The neighborhood of Eastwick and Southwest Philadelphia form the southernmost section of the city, and one of the largest. This swath of suburban and industrial Philadelphia sits west of the Schuykill River, north of the Philadelphia International Airport, and south of Elmwood Park. The area is home to industrial parks and undeveloped cityscape, but there are also modern, urban apartment communities and long-standing houses for rent too.
One of Philadelphia’s best-kept secrets, the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum, which houses one of the world’s best collections of vintage racecars, calls the Eastwick-Southwest Philadelphia area home. The museum houses over 65 of the world’s finest and historically significant cars, including classic and rare models from top names such as Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Aston Martin, and Bentley. This section of Philly remains relatively affordable, and with Interstate 76 and 95 nearby it’s easy to commute into the heart of Philly in just minutes.

Property Ratings at International City
No one answers i need information on my application and no one replies to me.
This place is the worst they don't care about you. it's all about money. the day I was to move in.my apt was not ready. I had to pay for a hotel and pay extra to keep uhaul over night because my stuff was packed in uhaul. I was told come back tomorrow at 1pm I was told I only pay gas for stove and dryer. I received a high gas bill called gas co I was informed I was paying for hot water and heat. I was told by office my heat was electric. which wasn't true. my electric was low bill. I was never told I had to pay hot water. my toilet don't flush. call maintenance waited for 3 wks they still didn't fix it correctly. it still don't flush. I have to take top off and manually flush it it's a big hole where the washing machine hooks up. office staff is rude. they make it obvious they could care less. I am a cancer patient I need not to stress and I was homeless I though I found my dream home. Wrong!!!! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I only gave this complex 2 stars because they are very spacious. I have lived there for 1.5 years and I still have issues that I called maintenance about the week I moved in. I continued to call weekly, and sometimes twice a week, but some of these issues never got resolved. I lived in a downstairs unit and had a lot of issues with bugs and rodents. I was also misinformed when I was speaking with the leasing agent who moved us in. I was told that we would only be responsible for paying gas and electric. We were actually responsible for gas, electric, and water. In my opinion the price isn't worth the level of service, or lack there of.
I really liked the apartment layout and great location. It was really nice. If I had charged the mice and the huge roaches I found in this place I wanted to call home, perhaps I could have gotten my central air fixed. Price: The price may seem ok, but renter beware. Roaches: The complex did send out an exterminator, but with a complex this big, it's next to impossible to eradicate them. Mice: Expect to see them coming in from the cold and preping for fall. I had bags of sunflower seed and crutons on my baking shelves the mice ate through. I had to keep everything in rubbermaid containers. Centrail Air: I almost suffered from heat stroke because of the warm air coming from the AC. After I had to buy a $300 portable air conditioner, I looked around the complex and noticed all of the window fans and window AC units. Too hot to have your windows open in the summer.
After the new owner International city took over, this property has been gone down, The service and maintenance. I constantly leave maintenance request to these people and they do not address it. It's been three months and I left them several in-person, over phone, and email request to fix issue in our apartment. The manager Derick promised to fix it and even after three weeks nothing is fixed. NOT worth it! Your effort and time. You may know how hard it is for working people to manage to take time out to make request and calls yet this is very disrespectful.
Initially, I enjoyed living in my apartment; however, the walls are paper thin and my new neighbors are heavy smokers. Second or third hand smoke is not something I am able to deal with for health reasons. Management told me several times they would help me resolve the situation and has failed to do so. They have not returned my recent calls and told me that I can move. So now I am in the process of having to move at a short notice. I would not advise anyone to rent from this Korman. I am highly disappointed about this issue because I did enjoy living at this property.
Utility for 1 bedroom apartment cost more than $200 per month! It's unreasonable that all tenants in one building share one single account at Peco, PGW and gas works, that you actually pay for other people's utility!

Feel free to contact us directly at customerrelations@livekorman.com we will be glad to discuss your concerns with you.
The apartment complex is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a mouse the first week living here and they sent an exterminator out the next day to take care of it. They have a 24 hour guarantee for service, so they maintained that in my one experience with it. Complex is very quiet, I rarely hear anyone making noise. The immediate neighborhood around the complex is nice and there a shopping complex right down the street. The only negative part would be how close you are to neighborhoods that are pretty crummy. But that is probably a problem with most places in Philly.

We are conveniently located near the Philadelphia International Airport, we are glad you think this is the perfect location.
Yearly rent increases even for those, such as my self who pay their rent on time, not understanding that. I would not mind if they had done some improvements to justify the increase. On a positive note, the grounds are well kept and the neighbors appear to be respectful of each other. 4 stars
