacuum. When requested for floors to be cleaned they only cleaned master bedroom and not including second bedroom. Elevators dirty and hallways floors are dirty. I really regret this move.
Excellent management and courtesy of staff. Lovely place to live with all the amenities you could ask for. Maintainence is quick to respond and very courteous as well!
Coming from a completely different apartment experience. Inspire apartments changed my view on how apartment living should be. Affordable units, tons of amenities, community events throughout the month. This is how it should be.

Inspire ia a beautiful community with lots of amenities and a great staff. A little overwhelming at first (alot of apps to download and codes to memorize).
Our first few days have been wonderful. Anything that was wrong was fixed in a timely manner. The other residents I have encountered have been polite and welcoming.
My husband and I moved her just a little over a year ago, we are so happy here. The staff is always happy to help with any issue going on. They keep us posted on any upcoming events here, hold a variety of gatherings to celebrate special occasions. Just renewed our lease for another year!
It’s been great. SUPER CLEAN, any and Every issue gets taken care of quickly. And the front office is super nice and welcoming. I love it here!
Been here close to a year now, and love it even more now than when I first moved in. The staff is always all smiles, maintenance is always friendly and professional, it’s quiet, convenient, beautiful and there’s always something going on here or nearby. I work too much to fully enjoy it all, but the effort is definitely appreciated
Love it here so far :) Living here has been awesome so far! The apartment complex is full of unique and super cool amenities that really give it a fresh, updated vibe. I haven’t made it to a community event yet, but the next one is definitely on my list. Can’t wait to see everything this place has to offer—it’s been a great experience already!
Inspire looks nice from the pictures but don’t let them fool you…. Paper thin floors and walls. Loud! Dog stuff everywhere… you can even smell it from your apartment. Awful landscaping when you get past the gate… smell of smoking and pot everywhere… daily.. I moved in 8 months ago and the lock was busted on the main entry to my building… 8 months later and there is still NO lock on the main entry way. “They said are working on but has been 8 months”.. I feel scared living here!!Awful management… The cost is atrocious for what you get… Look somewhere else… tenant here in building 3.
Its been amazing so far! Staff is so beyond kind and helpful! All of the neighbors we’ve met have been so nice! The apartment itself is so perfect for our family and we love all of the amenities!
Living here is such a great experience. It is a friendly community where I feel safe. The environment is clean and you can tell as a community we care about where we live. People are respectful of others and I haven’t had any noise complaints!
Great amenities! Its pretty quite as well. The office is also very helpful and maintenance staff really takes care of the place. Its in a convenient location where Publix, target, Walmart, etc. are within close proximity .
Everyone here is so nice and from the moment I got here, I have felt at home! The complex is beautiful and so are the units. I feel like I’m waking up in a hotel!
I live in building 3 and secure doors stay broke and they will not fix them. Bad management. Dangerous dog breeds live here, I almost got bit a few times. Don’t make a mistake and move here.
We just moved in 2 days ago but so far everything has been amazing. This community is so beautiful and puts our previous apartment to shame more than it already was. Thank you to Kenny and everyone in the office, the are so nice and helpful.
Absolutely love my home, my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment accommodates myself , husband and my 2 dogs perfectly. All the staff is amazing! Maintenance crew is outstanding and willing to help in any situation. Highly recommend Inspire

Amazing place. Day 1 and loving it more than anything. I would recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are amazing as well. I live at the gym and this place allows me to follow through with that. Beautiful area that i’ll enjoy my runs with.
it’s always dirty and smells bad everywhere it’s absolutely disgusting especially in building 3 but for the price it’s not absolutely horrible
I have lived here almost 2 months! I love how it is a smoke-free community. Everyone is really nice and helpful! I enjoy taking my dog to the dog park and she loves it.

Living at Inspire is like being in a resort! We have a great workout space, pool, games and coffee, snack and food trucks that visit. One highlight was Cousins Maine Lobster! We love the dog park also.
I’m loving my living experience here at inspire apartments. I am also enjoying the many amenities that they have to offer. I’m looking forward to using the pool in the upcoming summer.

Hands down, still the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff is amazing, I love my home and the amenities. The dogs love the dog park and the path for long walks. So that’s a plus.

So many amenities and I like the little get togethers on Thursdays. The surroundings are very well kept and the pool is incredible. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an apartment and I’m happy that I landed here.
The attention of much of the team has been incredible. I like all the accessibility and common areas they provide. All common areas are always clean and always maintain good organization. When I have had a problem in the apartment, they always solve it and make sure everything is fine.
I will not regret what I pay for rent here at Inspire. They have more here for their tenants than any other apartment complex. The little “convenience” store is a brilliant idea!!
The apartments offer a pleasant environment, yet, in my opinion, the price doesn't align with the value received. Construction nuisances persist, and workers lack mindfulness towards residents. Several building door locks are broken, and the gates haven't functioned since I moved in, compromising apartment safety. Living spaces are small, but amenities are appealing. For those seeking tranquility, there are limited peaceful spots. With just one pool for three buildings, it tends to be crowded, lacking a hot tub. Despite claims of a heated pool, I've not experienced it. Soundproofing needs improvement; occasional noise from neighbors is audible. Maintenance staff is friendly, but some property managers are not. Unfortunately, pet owners neglect to pick up after their pets. Overall, decent but overpriced with some positive aspects.
Me, my husband, and our two dogs moved in in September 2023. So far we love Inspire. The staff is always helpful, the amenities are top notch, and my pups love the dog park and taking daily walks around the pond.

I absolutely love it here at inspire. I have never had any issues with staff or residents. I have made many new friends while living here through the social gatherings. The staff is always so quick to help out with anything I need and always polite when I see them around. I would tell anyone to move in if they’re looking for a good home surrounded by good people
I love inspire so far! All the amenities are great. I love my free coffee and the library. Kenny was super helpful and great in helping us get our apartment. Anytime I have a question, he never hesitates to help.
