We are Inspire Downtown, although you may know us as Vistana. If you know us, you know we’re not quite like the rest. We now have a new look and a new name that reflects the culture of downtown San Antonio and the community we love. So, say hello to Inspire Downtown. It’s a change we can all feel inspired about! If you are looking for downtown living, Inspire Downtown is the place! Great location for restaurants and entertainment. If you are a fan of the Majestic theater, it is within walking distance. The amenities are great. Fantastic views from the roof top pool and hot tub amenity deck. The deck offers plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun. Feeling the urge for a cookout or a workout? The bbq grills and Gym are perfect for both! I have loved every moment of living at The Inspire Downtown!
I really love living here! The leasing staff is fantastic and works hard every day to improve the community. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance guy, he is here every day, ready to work, and always quick to fix anything that needs attention. He provides excellent service and is a great asset to the community!
The Inspire is a great community with many restaurants and bars and very close to the San Antonio River. Also, very close to venues that have concerts , comedy shows as well as performing arts. We have an amazing office staff as well as the maintained crew. I have enjoyed my tenure (8yrs)

Great location, despites being located downtown, you rarely heard loud noise from the city! The elevator has failed a couple times but they fixed it immediately!

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and it’s been really peaceful. I have no complaints about any of my neighbors which has never been the case with my previous apartments! It’s always been really quiet and I love that. I like how clean the place is kept and how involved management can be with organizing events for us tenants. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes the single city life.

keeping the entry and exit gates closed is a big deal for us. plese keep doing that. and Thank You. we like that the halls are kept vaccumed. more control of people and their dogs are needed. Seeing pee in the evelators are a no no.

Hot tub temperature was set too low and when office and maintenance staff was informed, it was quickly brought up to within normal range of hot tub temperature settings.
location and experience is prime. community events are consistent and nice. i wish there were more opportunities to make personable connection with leasing office/front desk/management staff. maintenance is quick to service and the building is kept so clean and safe.

The property is not properly maintained and has issues with break-ins. Parking is 135$ a month. Several people, including myself, have gotten trapped in the elevators since management won’t properly maintain them. The dog park turf is not cleaned or changed out and is extremely gross. Do not recommend moving here for the cost.

Place is nice and affordable for the area. But there could be some improvements. Hallway carpets need to be changed out and I wish they would repaint the hallways from the ugly pink color. But staff is nice and helpful. Great views and nice amenities

Public parking decreased the value of the property. The gym close at 10pm. It should be 24/7. Dog poop and pee on the elevators and 5th floor walkways. I park on the 5th floor. I have to pay attention where I’m walking to prevent from having poop and pee in my apartment and vehicle. No security, homeless people in the building.

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever rented. View is amazing, staff is attentive and complex is very clean and welcoming. There is always parking available and maid service is optional.

Leasing and maintenance staff have always been great since I moved in but things like the change in parking system have become an issue. The inability to have guests visit the property without paying even with a discounted price of $6.00 is ridiculous. There have been numerous residents that moved to Inspire because of someone they visited on the property. It is also not ideal to require guest payment without another solution like an allowance for parking validations as done before. The community consists of young professionals and retired individuals in the downtown area. It only makes sense to make use of the beautiful building and views to enjoy and host. Not to mention situations we now have to take into consideration such as parking for pet sitters, family visiting for the holidays, etc.

I’ve been here for quite awhile now(a few years), and I’m still loving it. The people are still cool and down to earth, the staff is great, the elevators are still working, and my security hasn’t been infringed on at all.

Love it here! Staff is wonderful and all of the residents are friendly. Fantastic pool view. Easy access to every major highway. Can get to almost anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less.

fun, the construction everywhere kinda sucks but overall not bad! Gate is always malfunctioning and there’s maintenance issues but theyre usually pretty quick to fix it

Inspire downtown is the perfect place for downtown living! Restaurants are within walking distance. Riverwalk is just around the corner. Market Square is across the street. Front row seats for all of the parades! I absolutely love living at Inspire Downtown!

Michelle was beyond helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I had a very stressful move and she made it easier. Just her hospitality alone had this place at the top of my list of places to consider. After moving in, I instantly appreciated how quiet and respectful my neighbors were. I never hear anyone being absurdly loud and I actually rarely hear the street noise. The apartment itself is very nice. Maintenance is pretty quick in response to work orders. The amenities are always clean and well kept. I do wish the gym had more equipment variety but it’s still really nice. I love the security this complex offers. Being downtown is a little daunting but this place is very secure and it’s much appreciated. The food around here is great. Nothing like having a taco truck at every corner. The trash chutes are always clean and smell free. The elevators are quick and clean as well. The amount of sunlight I get has to be one of my favorite things!

So far, i'm loving the building. Everyone is really nice. The small issues I have had were dealt with quickly by staff. And it's close to everything. Two thumbs up!

Great complex, friendly neighbors and staff. The parking garage often has issues with the entry/exit systems. The keypad at the exterior lobby is broken and new residents cannot be added to the directory.

I wish we had more event, the construction is so annoying, and having our guest to have to pay for parking is inconvenient. The most annoying thing is how other people do not clean up after their own pet in the elevator.

I've lived at Inspire Downtown for two years and I love it. Clean, safe, friendly and they really take care of their tenants. Love the social events they sponsor every chance they get. Love the great coffee they have available on the first floor! Really enjoy living across the street from the Market Square. It's always a party going on over there. Love the San Antonio downtown life!

I would recommend that anyone looking to live here to an on site tour. This is a place that is needing to update most apartments. Appliances are bare minimum too.

Aside from the incredibly spacious units, the staff along with the community is outstanding, and there are numerous benefits and amenities that add to the priceless views. The move-in process has been mostly seamless and I've received extremely timely and invaluable support when needed, not to mention a promo gift card and Roomba that sweetened the deal (and ultimately helped aid my decision making). All my questions have been answered as fast as possible, even when staff were preoccupied with other tasks, they made an effort to handle any concerns.

We are SO excited to live in Inspire Downtown. A great resort style living community. Our 2 bedroom/Office unit has a balcony as well. It's fabulous. All of the people to include the Inspire Team have been wonderful!!

I have lived in this building for 7 years. I love my apartment. It is quiet! And 99% of the residents are friendly. I wish I could purchase my unit. Greystar has continued improvements and their staff is so nice and professional.

I’ve lived at Inspire for nearly 3 years and I’m so happy being here. The office staff are amazing (Tammie, Suede, Michelle, and Tiaj). They listen to you and are attentive to all your needs. The maintenance/house-keeping staff are also great (Gabriel, Hector and Monica). In the summer, I can’t get enough of the pool, and the hot tub when the weather cools off. The property is always clean and free of clutter. It’s super pet friendly with adorable fur babies coming and going all day. I appreciate all the social events like happy hour, pizza parties and live music. If you’re apartment hunting, look no further. This is the place you want to call home. -Trent
