Me and my fiancé lived there for one year. We were really naïve when we went into it because it was our first apartment and it turned out to be the worst possible experience. First off I'll start with the front office: As we lived there, we noticed they continuously shortened the office hours and continuously made it more and more difficult to reach the office. This included turning the phone into just for voicemails, locking the office at all hours of the day and only allowing you to email them in order to set up an appointment. this was by far the worst experience I've ever had and these women are some of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. Including the time where the office manager laughed in our faces because we had been knocking for 20 minutes on the office door because they had towed my fiancé's car right before he had to go to work and we needed to figure out where the car was, and they ended up giving us a number that went straight to voicemail, and a towing company that simply didn't exist on Google. Second the apartment itself: When we came into our apartment, our apartment was completely outdated. the vacuum would lift the carpet completely off of the floor. The paint job was already peeling the ceiling in the bathroom was molding the kitchen counters leaned forward where you can see the old paint that was holding the countertops up was stretching and bubbling, and there was already so much dirt in the apartment that we deep clean the apartment the first day we moved in. We found that there was an abundance of gnats rats and cockroaches from day one
I currently live here, and this entire complex is terrible. My window in my original car was shot out. Meanwhile, there was no camera footage. Not to mention the roaches. Doesn’t matter how clean and neat you are, they are still going to invade your space. Management however, aren’t to terrible.They do have attitudes from time to time, but thats more of a personal matter. I wouldn’t move here unless your just struggling. This place isn’t sustainable at all. Trash be everywhere. The potholes will shake the bolts out your car, and parking isn’t enforced at all. Please don’t make the mistake, and move here like I did.

My son was just robbed at gunpoint walking to his apartment… cop sitting in the parking lot by the dumpster… police are always here for something, not safe

Someone was recently shot and killed in the complex in the middle of the day. Today I walked up to my apartment and someone was literally peeing underneath the stairs. There are stray cats all throughout the complex. The hot water takes forever to get luke warm. Maintenance take forever to complete service requests. The maintenance services once completed are halfway at best. Ohh and dont get me started on parking. That is also a nightmare especially if you're not home for the night by 830/9pm. The gates dont work. The pool hasn't been opened since I've lived here. I would highly discourage moving here.

We are in the process of making necessary improvements that were delayed due to the Covid pandemic. Any issues with our plumbing systems have been fixed and are no longer an issue. Next week, we are sending out new gate codes and our pool will be operational, as we have spent time getting it ready. We understand parking can be an inconvenience, particularly at night, but our new gate system should improve this as well. worst apartments ever. there are bugs as well as rats and things constantly need to be fixed and they do nothing about it. i hate these apartments so much and can’t wait to move out. management and maintenance is terrible as well.

My Hot Water Is Always Being Turned Off Because They Say They Are Fixing It But That Has Been A Problem Since I Moved Here I not able to bathe properly because the water is to cold.It takes months for them to come and fix things

The worst apartments to live in. They want you to pay rent on time but can’t fix anything inside the apartment it’s been 2 months since nobody came fixed my things in my apartment. My hot water didn’t work for at least 2 weeks when I moved in. I’m can’t wait to move. This is right now the water from the sinks STINKS so bad. I put in work orders but they don’t come then email me that it done when clearly it still look the exact same. Don’t move here. It’s not like the pictures.

Do not move here I been here for 5 months I pay my bills on time I’m never late when I put in a work order they take there time I put in to have my heater fix it took them a month to do it they say they fixed it and here it is December and guess what it still does not work I need the values fixed for my washer and dryer that took two weeks for them to fix them today I go in my kitchen and under the sink there is a major water leak and I call the emergency maintenance line and guess what no answer no nothing and the Manager she doesn’t care why because she doesn’t live here I asked to speak with her and she sends the assistant manager I’m over and im going to file a complaint now I see why people get mad and don’t want to pay rent because they don’t want to fix anything nothing at all and when they do they take there time

Great place to live! The apartments changed ownership and new management. Before the new leadership took over a few months ago this place was not good. Now it is a very good and safe place to live. I am definitely going to renew as soon as my current lease expires. Glad to see that everything is getting better and they listen to their renters.
