Integra Heights

Move in was very easy and everyone is very friendly! Apartment was clean and just a few maintenance things needed fixed but overall have been very impressed with the community so far!

Wonderful. Even though I didn't spend any time there, the place is a wonderful experience, everything is beautiful, when you need help with any arrangement or information it is resolved immediately. The place is cozy, I love living here!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jamie is fantastic. The maintenance team is always friendly and prompt. The community is always well kept and my very few concerns are always met with professionalism and understanding.

Good Very nice and my wife found it beautiful since she came to the complex until she enter the apartment she every part of it bath room has a nice comfortable space room are big and above all kitchen looks amazing thats my favorite part of the apartment but in my opinion it is very nice and comfortable apartment

I been here since April and I love it here that’s all i can say the community is amazing the staff is a great team they really do a great job

It is something need to be done in the hallway because it is so nasty with dog poop everywhere and need to be cleaned up and not just using a blower to clean the breezeway

We love living here. More for the complex and the management. Everyone is so friendly and caring. We are gonna renew our lease. I don’t think we could find another complex like this one

Absolutely horrible I am moving and I do not recommend this place. Never fixed the issues from the flooding during the hurricane still have roaches and bugs coming in

Clean, quality service, less touristy feeling, great place to start living in Clermont, FL! Team is very knowledgeable and helpful with the needs of what you're looking into and are very detailed with the lease policies which helps new renters to know about. Really strong lease team!

Elevator seems to break down frequently and the front door has not worked in over a month, other than that really good with maintenemce and no othere issues management is friendlyu and so is staff

To live in an apartment with amazing views, as well as the beautiful nature of the place and the way the staff is very helpful to it all is what makes me want to stay again .

I love living here but there is a neighbor that puts loud songs all night and I can not sleep, that’s impacting my work and my wife’s live as well

Great community and staff. Units are beautiful and well maintained! Pool and game room are a big hit and always kept nicely. Gym is clean and well equipped.

So far the people I meet outside my apartment and building have been pretty nice. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are great. Property management has been great too, they are very responsive. Although, I have two kids and my downstairs neighbors aren’t too happy about the noise they make. I’m not too fond when they’re banging on my floors to get me to quiet the kids. Other than that I would have had a great experience here.

Overall price versus amenities really isn’t there. The location is right off the highway, you can’t walk anywhere. Pet friendly apartment complex but the “dog park” is very small with no shade. Since you can’t walk anywhere, it’s really only walking the dogs. around the hot parking lot. They don’t give you advanced notice when wanting to enter the apartment, which is odd to say the least.

I wanted to live in a community where the amenities were included in the monthly rate without having to spend an arm and a leg. I was able to receive everything that I wanted here at Integra Heights.

My first 3 months were awful but eventually the issues were resolved. They office really worked with me and dispute it taking a prolong time to fix the issue, it was eventually resolved.

I’ve tried several times to reach out to the office by email regard some issues in the complex and they never responded to the emails or address the issues with the residents.

Absolutely amazing the office staff have been helping us out since the first day we moved in they are very nice people we absolutely love them and this apartment so much

This is a clean, relatively quiet community, with friendly neighbors and the management staff -just great! Very professional and friendly folks. I’ve been here less than 6-months but plan to be here for years to come. Lucky to have found this apartment complex when I was looking for a place in Clermont.

This has been a great experience since my upstairs neighbors moved….very peaceful and quiet….My neighbors are very friendly and the buildings are beautifully kept!!

I live in Integra Heights Apartment since March 2024 and this is the best apartment I have. The staff are friendly and helpful with your needs. Lobby, game room, GYM and business center are clean and accessible all the time. Free Starbucks coffee during business hours. Amazing pool with outdoor hammocks and fire pit as well. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills to enjoy your day. Dog park and shower for your pets available. Parking lot with security cameras all the time. Gate access control in every building. Building hallways resort style. Just only a few things to improve but overall very nice place to live.

I love my apartment very much. However, I am disappointed that the keyless entry into my building has been broken for a very long time. Only other complaint is building hallways and elevator are not kept as clean as I think they should be. However, I am very happy with everything else!!!

I've been living here for six months and my experience has been great. All the staff are kind and I've never had any problems with the residents, everyone is very polite and friendly.

I recently moved into Integra Heights, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartment complex is beautifully designed, with modern architecture and well-maintained common areas. The attention to detail in the construction and interior finishes is evident, making each unit feel luxurious and comfortable.

Lived here about a month and I’m super happy we made the move. The pool area is nice and clean and the hammocks are so comfortable. The apartment unit is brand new so that’s a huge plus. Everything works, so refreshing from the old apartments I’m used to.

I love the complex since i moved in is one of the best ones I have lived in so far the pool, gym and dog park are awesome the neighbors are great as well

Quick response, friendly and fixed the problem immediately. My door was sticking. I put in a work order request that morning and they showed up same day that afternoon. The quick response was very much appreciated.

New, buildings. Great amenities like a pool and gym. My son loves the air hockey in main office area. Nice staff and quick responses. Parking can fill up at times but usually pretty good. convenient to 27 and 429

Everyone in the office are such kind people and are absolutely amazing. they help you through every step of the way and truly make sure you’re welcomed!

So far everyone has been pleasant. App not working yet but have a fob to get in an out. The gym is clean, trash pickup 5 days a week. Need to keep on top of the dog waste stations. a lot of the time they are out of baggies.

Been here almost a year its truly the best place I have ever lived I love it it's like living in a resort! The staff is great to fix any issues and the clubhouse is like a resort with a golf simulator pool table and everything is new since they only been open one yuear. Loving my stay here and going to go another year!

Too many bugs way too many crickets sick of the water bugs/roaches. The hallway on the first floor is ridiculous with bugs. I do not recommend living here. I can’t wait to move out.

I recently moved into this condominium and would like to share my experience so far. Strengths: 1. Pool: The pool area is excellent! It’s never crowded. 2. Gym: The gym is well-equipped. 3. Environment: The condominium is very quiet. Weaknesses: 1. Internet: The internet in the condo doesn’t work properly . The speed is unstable, and sometimes it is difficult to perform tasks that require a good connection. This is definitely an area that could be improved.
