Interurban Building

We love living in the Interurban because of the location, the building history and decor, and the staff. Ray, Hailey and the maintenance team are wonderful and they do a great job making this a home environment. We have never lived in the city before but this definitely feels like home-we love it here!

Living here has been so amazing! Any problems or questions I have are answered to the best of the staffs knowledge and I appreciate their can do and all in spirit

Maintenance and office staff are very professional and take your problems serious.

I love the unpretentious living at Interurban. The amenities are perfect for those who want to create practical living that’s convenient and safe with a historic flare. The entire staff listens and responds in a timely and friendly manner. It’s a good place to be.

Property managers and security are very friendly. Good community at this apartment. Makes me feel safe living here. The maintenance team is also the dream team because they will do anything to help you out.

Love living here! It feels so homey and quaint. I wish the gym was more updated, but other than that, so great! Management team is very helpful and the maintenance workers are amazing.

I’m rarely home but i do love everything about this building. The location is great, it’s also safe and secure. The neighbors are friendly and the building staff is really helpful. I really like the layout of my apartment the best.

I haven’t had many issues living here, but for the small ones that I have encountered the team resolved every one. The entire team is great and living here has been easy.

We haven’t moved in yet, but the office staff has been helpful and straightforward. Love that. Can’t wait to move in next month. I’m sure it will be just as easy. Yay, for freight elevators!

I’ve had an amazing experience here at the Interurban Building. The staff along with the maintenance crew is always responsive and quick to get things done. If i wasn’t moving cities, i would definitely renew my lease here.

We love our space here at Interurban! It’s a great location for us, close to work and we feel very safe in the building and coming and going. There are so many things to do in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, we are never bored. Besides the area, we love Hayley and the property management team, they have always quickly addressed any questions we have had and are friendly and welcoming. We love our living space and hosting friends and family, using our terrace and having the guest room available when needed. The pool and hot tub availability is great for entertaining (as well as the shared common space which we haven’t taken advantage of yet) and I love the Amazon locker space which I use frequently. I’m excited to attend the next resident event! The parking is safe and secure as well. We love the history of the building and the pics of the structure as it was sprinkled through the halls. I’ve recommended this to several people thinking of making a move. I love it here!

Love my apartment, neighbors are awesome! I love the pool area and how involved management is with the facility and the staff! The hallways get cleaned everyday and the staff here goes above and beyond for us!

On any day I can depend on professionalism, and clearness of the property. It’s a very quiet, and safe place to stay!

I have found my "forever home" and love living at Interurban. I feel like my needs are met and expectations exceeded when it comes to customer service and attention to maintenance and upkeep. I've lived in many apt communities across Texas and this one is by far the most comfortable. Huge thank you again to the management team and maintenance staff. love the staff almost as much as I love the building. And the building being so secure is always a plus, especially given it’s location. I like hearing from the few residents that I’ve been able to speak with that they are long term leasers and they’ve been here for multiple years. I think doing more resident events or gatherings is a good idea, too. In short, I’m pleased with my first month of occupancy here and can’t wait to see what this next year is like.

This would be a great place but the new manager and leasing agents are not responsive when approached/emailed about issues. Simply respond or bring in someone that will. I never had issues with the team that was here during my first year. They were wonderful.

I've lived here for a few weeks now and I love it. You can't beat the location. The building and surrounding areas feel very safe. The leasing team made my move-in process very easy! I love it!

The location is prime, the security is great, but the apartments themselves were built by people who wanted to spend as little money as possible. The kitchen drawers and cabinets are held together by a nail gun and glue. If you come to tour this property, pay close attention to the appliances. Also Freight elevator has been down since November and there is no ETA on when apartment windows will be replaced.

I love living here and would “buy” versus rent if I could. Management, staff, and maintenance are all top notch. I’d definitely recommend as a place to call home.

Great place to live and work centrally located in Downtown Dallas!

Interurban is a hidden gem in an excellent location. It's a property with a lot of character, and so peaceful despite being in the heart of downtown. Well maintained and much cozier than most loft apartments.

So far, I’m really enjoying my apartment. Everyone is friendly, maintenance is great, and the location is perfect. I’m very proud to call Interurban my new home!!!

So far Ive really loved living here at Interurban and have enjoyed the area, my apartment, the building, the staff and my neighbors. Even the security around the area have been super helpful and friendly.

The Interurban Building is a unique urban loft design that is very hard to find. With the the high level of security and top notch maintenance and management team, it's been my best living experience. For those seeking a true urban loft living experience with all the downtown amenities, you cannot bet this building in Dallas.

LOVE, love this building! The neighborhood is quite but lively and the complex is filled with kind humans. I really feel like I can create a home here.

My overall experience has been amazing. I moved from Austin and had to move quickly. Tamika and David made leasing, communication and the transition as a whole so easy. I highly recommend the Interurban Building for the location and property management.

We are in walking distance of everything and out view is great! The AT&T Discovery District is the coolest area in Dallas you never heard of.

I love it! Living at Interurban has crossed off many firsts for me: first time I ever relocated to another state, first time Ive ever been in Texas, first time Ive ever lived outside of the suburbs (downtown) and the first time since becoming a mother living alone. And living here exceeds my expectations exponentially! I feel safe, I meet someone new everyday, I can walk to get anything I would want/need. As a 100% telecommuter I work from home. Each day I make sure I get and interact with people face-to/-face. And I have no shortage of victims. I feel very adult living in this building...for the first time in my life.

I love Interurban. I could not be happier. I put a work order in for my disposal and maintenance was here in 20 minutes already working on it. Other complexes would have taken a day or more to respond. Im so thankful!

I love where I live!

I can no longer call the apartment home. Over the last year in particular, since AT&T bought the property, the living conditions have changed drastically. I live on the first floor and am reminded everyday of the change; not for the better.
