Do not rent here. Management is unprofessional and awful. Lived there for a year and had constant problems with needing things to be fixed and no one showing up or calling us back. Only have an answering service so you can’t get ahold of anyone. Townhouses have to pay for their own water and trash removal. Had mold in our dishwasher and instead of fixing it, they tried saying that it was our fault because maintenance lied and said we “dismantled” it. Kicked us out because we continued to ask them to fix it and the rusty water. Tried gaslighting us on every issue. We withheld rent because of all this so they harassed us to leave via text and didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone or discuss the issues with us. When we moved out, they didn’t care about the mold just that the dishwasher worked. Tried charging a cleaning fee even though the carpets were filthy when we moved in. Giving one star because, after disputing, they removed the cleaning fee. Our neighbors moved out within months of moving in because of similar issues. Others have said the same thing. We loved the apartment but not worth dealing with people that have no humanity. If you do rent here, be sure to have an attorney read the lease before signing.

Sorry to hear these renters had a bad experience at this property. Rest assured our quality control department thoroughly reviewed all comments and issues with their living unit. We have been a quality housing provider for nearly 48 years. We manage and operate hundreds of units throughout the New England area and provide well maintained, clean, high quality apartments and townhomes. These renters without notice, permission, or cause did completely dismantle the dishwasher without any consent or permit from the Town. In fact, the Town official contacted these renters about this matter and confirmed that the renter dismantled the appliance without a permit. The dishwasher was white and worked perfectly fine during their occupancy and the renters confirmed in writing it worked fine when they moved in. The other appliances in the unit were all new stainless steel appliances. It appears they did not like the white appliance so they created a fiction that the dishwasher had mold in it. Once they complained, our team quickly inspected the dishwasher no mold was found and nothing was wrong with it. They were dissatisfied with our initial response so they without permission dismantled the appliance and made another complaint. Upon follow up inspection of the dishwasher we discovered it was completely taken apart and unusable due to their actions not ours. The inspectors examined the kitchen unit NO MOLD was found by anyone. We completely respect our renters rights, comfort, and any issues they have. Customer service is of great importance to us and we quickly and immediately address all issues as fast as possible and in the most professional manner possible. We do expect a renter to not tamper with any of the appliances as they could injure themselves, or massive damage to the property. Also, the neighboring tenant they spoke of in their review actually broke their lease after a short stay because they opted to buy a house. We negotiated a written termination with this renter so they could buy a house and support their family properly. So the dissatisfied renters are twisting the truth and simply attempting to interfere with and disrupt our business because they damaged the property.
I moved to International Apartments recently and want to share why this property is a must see for those seeking a comfortable, safe and very modern new home. The renovations in the units are a lot more than just paint, new carpets, etc. Their upgrades include granite kitchen counter tops, beautiful cabinets, new appliances, LED recessed lighting, ceiling fans, tub enclosure (no more scrubbing tiles), beautiful crown molding and much more. They have also added extra insulation in walls and floors which keeps the apartment cooler and soundproof. The balcony is a good size and can comfortably fit your outdoor patio furniture. When I come in and shut my door, I feel like I am in a private home!!! The management staff here is friendly and always available to assist the residents. But what is so special about them is that they greet you by name and with a smile always. They care very much about their tenants satisfaction and making improvements to the property is ongoing. I also have to comment on the security here. They have security cameras inside and out and make sure only tenants and guests are on the property. I feel safe and secure. There is ample parking and spaces are wide so no car dings. Last, the area has every store and service within a short distance. Great neighborhood!

My husband and I just moved here and we love it! The apartments are beautiful, cozy, and it’s in a great location. The amenities are awesome and we feel super safe here. The manager, Ali, has been extremely accomidating and beyond helpful with helping me and my husband find the right apartment for us. It shows daily that she really cares about her job. The grounds are always being worked on and taken care of, it is super clean here, and any question I have (I have many) gets answered almost immediately. I highly recommend living here!
I recently moved to International it was good customer service and it is worth of your money .The location is good and it was nicely maintained .
The good side: 1. It is in a good place, It has lots of Markets near it . 2. Free heat and Water The bad side : 1. They charged me hugely on we let a new member in our apartment .The thing is we informed before letting him live with us. They did not told us anything about if it needs charge us. They just let the new guy move in and charge us after the lease is over. When our friend living with us , they also asked us to let him to contact them for a parking lot ticket. I just do not understand why they never mentioned it to us before they charge. Or they really mean to do that. It charges us $600 on it. Unfair!! 2. I don't know whether it is a truth or it is just unfair on us . We were charged about $400 on room cleaning fee. An other friend of me also got this much when they left. And I was trying to contact them for clarifications ,they did not pick up the call. 3. They Got in rooms without notification.We faced lots of times that someone got in rooms when we were going out for working. To be honest , there was nothing lost, but we felt it was not so friendly.

In response to your comments. You violated many provisions in the lease and turned your place into a boarding house in violation of the lease. in fact you lured another friend of yours to break his lease to stay in your 2 bedroom unit which was already at full capacity so you could gain money from him. So johnny your friend lied and broke his lease and was found in your apartment sleeping on the floor for weeks without our permission. you and your sub letters left the place dirty and we had to clean your messy place. all charges were in accordance with your lease and perhaps you will be honest with your new landlord. goodbye we do not rent to dishonest people like you.
BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES. I moved to international apartment thinking that it will be cheaper for me as heat and water is included. I was told that in case I broke lease I need to either pay till any new tenancy came in. Unfortunately I need to leave before completion of my contract period. Thus when I talked to them they were not very happy with my decision and they asked for full proof. Including letter from my employer. Even when I gave them proof along with new tenancy they charge for $500 for processing fees. They also charged me hugely for repair paint shampoo for carpet. I am just waiting for receipt I asked for. Apartment is good but management need to work in there soft skill.

This person signed a 1 year lease, but knew when they signed the 1 year lease they were only staying a few months, but failed to disclose that fact to us. We will allow a lease break but, the renter is responsible for all fees and costs to clean and re-rent the apartment to a new person. We sign a contract and you sign a contract and we both must honor the lease contract.
I've had the pleasure of residing in the Granada Apartments located in Greenville. The units are very similar to International Apartments. A friend of mine had once lived at International apartments and I fell in love with the property! The location is perfect and close to everything. The units are gorgeous and a perfect living space for anyone! Would love to soon become a resident of this amazing property.
The location of these apartments are great! You are close to Providence, and not too far from the MA border. It is also close to all the major highways( 95, 146 and 295)! There are also great shops and places to go that are nearby! The apartments themselves are great! I love having a an extra bathroom. Every apartment also has a deck/ balcony. Having some utilities included( Heat, hot water and cooking gas), is a great thing to have for New England. There is not a lot of of Grassy areas, but they are well kept. The apartments themselves have great characteristics to them!
Only benefit to this apartment was the latout, ulities cheap, and ample parking. The management was rude and lacked efficiency with problem resolution. the laundry rarely worked and smelled. The quality of the apartment was cheap.

New commercial grade Speed Queen stackable washers and dryers were installed in the complex and everyone loves them. Our management team strives to quickly accommodate all of the tenants requests. We provide renters with a 24 hour answering service for all maintenance issues. All apartments are being upgraded as they become vacant and the upgrades are high quality.
