Property Ratings at InterQuest Ridge
For starters move in date was reschedule almost 10 ENTIRE TIMES just to get me in the apartments. And I truly believed it was worth it but I was COMPLETELY wrong. Everything about these apartments are shady and nothing is regulated. Pool was closed for half of the summer because they never did anything about people throwing up in it. Dog poo all over in the grass and sometimes on the sidewalks too. HIDDEN FEES up the wazoo and area is basically a tourist trap. Terrible do not rent and the office ladies are shady.

So disappointed in this place. First off, they are impossible to get ahold of. They don't return calls or emails. I had to finally go over there in person without an appointment to talk to someone and to see an apartment. I told them from the start that I was interested in an income restricted apartment as I am a newly single mom with a low income. They literally told me they had some coming up. I got a text that I passed the background check and credit check and that things were "moving in the right direction". I even paid for and filled out the pet application and fee. After not hearing anything for a month, I get a text from them saying that my initial $15 application fee didn't go through and I needed to bring a money order for $40 to them. I had received an emailed receipt for the $15 fee so I was confused about why they sent me a receipt. I brought the $40 tho. They then had me fill out more paperwork and sign more things and a woman working there told me that things were moving in the right direction and that they had 3 and 4 bedroom apartments coming up available. I filled out tax forms because I was applying for the income restricted apartments. I asked several times how long the wait was, they wouldn't answer. They wouldn't tell me how much the deposit would be. I got a call today that my application was rejected because I didn't make enough. I called and asked how I don't make enough and they told me the price for the non income restricted apartments. I told her I was needing the income restricted one and she said "Oh we won't have anymore of those available for 2-3 years." I told them from the first day I walked in that I was interested in the income restricted apartments. Why didn't they tell me that they didn't have any before I wasted time filling out the application and tax paperwork and paying the application fees? And making a whole "pet profile" that I had to pay for and was very time consuming. I am a newly single mother, desperately looking for housing as we have nowhere to live and they jerked me around for over a month. Save your time and money, they don't know what they're doing. Absolutely horrible experience.
It's a daunting process for everyone, but I have to give Raven and Jacob my highest praise. They not only got me into my dream apartment and new home, but they did it with top-notch professionalism and true empathy for my handicap needs. Many reviews are mentioning bad communication or unprofessionalism. I will admit that communication may be slower than what we would like; however, from personal experience the office staff is working to the best of their ability. They have 240 units they are not only overseeing construction of but they are also having to cross every t and dot every i for us to benefit from the government assistance of low income housing. If you are on a fixed or limited income like I am, you have spent countless hours of frustration in most aspects of everyday living. We are all aware it's a long daunting process but so worth it in the end. The phone system is currently back logged but e-mails do get through. If you live close enough, go visit the staff and see the complex for yourself. It was worth it for me, hopefully it will be for you as well! The apartments are great with all stainless steel appliances. More than ample lighting and tons of storage in the kitchen. Rooms have fire alarms and smoke detectors. Screens on all windows and the windows open out. Interquest Ridge Apartments is an awesome complex in a great neighborhood, come join us and say "Hi"
This apartment is the nicest one I’ve ever had, absolutely love it. Shoutout Raven & Ashlee on staff for helping me get moved in quick!

When it comes to reaching out to this place, it’s very unprofessional and horrible. The rent isn’t what it says on here either. It’s a hassle to even get in to this place. You have to go through 3 set of people in order for your application to be approved which is insane. For being low income, they sure don’t help much. I wouldn’t recommend.
