Wanted to Lease
I sent an email to lease a unit. I was told that they didnt have anything avalible but they said the day before that they had two units. When i asked when they would have an apartment for rent the manager told me they would not have anything until January 2016. The price has gone up 300 hundred dollars from the last posting I seen and its not worth it. The customer service is horrible and the buildings are not worth the price they are listed for. I was very disappointed why list something that you will not have to lease?

It is very possible that we had 2 apartments available that were leased by the next day. We are currently full and have a waiting list. The rental rates did not go up $300. The 2BR/2BA units went up $100 and the 3BR/2BA units went up $200, respectively. How is that bad customer service?

Love these
Went to look at these. Spoke to Allan in the office, and was told they wouldn't have anything available till March. I was informed that another company owns several units in this complex, and they had some units available. I set up a showing with the other company. They were extremely unprofessional: didn't know the prices, what was available, and didn't even bring an application with them to the showing. I called the next day to fill out an application, and they said it was already rented out. Complete waste of my time. I also noticed that the units that were managed by Allan @ International Villas were much cleaner and neater looking than the third party units. Allan (in the office) was a very nice man. This complex is exceptionally large in size, and is located in a great area (one block walk from the strip).

quick response
Within hours I had answers to all my concerns. I was given the name and phone number of who to contact when I reached my decision. My choice is international villas..no hesitation or doubt. Infact I have decided to target my move date much sooner than expected!

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!
After 2 weeks of trying - this company still doesn't answer the phone. I've left repeated messages with no response. Very unprofessional. I guess they aren't in business anymore.

Sorry about the phones. We have been having phone issues with the lines and service. Also, we only have one person in the office for 288 apartments and it is the first of the month when most rents are collected. The best way to get in touch with us is via email. Thank you!

Great value for the money
I love living at International Villas. I have lived here for 6 years. The location is convenient and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The apartments are spacious and the community is safe and quiet.

Happy
I moved into International Villas about a year ago. I have had a wonderful experience. The apartments are large and roomy. The community is overall very quiet and safe. Being right by the Strip is great also!

Once this tenant notified management, returned the messages left by management, and allowed maintenance access to the apartment, all items were repaired. This property has multiple owners and is governed by a Home Association so, yes, some of the rental amounts vary by owner or management company.

Enough Safety Hazard & Code Violations to be shut down
Maintenance does not fix things. Years go by as staircases continue to rot. Baseboards rot on bottom floor. The "new" carpet is just a different color w/some of the spots cut out. They throw it down w/out cleaning under. One bldg had a leak and the laid it out to dry & put it back in. Mold issues. Bug problem and takes weeks for them to spray w/whatever doesn't work w/out spraying rest of bldg. If something breaks, they jerry rig it. 3bedrooms w/master bath shower do not have shower walls, and they put carpet around tub to hide mold. Security harasses tenants. Manager goes in around 10am, maybe there for 1 1/2 hrs to turn on voice mail (which aren't returned), then back in around 3:30 for about 15 minutes to turn it off. Maintenance always has excuses and ways around everything. There aren't any 1 bedroom. 2bedroom1bath, 2bedroom w/a 3/4 bath that has a shower and the master just has a tub or tub/shower w/out shower wall (maintenance says to wipe down after use or wrap plastic around pieces of wood to seal it off) (washer, they pulled the part out so it spins), 3 bed 2 bath is same as described w/2bed 2bath. They aren't full baths and cannot be advertised as such. Owners some corp in California. Could care less, same as management & maintenance (that owns a couple of the bldgs). Electrical outlets don't work or are very loose. Windows so thin the blinds melt. They do not pay you back or take it out of the rent, as promised for anything you fix yourself. An don't ever expect your deposit back. Built in the 60s and I'm sure countless code violations that would shut the complex down. Rent is whatever they make up so some ppl pay more than others.
